I come bearing the torch of the Central Sun, a rekindling fire of Illumination. I am Liberty, mother of nations and planetary spheres and of your blessed hearts of fire.
I am come for the awakening of the ancient memory. I come for Illumination and the consuming of that which burdens the mind and soul. And what is that burden, beloved? It is the burden of ignorance of the Law and the ignoring of the path of Love. Thus, I call all of those who are of the Light from one end of the earth to the other into the very heart of allegiance to the Law of the One.
O one eternal, indivisible Light of Liberty, I am in the very center of the Temple of the Sun over this city, directing now seven flames of Light through these seven chakras of our Messenger, delivering, then, the frequencies of the Lords of Karma to each and every one so gathered and all who are seeking and crying out to the Lord Christ, to the Lord Buddha, to the Lord Krishna - whatever the name of that Light.
O beloved, we come to answer the call by Illumination's fires. And in the quickening of Illumination, so let it be that the violet flame does burst forth as transmutation, as love, as allegiance in the very heart to the deliverance of a planetary home.
Leave now your nets of karma, human confusion and occupation! For I, the Goddess of Liberty, will indeed make you fishers of men. I will draw you to the shore. I will show you the boundless sea and the expanse of Light. I will show you how to first harvest light as skeins from the far-off worlds and how to use that light to harvest souls, that they, too, might know the flame of Liberty and be converted thereby.
O Light of the Central Sun, now intensify! Now go forth. Now let the earth be filled, for indeed the kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord and of his Christ in each and every heart that so ordains by free will the coming of the LORD I AM THAT I AM.
Let the message be crystallized as law written in your inward parts. Let there be a penetration and the exposure of the manipulation of the minds of the people by the controlled dissemination of information through the media and the press that does not come as the absolute God Truth or as fact itself but as a contrivance to separate, divide, and amass people toward this side or the other. Let those who are indeed not fools understand that they must not allow themselves to be fooled but study in the very heart of Saint Germain what are the true conditions in the earth in this hour.
O America, do not trust here and there those who say they lead, those who sit in the seat of shepherd and authority. Trust, therefore, the inner Light. Trust the inner warning. Be independent and striving ones and therefore find the positioning of Truth, and be not wedded to personalities or parties or unions where there is the intent to use you, then, for other purposes than those so stated.
This is the line of the three o'clock. I stand at the line of the nine. I am directing the arcing of the rainbow rays of light over America from New York to Los Angeles. I am intensifying the piercing light of Truth. Let all who are a part of freedom lovers in the world demand first and foremost the sword of living Truth from on high, from Pallas Athena and the Lords of Karma, to cleave asunder now the real from the unreal so that you can determine your fate and know that you champion right causes and the whole earth full of Light.
O beloved, it is indeed the hour of the coming of Saint Germain. It is indeed the hour of the sounding of the seventh angel who will not cease to sound through you, each and every heart, as you allow him - through our Messengers and Keepers of the Flame worldwide, through all who love freedom and espouse its cause.
So he is sent forth in this hour on that mission. So, beloved hearts of Light, it is indeed a new day for beloved Saint Germain. And those last vestiges yet untransmuted of burdens upon his own altar are now swiftly passing into the flame. And we know that in the days to come you will indeed keep the vigil of the violet flame that the conclusion of the seventy-two weeks might indeed be the clean white page.1 In anticipation of this fulfillment of that cycle, as you intensify in the coming fortnight a fourteen-day period to immerse the planet in violet flame, we release to you now the flame unfurled and the Light of the God of Freedom to the earth.
The beloved Ascended Master Saint Germain, beloved hearts, stands now on this platform as physical as the Law will allow him to be in this city of New York. [standing ovation]

This dictation by the Goddess of Liberty was delivered on Sunday, November 17, 1985, during a weekend seminar held at the Penta Hotel in New York City, where Elizabeth Clare Prophet was stumping for Saint Germain's Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness.

Beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, O thou beloved immortal victorious threefold flame of eternal Truth within my heart, Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, beloved Great Divine Director, beloved Saint Germain, beloved El Morya, beloved Jesus, beloved Mother Mary, beloved Goddess of Liberty, beloved great God Obedience, beloved Archangel Michael, beloved Mighty Astrea, all ascended beings, powers, activities, and legions of Light, angels and activities of the sacred fire: In the name of the Presence of God which I AM and through the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in me, I decree:
1- O Masters of Love in Symbol Cave,
Come now, make me true and brave
By the royal flag of Light,
Radiance of gold, blue, and white!
Refrain: Emblem of America, heart of Freedom dear,
Keep our land in integrity here,
Always aware that in God we trust,
Each child of the Light, now make just!
2- Protect, direct, and arm us with Light;
Goddess of Liberty, flood us with might.
Cup of Freedom to the earth,
O America, thy love is heaven's worth!
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!
