I greet you in the new freedom of the hour. And I AM Saint Germain. And I AM the presence of the seventh angel and I AM sounding and resounding the mysteries of the infinite Light through your hearts in this hour.
O beloved, I say to you with beloved Portia, hail to the Light above! Hail to the Light below! Hail to the Light in the torch of the Goddess of Liberty. Hail to the Light in the hearts of the faithful, Keepers of the Flame always, who have cleared the way for my coming in this hour.
Beloved ones, ladies and gentlemen, please be seated in my flame.
It is a splendid day to know that we may move forward together. Fear not, for the release of darkness and karma of the seed of the wicked in recent earthquake and turmoil in Mexico and South America, here and on the West Coast and around the world - these things are for the passing of the old order.
Now in this hour you can anticipate intense sacred fire and violet flame. And as you capture that Light and as you determine as never before to keep the vigil with me, I promise you that we with the Lords of Karma will do all in our power to mitigate that which may be scheduled to descend as world karma but which I tell you can be consumed in the very air by the Light you hurl, the Light you send, the Light in which you rejoice by the sounding of the Word!
As I am sounding, so you are sounding. And so it is the eternal sound. So it is the full power of the AUM. And it is the I AM THAT I AM. And it is the flame of freedom bursting.
O beloved ones, know, then, the signs of the times and know the meaning of the ascent of the Two Witnesses. For the plane of heaven to which they ascend is indeed the plane of appearance in the etheric belts of the earth, then, in the upper chakras - the chakra of the heart, the throat, the third eye, and the crown. And there in that heaven plane - there is your own personal resurrection! And your soul must needs be resurrected this day from preoccupation with the lower chakras in thy temple.
Let these be healed and sealed! Let your four lower bodies be healed, for my gift in this hour is indeed a healing, a magnetization towards wholeness that you might live forever on earth in your heaven world, that you might understand the power of the Mother to raise up the sacred force within you as a life everlasting, that you might know indeed the Mother flame in your midst, that you might learn to love every precious angel of the violet flame that comes peeping through your keyhole and your windowpane, that comes in the morning to waken you with joy.
O beloved, do not be crestfallen. Do not be set back by that which you meet. Let it be doused in violet flame. Go forth with the joy of precipitation. Take my "little book,"1 this precious book given to you by the devotees and staff and co-workers, by the Messengers therefore manifesting that concerted effort to see the physical manifestation of that which I have long desired to have in print.
I hold it in my hand in this dictation for a very purpose. For I am charging this copy and through it every copy of this book with the full, flaming presence of my new day, my revolution to all. May this book itself find its goal in every nation and in every language.
It is a handbook. It is the little book which may be devoured, and it will begin the alchemicalization. It will begin the process worldwide of the raising up of the coil of the violet flame. To this, then, be dedicated, and know that I have indeed come again, my mantle with me, our beloved Alpha and Omega and the Cosmic Council so decreeing that I may go forth in this hour and that I may truly have the opportunity of the quickening.
Beloved hearts, the mantle given to me for this Stump,2 which I have placed upon the Messenger, has been the very dispensation to galvanize Lightbearers. May this Word continue through you. May you also understand the message that is the stepping-stones of life whereby those lost in a dead doctrine may be the quickened who come first to the understanding of eternal Life and then to its Love and then to its manifestation by that courage and honor of the heart.
Beloved ones of the sacred fire, take, then, my trilogy of the threefold flame of the heart. Internalize it and make it your own. By the true study of this fourfold work on alchemy you can become the alchemist and the adept right where you are. We bridge the gap. Indeed we bring the altar of Israel to your very heart and home.
Oh, know the Lord as the Sanctus.3 So the holiness of seraphim rest with you and violet-flame angels clear the path for their coming. Remember the teaching of Serapis Bey enfolded then and sealed for your heart in the Dossier on the Ascension. Remember the teaching that the seraphim of God come at any hour that you call to them, place their angelic presence where you are, burn through and consume and dredge from you all that is past and cast it into the sacred fire.4
The angels of the LORD, the legions of Light attend your acceleration! Oh, do not hold back. Do not any longer stay in the recalcitrance of a waywardness and the stiff-necked generation of old. Let all these things pass.
I send my flame to the very hearts of those laggard evolutions in the Middle East who have held back the full price of glory. I send legions and the solar ring of seraphim in this hour to encircle those nations, to intensify the sacred fire, to give all the opportunity then to beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruninghooks.5
Beloved ones, let there be war no more! And let this be the conclusion of this Summit conference. Let it be the conclusion of all hearts in the earth to bind these fallen angels by the power of the dynamic decree to Archangel Michael and his rosary said daily. For the declaration of peace on earth must be reinforced by the sacred Word, which is the sword of the Word. It is the living Word that cometh out of the mouth of the Messengers of God. And you are indeed emissaries representing the Godhead, and you must send forth that Word daily. For those who desire war for their own evil designs, beloved hearts, will not say die, will not recant, will not turn back except the Light move en force!
Beloved hearts, you can call to march with Archangel Michael and his legions of Light while your physical bodies sleep at night. You can be with the saints robed in white. You can place your very bodies on the line of Darkness, and you can absorb and swallow up that Darkness as you are engulfed in the living presence of the seraphim of God.
They come in numberless numbers. Angels of the LORD descend, then, to this very planetary home.
O children of the Sun, look up and behold, for the day of opportunity is nigh! And that opportunity comes to you in this hour in the living presence of my beloved twin flame, Portia, who stands with me now as ever to direct her love to you and to speak to you of the promise of old - the opportunity for initiation through the twelve gates of the City Foursquare.
So receive, then, my beloved Portia, whose hour of victory is also come, as is mine. [standing ovation]
