Chapter 24
Cyclopea, Elohim of the Fifth Ray - June 11, 1978

     Infinite light, descend! Infinite light, descend! Infinite light, descend! The magnificent triumvirate of light, "the tabernacle of God is with men."¹ Within your blessed beating hearts, the threefold flame of life is resident. Pay homage, then, to this token in its great magnificent outreach that is within the forcefield of your heart.

     I AM Cyclopea of the all-seeing eye of God, and I hold you now in the whiteness and purity of your God-design from the heart of the Great Central Sun. I will accept no lesser image. I will accept no lesser design. I will accept no other concept save the Divine One. And the fires of perfection that are descending now with the angelic hosts to the planet Earth bring to the world the advent of a new era of new hope of a cosmic adventure that from the beginning has been the paternal and maternal grace which the Divine One would enfold all with. The swaddling garments of divine love, then, are very real. And the forcefield of your individual heart is a fiery world entering in to the heart of the Great Central Sun.

     I AM Cyclopea! And the majesty of the eternal Presence is descending. We are concerned, then, that the open door to cosmic love should enfold ye all that you should perceive now that this experience with God, with your own mighty I AM Presence, is an all-enfolding activity of light whereby the soul is being separated from its attachments to the physical consciousness for a certain period - a time, a time, a time, and a half a time² - until the Lord God can convey to the separated consciousness - no longer identifying with human designs, thoughts, and feelings - those blessed cosmic releases of infinite energy which are descending from the Great Central Sun.

     Now as I speak, I want you to know that there is an activity of light taking place in the farthest, or uttermost, reaches of space in the very heart of the Great Central Sun whereby cosmic energy spheres, or emanations, are pouring forth through the cosmos with such rapidity and grace as to reach your planetary body right while I am speaking. Light years after light years are being traversed, and the power of the infinite immediacy is coming into physical manifestation to touch your blessed beings with some greater awareness of the cosmic Presence which it is the desire of God this night to descend all around you.

     The pulsations of the Infinite, the flashing forth of these mighty light rays, is a special activity specifically designed to hold for the people of earth a blessed awareness of the inner intent of the All-Father of life whereby there will occur a simultaneous exaltation of mortal spirits upon this planetary body that shall give them a little glimpse of the grace of God as he seeks now to prematurely raise them - to elevate them out of the socket of mortal density and into the great eternal passion of the living God as his love pouring through space is the fragrance of the eternal rose, the fragrance of the eternal pine, the fragrance of the myrtle, the fragrance of the lily, the fragrance of heaven encompassing around about the bodies, minds, brains, and beings of humanity until they are able to feel the enfolding light of God that never fails and to sense and understand - not only now but forever - that there is an eternal pathway of light that leads out of the density of human occupations and thoughts and mankind's occupations with human thoughts whereby he can escape out of them momentarily and find himself one with the eternal realities and commune with the blessedness of the Father's consciousness as it descends through the ethers and penetrates the dense spheres of human consciousness and awareness.

     I AM Cyclopea, the all-seeing eye of God. Will you come with me now, then, arising in garments of light out of the dense spheres which surround you? Won't you please be seated. Blessed ones, we are now prepared to give those of you who are ready for it a more than ordinary experience whereby your blessed consciousness can enter in to the great cosmic awareness that is flooding the planet Earth tonight from the North to the South Pole with such blessed cosmic energy as has not come to the blessed planet Earth for over ten thousand years.

     We are producing a magnificent opportunity, then, to the new age to actually have a cosmic healing from all of the awful schisms that have caused the hearts of men to be separated from one another and separated from their own God-design and have caused them to enter in to such compartments of incarceration as have not allowed the great love-power of God to flow through their pores, through their minds, through their bodies, through their beings a bubbling, joyous delight as of a hidden wellspring from on high that bubbles up within their heart and forcefield, floods through their solar plexus, and washes out of the spongelike consciousness surrounding it all the accumulated psychic poisons of the world that have caused humanity to suffer intense pain and a feeling of separation from those they love.

     And as I come to you tonight, then, it is to bring about a clear awakening and awareness, a clarion call that passes through the starry night and speaks of far-off worlds - a clarion call that speaks of far-flung empires of light where various cosmic evolutions are actually approaching the throne of graceful deliverance for entire planetary bodies; where the people at last, having overthrown the yoke of human delusion and all the forces that have sought to divide them, have entered into that spirit of harmonious oneness which God has designed in his great intent of fiery purpose for the planetary body Earth.

     I AM Cyclopea! I AM Cyclopea! I AM Cyclopea! And I am flooding this place with cosmic light. I do not care what mortal opinion holds of me. I do not care what individuals think of our messenger. I do not care what dense strata of Matter ponders of infinite love. Infinite love shall not be dammed up. It shall flow forth. I decree it tonight.

     We shall see what we can do tonight for the mankind of earth who will acknowledge the power of God that is the living Word - the power of the sword of the Spirit of the living Word³ that has the power to separate you tonight from your physical bodies without harm and to bid you journey with me from pole to pole, from east to west, from west to east throughout the planetary body and see how the dense and gross conditions have encompassed humanity round about with privation, with a spirit of frustration, with a spirit of doubt, with a spirit of confusion, with a spirit of the orthodoxy, with a spirit of disease, with a spirit of mental illness, with a spirit of psychic confusion and disorder, with a spirit that itself resembles a pigpen.

     I tell you, beloved ones of earth, the Lord is in his holy temple. And he himself is about to undertake the task of actually cleansing the Augean stables of all the awful accumulation of mortal debris coming about because of the war machines of the world, even the machines that long ago began to function through the House of Krupp and therefore produced that which is known even at inner levels as human corruption in the world of form.

     We tell you, then, that all of the nefarious activities that have taken place in Monte Carlo when Mr. Zaharoff was there functioning in the world and creating munition pacts of darkness to bring about the destructive activities of what you have called World War I and also the activities that produced the strange interlude of World War II as a prelude to the present Viet Nam conflict and others that have been produced in the world - all produced by human greed, are themselves actually being deprived of their power by the Word of God that sweeps now through the earth with the power of the Infinite from the very highest realms of Eden where the Tree of Life is standing forth to dispense healing to the nations of the earth.⁴

     We, then, bid you journey with us into the world of form. First, we will ask you to observe the ladders of light. We will ask you to observe on that side of the world where darkness now is, the ladders of light - the soft, gentle ladders of light, little golden halos of radiance upon the planetary body as tiny children around the planet are kneeling in prayer and offering to God calls for their elders, calls that the love of God may descend and assuage the awful floodtide of grief that has set neighbor against neighbor, country against country, ideology against ideology to the destruction and fragmentation of human life.

     We say, then, as you observe these little ones kneeling in prayer, remember the words of the Lord Jesus: He who shall hurt one of these little ones of mine, it were better for him if a millstone were hanged about his neck and he were cast into the depth of the sea. I say to you then tonight, as you observe the mighty pillars of prayer pouring from the hearts of children, remember your own faith in holy innocence. Remember how it sustained you in moments of pain and brought comfort to you when you were pondering in your little minds some of the more somber aspects of life as humanity have created it - shrouds of human density that have caused pain to the hearts of children.

     Decree, then, with me within the forcefield of your blessed beings for the freedom of these little ones of God that they may grow up into the world and find there a better world than that which is now existing. For with the passing of this coming decade, the 1970s, the greatest crises that have ever evolved upon the planet Earth are in the process of formulation. And as you have been told by K-17 this very day, it is up to the ascended master students of light to understand that a more than ordinary dispensation is being given to humanity whereby they are being given not only the power of ten thousand-times-ten thousand, but an almost infinite measure of power when they will hold to the limitless light as the power of their own mighty I AM Presence, communing with the Great White Brotherhood and the mighty forces of light that have intended from the very beginning to topple the awful confusion of the world whereby the money changers in the temple⁵ of life have sought to make the entire business of living a very root of evil and have continually destructed the very finest organisms in the world by their nefarious consciousness and their continual criticism, condemnation, and judgment of every activity of light which has manifested the great power of cosmic sanity to the world and has proclaimed the advent of the ascended Jesus Christ consciousness as the fulfillment of every individual's life and power - the crown of victory that will produce the miracle of the kingdom of heaven upon earth as the fire of the Holy Spirit brings about the great cosmic regeneration within the crystal fires of the heart. We are bathing the planet Earth then tonight in these great cosmic regenerative fires because they are the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth.

     I AM Cyclopea! I AM Cyclopea! I AM Cyclopea! the all-seeing eye of God, holding in the perfection of my eye of light the very beautiful image of salvation and deliverance for every one of you. There is in me no darkness, for I represent the cosmic mind of God - the holding of the immaculate concept for humanity, for each lifestream - and the power of infinite freedom in concentric rings of light pouring out its mighty pulsations to the world and bringing the advent of cosmic deliverance as the Sun of righteousness does rise with healing in its wings.⁶

     We do not care what humanity has created in past ages. We do not care what awful weight of karma now stands in the akashic records waiting to descend. We are concerned with the divine plan. We are concerned with the plan of heaven. We are concerned with the power of light. We are concerned with light's victory. We are aware of the infinite power of immortality. Let not your hearts be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me - did the master long ago declare.⁷ Let not your hearts be troubled by outer conditions; for all things come under the dominion of the power of the Infinite, and in the mind of Christ there is neither deceit nor limitation. You must understand, then, that the power of God will bring about such freedom of purpose as has never before been born as vision in the hearts of the students.

     As you then have gazed upon the children, gaze also now upon the forces of darkness as they build dense pockets of substance in the world - of hatred and deceit which is intended to create a struggle between classes, between people, between capital and labor, between the Negro and the white races, between Jew and Gentile, between bond and free, between America and other nations of the world, between the power of Communism and the power of capitalism, between all sorts and manners of varying manifestations. For the powers of darkness have determined in their own hearts to set brother against brother, nation against nation, and people against people. They are determined to create confusion and a maelstrom of darkness everywhere upon the planetary body. And I want you to be able to see it with me tonight; for this is not the creation of the Lord Christ, it is the creation of the dark forces of the world and is sustained by human thought and human consciousness as individuals entering into a sense of struggle feel a constant need to reinforce themselves by actually arming themselves against their neighbors and against various individuals upon the planetary body with the idea that the power of God cannot deliver them. HERCULES AND AMAZONIA - Elohim of the first ray (the blue ray) of power, faith, and God's will. "In the beginning" when God sent forth the fiat "Let there be light," it was Hercules who summoned the mighty Elohim and the builders of form to come forth and precipitate the divine plan of the Solar Logoi. Most likely, the memory of the god known to the Greeks as Heracles (Roman: Hercules) was retained from an ancient encounter with the Elohim. Their mythology has descended from the elder days - probably from Atlantis. After thousands of years, however, the gods and goddesses assumed human characteristics in the minds of the people because of the degeneration of their soul faculties of inner sight and their tendency toward idolatry. Therefore, what is presently ascribed to the mythological Hercules may or may not reflect the actuality of the Elohim. To the ancients, Hercules was a 'hero' - one of their most illustrious ancestors, an intermediary between men and the gods. His name means "glory of the air." Hercules presided over all aspects of Hellenic education. In his aspect of athlete-hero, the Olympic Games were ascribed to him. It is said that at the command of the oracle of Delphi, Hercules spent twelve years under the orders of Eurystheus, who imposed upon him twelve arduous, seemingly impossible labors which, as a student of the deeper mysteries understands, demonstrated his mastery of the energies of the twelve solar hierarchies. The image of Hercules is set among the stars - "the Mighty One" who wields a great club in his right hand while grasping a triple-headed serpent in the left.

No longer relegated to myth and legend, the Elohim Hercules and Amazonia deliver their teaching to men and women today through the Messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet. The first dictation to the messengers by the Elohim of the First Ray was given by Amazonia on December 16, 1962. "Hercules manifests the power aspect of God," she explained, but "this power is always tempered by the feminine aspect so that it is not a de- structive force but it is a power of light and love." Amazonia spoke of the destructive forces which penetrated the heightened civilizations of South America long ago when there was a race of magnificent women bearing her name, Amazon. "The time has come when upon this planet there must manifest an understanding once again of the culture of the Mother race," she said. "It must be understood that this is not a conflict between sexes, between masculinity and femininity, but it is the upsurge of the Mother principle to take dominion as the principle of culture and virtue and loveliness which gives to a civilization an era of peace. ..." Amazonia pointed out that "the Elohim play a tremendous part in releasing into mankind's dominion the power of achieving an understanding of true culture." She spoke of the women of ancient Greece who beheld the great classic sculptures during the period of gestation "that they might externalize in their thoughts bodies beautiful, souls noble, and a consciousness charged with an exalted state." Amazonia encouraged women of today to train their youth in creative art. "It is so needful that the thought of beauty from out the Great Central Sun be held in the consciousness of the mothers of the world," she said. "They must recognize the power of the Creative Spirit himself to express the light rays from his heart through their mind and consciousness. ... The so-called cult of the Mother of the World must arise within mankind's consciousness that the youth of the world be trained for spiritual avatarship, for spiritual experiments, for spiritual living. ... This is the hour of your shining motherhood, the hour when the mothers of the world must unite in one beautiful expression of guarding the divinity of their sons and daughters of light." Hercules is "the taskmaster of taskmasters, I trained E1 Morya and I trained Djwal Kul. Kuthumi also came under my rule." (Mar. 16, 1975). Through the messengers, Hercules comes in the full power of the spoken Word-stripping mankind from "their faith in lesser appearances ... that they may know and be the fullness of that perfection which God ordained long before the form appeared" (July 5, 1964) and charging the soul with his momentum of faith in God. "As you gaze out upon the world and all of the imperfection manifesting upon the screen of life," Hercules says, "you may be reminded of the tasks given to the mythological Hercules of old to clean out the Augean stables, and the task may seem impossible of doing to your outer consciousness. But bear in mind, beloved ones, that there is no task in the universe that is too great for your own mighty I AM Presence!"

(Jan. 26, 1964) Hercules explains that mankind "must learn to rise above the human level of solving their problems and seek to find in the realm of their God Self the full range of cosmic expression and dominion, obtaining their victory from God which is a permanent and rightful dominion over the entire earth." (July 5, 1964) Hercules brings an understanding of the fiats of the Creator. "Light is the radiant, cultural energy of the Spirit by which all things were made, and light is the grace by which everyone is able to come to an understanding of the casting out of fear and the entering into the joy of God." (Feb. 9, 1969) Joy is an aspect of the first ray of the will of God. "When men understand that buoyant feeling," Hercules promises, "there is no possibility of distress continuing beyond the point of their letting go of it. ... Thus God does himself provide the means and full measure of mankind's freedom and liberation here and now!" (Mar. 31, 1968) On February 9, 1969, Hercules vested "you who will accept my flame with the power ... to perfect your world." On July 20, he explained that "in every individual monad, there is a gigantic spiritual map of all things created and sustained within. That map is the counterpart of every portion of reality everywhere. And whensoever an individual by reason of their consciousness brings down discord or darkness upon any part of life - whether it be a grain of sand or a continent-when they shun that part of life as though it had no reality or seek to annihilate it ... at that precise instant, as though a pin were pricked upon that map at that exact spot, darkness ensues in the consciousness and the individual carries, then, in their cup of light points of darkness." Mankind must obey the laws of God, Hercules says, "because they are your own - you made them in your Higher Self when the universe was created." Hercules returned on July 2, 1971, releasing great tides of light - bolts of blue lightning from the heart of the Great Central Sun. "I, Hercules, decree it this night that the earth shall not be the same againl" Blue lightning is the holy will of God, a quickening power. "It shall draw many into the Christ consciousness," Hercules declared. "And those who refuse will find that they are bound by the power of blue lightning ..." To shatter the density of the human consciousness, Hercules and his legions drew swords of blue flame. "I, Hercules of the Sun, have come to quicken in you all your divine plan. ... I take the branding iron of Almighty God and I place it upon your foreheads and you are sealed in the white stone forevermore." Legions of mighty Hercules stand ready to answer every call, for "you require blue lightning to survive in this world this day." (To be continued.)
