Chapter 25
Cyclopea, Elohim of the Fifth Ray - June 18, 1978

     Let me say to you, then, that the power of infinite light is everywhere manifest. And as you gaze upon the awful conditions of the world and as you gaze upon the struggles - the class struggles between peoples and those who incite mankind to riot - understand that the immaculate concept is the God-given panacea whereby you will be able to assuage all human grief and wipe away all tears from human eyes⁸ and consciousness because God is.

     You have actually entered in to a little temporary spirit of awareness. You are aware of a portion of God - that little portion you call yourself. And as you gaze upon that little fragment of the Eternal God and the sacred fire which is your own special gift from God, you also gaze upon other hearts - those who are also pursuing the path of life which you pursue. You call these brothers and sisters in the light. Let me say to you then tonight in the name of Almighty God, these are indeed the brethren of the light.

     Esteem them with all your hearts so long as they manifest brotherly love for you, so long as you manifest brotherly love for them. For in your love for one another - for the God within, for the Christ within - there is a sense of overcoming victory that is multiplied and spread amongst you as the Spirit of God that brings the power of the dawn in the eastern sky, that causes the light of heaven to shine upon the mountains, that dances in the descending snowflakes and moves in the whirlwind as it produces also its specific work of clearing the atmosphere of dense substance.

     O precious and beloved ones, as you gaze upon the world scene, as you see the snowcapped mountains of the world and the vast plains, as you see the little houses lit by lamps and electric power, as you see the various sources of illumination and realize that in the hearts of men everywhere there are fragments of cosmic fires burning from far-off worlds, understand that communion is flowing from far-off worlds, that communion is bringing about a descent of loveliness - skeins of golden thread that seek to weave the fabric of a golden age where the golden rule is followed, where men understand the meaning of this: Do unto others as you would they should do unto you.⁹

     When these conditions are brought about and industry and service cause the looms of life to hum with cosmic industry, when there is born the recognition of the culture of the soul in mankind, that at that moment the concepts of the Great Silent Watcher will be externalized and I in my own consciousness can say of my work "It is finished."¹⁰ Father, into thy hands I commend my being.¹¹ For you will have finished the perfect work which God began, which I have held for the earth and her evolutions from the beginning. You will understand why he created the all-seeing eye as the principle of his own immaculate design holding, then, not a vision of good and evil, but a vision of the Tree of Life in the midst of the garden¹² thereof.

     What is the word that has gone forth from the beginning? O Logos, O Logoi, O Logos, O Logoi, O Logos, O Logoi. [Chant in numerous cosmic languages.]

     Thus, you have heard the Spirit of infinite mercy pleading for the planetary body. You have heard the Spirit of mercy pleading in numerous cosmic languages to the very heart of God to hold back those doomsday concepts which are long overdue to descend upon the planetary body. You will understand, then, the words of the Christ upon the cross, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani? ... My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?"¹³ In this hour of cosmic testing as humanity prepares to pass over the threshold of the year, I want you to know without question that the infinite Spirit of the Lord Christ is aware of how mankind have forsaken God.

     What, then, is the fiat of this age? It is the fiat of God calling unto mankind:

     O mankind, O mankind, why have you forsaken me? For I have designed for you only beauty. I have designed for you only the creative essence. I have designed for you only bodies of indestructible energy. I have designed for you only minds flowing with regeneration. I have designed for you luminous orbs of light moving through planetary stations in space. I have designed for you the angelic hosts to stand guard while the dark forces of the world seek to do you harm. I have designed for you only infinite reaches of cosmic power and God-victory. I have designed for you the power of the resurrection so that death cannot hold you bound. I have designed for you communion of souls where every soul may be brought to your feet even as you are brought to the feet of every other soul to pay homage to the God within.

     I have designed for you the infinite mountain of life to climb. I have given you the wisdom to climb. I have given you the grace to climb. I have given you the power to climb. I have given you the desire to climb. I have given you all things. And at the summit of your being I have conferred upon you the crown of life.¹⁴ It awaits your coming. The scepter is there - the sword and the stone. The stone - the dense calcination of the world. The stone - the density of the world. The stone - the density of the self. The sword - the sword of the Spirit whereby the way can be cleared that leads to the Tree of Life where man can pass through the wilderness and stand at the gates of Eden, the great cosmic Eden; whereby the infinite message of all eternity is once again made manifest where the power of the sacred fire and the breath of the Holy Spirit does descend upon mankind to quicken them in the great fiery passion of the universal Christ, the Lord of all life, and to bring about the ascended masters' power in the world of form; whereby there is reformed in the consciousness of humanity the great infinite holy chalice of the sacred fire, the great crystal goblet of life, and where the power of the lost Word once again regained floods mankind with light! floods mankind with light! floods mankind with light!

     And the little children are fed in my name, and the great baskets of life will take up the loaves and the fishes¹⁵ of life produced by the cosmic advent of the cosmic miracle of the infinite Word of life as it brings to mankind the awareness that man can clean escape from the density of his form and raise his consciousness into the very sacred fire of heaven.

     Where I AM there shall ye be also!¹⁶ Where I AM there shall ye be also! And I say unto you that those that deny me before men, I will deny also before my Father which is in heaven.¹⁷

     And therefore I say to you today, to every man that shall hear this word in the entire world: Any of you who shall deny the authenticity of this dictation from the higher octaves of light shall deny the infinite and living God. And your part in the Book of Life¹⁸ shall forever be taken out of the Book of Life until such a moment as you shall come to the feet of God to acknowledge the power of the living Word to speak to mankind today as the voice of his cosmic prophecy speaking forth to the family of nations and saying:

     Unite in love! Unite in light, in illumination! Unite in the power of God unto salvation! And free yourselves from division, sensuality, confusion, and darkness. And understand that the Lord thy God is he who has commanded, "They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain,"¹⁹ for I am the Lord thy God that shall bring thee out of bondage.

     I, Cyclopea, say: "The Lord is in his holy temple"²⁰ within ye all. Will you honor him, then, by accepting his message, his light, his love, his hopes for the world - for the future and for eternity?

     The flow of the infinite rings of fire
That has touched your heart with God-desire
Now goes out into the universe
And fills it with the light of truth.
The hopes of God are with mankind.
His love, his magic - it will bind
Mankind to cosmic law and cosmic love
And make them feel the passion from above
That causes them to seek his name.
To glorify his cosmic flame,
To identify with cosmic light,
To rally for the cosmic fight
That brings all men to God's own feet
And causes them to be complete.
His grace is nigh; 'tis in your soul.
It is a flashing beacon goal.
It is the love from heaven above
That now calls all to cosmic Love.

     O, beloved ones, hold the immaculate concept! Hold the vision Cyclopea has brought to you tonight! For without vision the people perish.²¹ Without vision the earth shall fade away. Without vision there is oblivion. With vision there is the fire of perception, perfection, direction - consummate life made manifest by the power of the infinite Word every hour that sound forth its cosmic tone that every error is wiped out by light and light's direction manifest, manifest, manifest and producing the miracle of eternal perfection in every lifestream.

     In the name of the Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, in the name of the Spirit of infinite light, in the name of the fires of perfection I say, return to your consciousness and bodies and understand that once again you must inhabit density until you have fulfilled destiny. This is the power of the law. And my heart is o'erflowing with joy; for it is actually His heart, all His own. Would you make your heart all His own? Then we will be one, and all that I have said from out the Sun will be the God-design eternally within - freeing, creating, seeing deliverance for all. We cut, then, the knot - the Gordian knot upon the planetary body - and we say in God's name: Let it be done! Let freedom rule! It is up to you, for heaven has made its declaration.

     From the heart of God in the Great Central Sun, I salute you. From the heart of God in the heart of everyone, I salute you. Everywhere, I salute you. And everywhere ye are, I AM.

HERCULES AND AMAZONIA (2). On July 2, 1971, Hercules also made the announcement of a sacred trust: "Wherever the blue lightning is invoked, Arcturus has pledged to follow it with violet flame; and wherever the violet flame is invoked, I have pledged to follow it with blue lightning" - a braiding action of light. On the Land of Lanello near Colorado Springs, Colorado, on July 3, 1973, Hercules explained that every ascended being - whether serving wisdom's flame or the flame of purity, the violet flame, the emerald or ruby ray - must come to the feet of Hercules to undergo the tutoring of putting that flame into action. "Action is the highest attainment of the Law!" he declared. "By dispensation from the Karmic Board, I stand in your midst and I give you an infusion of action fiame!" It is the fire needed for the Herculean task of bringing earth into the golden age. Hercules then explained how-through the Christ consciousness and a thorough understanding of the Law-individuals can come to the place where they can carry the karmic weight of souls in need of assistance on the Path. "Consider, then, how many souls you would like to sponsor, and then brace yourselves - as you see the statue of Hercules bracing himself - to carry the earth." Hercules said that there is much that he and other members of hierarchy can do for humanity if they would only make the call. Hercules explained that "in many cases, because of my office among the seven Elohim, I am the only representative of the Godhead who may stand between mankind and their returning karma. And therefore I say, wherever there is cataclysm or flood or Fire or storm or drought, I ask you to call unto me that I may intercede with the great power that God has given me on behalf of elemental life."

In a dictation given in Los Angeles on March 16, 1975, Hercules said that "you must not for one moment acknowledge time and space as a confinement, as a limitation, as separation, but only as God's way of compartmentalizing eternity. ... At any moment when time seems a barrier to unfoldment, make the sign of the cross where you are and declare, 'Behold I AM in infinity and all things are in me, and of me, and I AM the Lord, the God of very gods. I AM the fulfillment of the spirals of eternity'. ... To overcome space whenever you have a sense of separation from things or loved ones or from accomplishment, mark the arc of the heart. Span that space by an arc of love and see how, wherever you are, you can contact the heart of any child of God or any aspect of the creation. And by the arc of infinity and by the parabolic curve space is not, time is transcended, and you are everywhere in the consciousness of God." Hercules announced "the first step of the light revolution" on July 3, 1976, in Washington, D.C. By an edict of Almighty God, "grids and forcefields of the mind of God are being lowered into this planetary body as the antahkarana of power" - a focal point for the crystallization of the will of God. Those "who constantly thwart that will will find themselves extremely confined," he said, "for by the antahkarana of power there will be a swift return of their rebellious consciousness" - the boomerang of their own returning karma. "Either you will preserve your identity in that light or you will find yourselves - by your own edict and none other - cancelled out by that very light which you have misqualified." Hercules then announced the opening of his retreat "to chelas of the will of God who have made their way to the Will of God Focus, who have given the calls to the blue ray consistently day by day."

The retreat of Hercules and Amazonia is located in the etheric plane in and over Half Dome - a magnificent focus which rises nearly a mile from the floor of Yosemite Valley on the west side of California's Sierra Nevada mountain range. The etheric retreat is superimposed within the rock. There Hercules and Amazonia focus the energies of the throat chakra of the planet. Two immense white pillars grace the entrance, which opens upon a spacious octagonal hallway glowing with the intense love of the Elohim for the will of God - a brilliant blue light. A flight of stairs descends from the hallway into a circular room; in the center is a large blue-white diamond with the flame of Hercules and Amazonia blazing through. A circular stairway ascends around the periphery of the room to another round council chamber on the next floor, a room built on a series of circular platforms. At one side are the thrones of Hercules and Amazonia. There are accommodations for several hundred guests - members of the Great White Brotherhood - who often meet with the Elohim to discuss the ways and means of implementing the power of the will of God in the world of form. Behind the thrones of Hercules and Amazonia is a passageway leading to another room. Those who attend council meetings pass through other doors to the right and to the left of the thrones into another circular chamber which contains the main focus of the flame of the will of God. Hercules has placed his electrode at the peak of every mountain, "for I know that the will to climb higher is the determination out of which the chela is born."

On October 31, 1976, Hercules called for a fast - a sacrifice "for the victory of God on election day." He said: "When all human planning and all human solutions do fail, then there is no other way for salvation than by the direct intercession of his Spirit. ... The fasting in the physical plane prepares the way for the fasting in the subconscious whereby those forces of darkness are ejected from the very house of the Lord," he explained. "When the people are filled with God, then there is a compelling action of the Lord's Spirit. ... You must believe in the miracle presence of the Holy Spirit to overcome - not by entering into and dividing the arguments and the platforms of the candidates, but by overriding, by sweeping through, by transmuting and transforming until the consciousness of the leaders themselves is so in the presence of the light that they - in spite of themselves, unknowingly even - become his instruments for the judgment, for the overcoming, and for the reign of the Prince of Peace." On July 1, 1977, Hercules came "representing many ascended beings who are charging you with the edification of your soul and mind and heart and the necessary action" to stop the downward trends of society and the betrayal of freedom by the fallen ones in positions of public service. "Meditate, then, upon the great revolutionaries of light through the ages," Hercules admonished. "There is a moment, there is a cosmic interval that seems as an eternity. It is the moment of the decision to give your all for the cause of the Great White Brotherhood." Hercules comes "to deliver to you a chalice and a challenge." The chalice - symbol of God consciousness, pouring out the energizing power of the Elohim. The challenge-"You must act, act with dispatch. ... for what your leaders are undoing with a stroke of the pen or with a word carelessly given has taken centuries to build. ... Therefore, pursue the divine plan. Therefore, pursue your calling. And above all, remember that it is the spark of the will of God and the power of the Holy Spirit which the Elohim convey to you-leaping heart to heart-that is the key. It must be a heart manifestation, it must be. For America is the heart and the very secret chamber of the heart of the earth. America as an entire nation is the entering in to the secret chamber, to the place of initiation, and all of her land and all of her areas are for that specific goal of the initiation of souls of light. ... I lay my life and being on the altar of Terra. I lay my life this night as Hercules." APOLLO AND LUMINA - Elohim of the second ray (the yellow ray) of wisdom, omniscience, understanding, illumination, and the desire to know God through the mind of the Son, the Second Person of the Trinity. Apollo and Lumina are guardians of the Cosmic Christ consciousness. Apollo's flame is a golden yellow enveloped in a sheath of blue lightning. The blue flame acts as a protective forcefield of energy surrounding the light of the Christ. This blue lightning cuts through the density of human error and misqualification, clearing the way for Lumina's golden flame which manifests the perfection of the seven aspects of the Christ mind. The twin flames Apollo and Lumina infuse earth, air, fire, and water with the intelligence locked in the center of the atom - the essence of the diamond-shining mind of God. The god known long ago to the Greeks as the mythological Apollo could well be the representation of their memory of an ancient encounter with the Elohim. After thousands of years, however, the gods and goddesses assumed more and more human traits in the minds of the people. Hence, what is currently attributed to Apollo as the god of Greek mythology may or may not reflect the actuality of the Elohim. Apollo was known in the Pythagorean tradition as the symbol of masculine beauty, the solar god who personifies the spiritual light of which the sun is the physical image. He represented the descent of heaven on earth. Apollo is considered by some to be the Solar Logos, the Mediator, Vishnu, Mithras, Horus, the Universal Word. Apollo was lawgiver to the Greek city-states. As the god of divination and prophecy, he communicated to humanity by means of prophets and oracles as in the famed ritual of Delphi. In the tradition of the prophets of old, Mark and Elizabeth Prophet are empowered by the Holy Spirit to deliver to the sons and daughters of God the Word of the Lord spoken by Elohim. In a dictation given on December 29, 1974, Apollo stood among the seven Elohim "forming a stellar formation across the cosmos this night, localizing the five-pointed star of man's identification as a Christed one. This is the star of the appearing of the Christ consciousness," Apollo explained. "We raise our hands and there is the quivering of the bow. The arrow of a cosmo-conception is released and energies flash forth between the Elohim as a certain light is released from the heart of Alpha and Omega. Now visualize that starry configuration of the five-pointed star - five points of light within you - and you will feel as the energy flows from the points of the star each Elohim and divine complement sending forth the fire to every other point of the star. Now for this macrocosmic miracle we desire to have a counterpoint in form. You are that counterpoint as you are in the starry body of man. So now, let the Elohim and their energies flow through your forcefield." (To be continued.)
