I come, then, for a transfer of a portion of my energy. It is the violet flame. This transfer, then, is that you might have that flame of freedom, that violet flame of transmutation, for the protection of the delicate thread of contact - your individual contact with the ascended masters, with the I AM Presence, with the Christ Self, with the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, and with every soul of flame evolving in the planes of Mater. This is the meaning of the thread of contact.
We see then that that thread, as delicate heartbeat, as delicate physical focus within you of the heart chakra, is under the stress and the strain of the travail and the groaning of the birth of the Christ in Terra.7 I come to give you of my heart flame for the cushioning of your heart, for the cushioning of the thread, for the cushioning of consciousness. For you are engaged in a mighty struggle of life, the struggle then that is waged by the children of God, that struggle to bring light in the very midst of darkness.
Now it is not God who struggles, but only the consciousness that is out of the way of alignment with God. And yet the legions come and they use their swords and they use their energies to defend righteousness. And all the while here you are in physical incarnation, attempting to hold the balance for the legions of light, being used as their instruments day and night as they focus the energies of love through your chakras to anchor through you that intensity of light.
And as they use you to anchor the light, so the fallen ones come in and attack your very blessed body temples and your organization and your decrees and your service. And then the legions of light come to defend you against these hordes who attack their outpost. And as you feel these pressures mounting, sometimes weary in your service, and you stop and you give your invocations in that very moment - giving forth the call to the violet flame, to Archangel Michael, and to beloved Astrea - you yourself are giving the authority to the legions of light to enter into your very own forcefield and to clear you of those fallen ones who are attempting to stop the flow of light through you.
Do you understand then what a great and mighty spirit of cosmic cooperation exists between the angels, the Elohim, the ascended masters, and your very own blessed selves? This is the meaning of brotherhood! This is the meaning of the sacred trust and the trysting of our souls as we partake of the cup, the blessed cup of communion. And as we drink of the blessed blood of Christ that is our very Spirit, our very flow of life, our very understanding, we indeed drink of the living teaching, we drink of the living doctrine, and it is as the sustaining flow of the wine of God pressed out from the winepress of the Holy Spirit and the hosts of the Lord.
See then that you come into a spirit of great gratitude and appreciation, especially when you are tempted to doubt and to fear. Why, I tell you, precious ones, the greater the presence of doubt and fear, the greater you will understand is the intensification of the battle. And when you feel that doubt and fear, it is precisely the scenario that I have described to you. It is because God is using you for the victory that you must then defend your citadel against the inroads of those fallen ones who are in a state of such fear themselves because they stand to lose their very stronghold and their stranglehold among the children of God upon earth.
And therefore they come into your auras with a trembling and a fear that is far, far greater than the fear that could ever be known by the children of God. And after all, what do the children of God have to fear? I say, nothing; for they are the children of God and the only fear that they ought to have is that reasonable, awesome feeling of reverence for the Lord God himself. This is the fear of the Lord that is certainly not the trembling of the wicked, but it is the realization that one stands in the very presence of the Holy of Holies. It is the awe and the reverence and the respect. This is the fear that you ought to feel, for God in his living flame Presence can certainly make the difference in the life everlasting or aught else that may manifest because you reject that life everlasting.
See then that the fear of the fallen ones is the fear of death, the fear of annihilation, the fear of losing the very life source that they have as they tie into the forcefields of the lightbearers to syphon off and to vampirize their light. This is the fear that they transfer to you when they stand in your auras. It is unnatural. It is unholy. And I say to you, by God and by God's grace and by his name, you ought to identify that energy and that vibration as having no part with your soul or your mastery, for you have the teaching of the Law. And when you have the teaching of the Law and the understanding of the love of God, there is no such entertaining, no such entertaining of these discarnates or of their emanations.
Let it be clear, then, that God-mastery is won by illumination, this very illumination which I give you. All consciousness of death is the consciousness of the fallen ones who are spiraling through the cycles of death. For death is not real, it does not exist. You cannot die, you live forever in God. The leaves may fall from the trees and that which you use as a vehicle may one day pass through the cycles of repolarization, but death there is not.
Therefore you see, all fear is based on death. Fear, then, is unreal, death is unreal, and doubt is unreal; for the doubt is predicated upon the sense of the separation from God. You are not separate from God, therefore you have nothing to doubt. The fallen ones are indeed separate from God, and therefore they are filled with doubts.
Can you not see, then, that all of these vibrations are anti-Christ in nature, 'anti' the Christ being born within you? And they are the direct assault upon your very lifestream - the streaming of life in your being coursing back, back to the Great Central Sun, back to the ascension in the light, back over the coils of God consciousness into the flaming center of freedom.
Now, then, when you are in the fray and as you move in the midst of the world day by day, you may not have the full memory and God-realization of every word that I speak to you this night, but you will bear the record in your soul, for I am placing that reel of gold, the winding on the spool of the record of this dictation. And if you will call to your Christ Self and to me, it will replay within the citadel of your being, and then you will have the reminder not only of my word, but of my flame and my Presence.
I give you the spool on which is wound that golden wire, that golden energy field that records the spoken Word. And upon it is also recorded a very specific dictation directed to you personally and to your soul directly from my heart. This is real, beloved ones; for I have written and I have spoken to each and every one of your souls on another track even as I have been speaking through this messenger to you.
Do not doubt, for it is real, for I am here, and the transfer is being made. And your soul now receives from the hand of my angel this very special, special spool that contains the thread of an immortal recording pertaining to the path to your ascension, to the goal, and to the immediate necessity of shedding certain snakeskins of selfishness whereby you may come forth as that golden, serpentine light and energy coil, rising, rising on the spinal altar, unimpeded, not deterred, and fortified by the protection of the thread of contact.
Now I place around the thread and the most delicate forcefield of the thread a portion of violet flame from my heart. There it will remain as long as you, in each twenty-four-hour cycle, will give one call to the violet flame, one simple call such as the mantra "I AM a being of violet fire - I AM the purity God desires!" Using the name of God I AM and calling forth the violet flame will give to me and to your I AM Presence the authority to recharge that concentrated forcefield of the violet flame each and every day, each and every twenty-four-hour cycle.
Precious ones, there is a problem in the seeing of selfishness. For one never knows when one is selfish until one has placed one foot upon the upper ledge, the next step up the mountain. With the right foot on the higher step, one can see where the left foot yet is, one can glimpse a former state of consciousness. Pray, then, for the opening and the clear seeing.
It is not our desire to be monotonous in our releases or to hammer on the very same point of the Law. Yet I say, consider the artist or the sculptor or the one who hammers on the anvil the precious metal. Think how many times that one must go over and over a certain point to bring it into clarity, into definition for the perception of truth. Therefore, when the ascended masters teach, when they come before you to make the same request that has been made before, that is: "Precious ones, will you not this day set aside some aspect of selfishness that is your portion, your just portion to place upon the altar of the sacred fire?"
We come with this request, yet some of you have heard this request before and some have said therefore, "Well, I have heard this before. It is the same old teaching. Because I have heard it before, I will rest my ears, for Saint Germain is speaking to someone else who has not yet heard the Word."
Well, precious ones, this is understandable from the standpoint of human nature, for human nature quickly becomes bored and constantly seeks the new, the exciting, the extravagant, the sensational. And you see how the moneychangers in the temples constantly play upon this factor of the human consciousness, that absence of constancy to go over and over and over again the precious Word.
You see, the violet flame and the seventh-ray flame - it is a ray of ritual. And in ritual the soul delights in going over the same beautiful cadences of the prayer, of the decree, of sacred scripture. Words that are thousands of years old still ring true, and they carry a message and a flame and a forcefield of light to the soul. And in the familiar, like the familiar story to the little child, in the familiar word of the great teachers is comfort, is reinforcement for life, and is the strengthening of the coil of the ascension.
Each time you go over the precious Word, the precious Word that He spoke, you are reinforcing the spirals of your God consciousness. And therefore if I ask you today to lay something upon the altar that you are willing to relinquish, some little preference of the self, something that you have withheld - perhaps it is within you that little mark of dishonesty where you have been dishonest with yourself or perhaps dishonest with your loved ones, perhaps that is what ought to go into the flame this day, or perhaps it is a penchant for eating those sweets that you ought not to eat because you know that it weakens your auric envelope to have your body temple saturated with those sugars that do not allow you to concentrate your sacred energies.
These little indulgences here and there, they are what makes for the totality of strength and of courage and of warriors bold - those who can, as Lanello has said, push away from the table, push themselves away from this or that habit pattern that has come for the binding of the soul instead of for the liberation for the goal.
Now if I were to come to you each and every morning or if you were to hear my dictation of this day each and every morning, you would say to yourself, would you not, "Well, Saint Germain spoke then on January 2. He spoke to us, he said it. And I laid that portion of myself on the altar that day and therefore I do not have to listen to this portion of the dictation today."
Well, precious ones, I think for a New Year's resolution it would be truly the greatest gift that you could offer to the Lords of Karma and to your own blessed Christ Self to find something each day to place upon the altar, something - some token of surrender, some token whereby that ongoingness, that self-transcending power, wisdom, and love might be a part of your inspiration and your integration with the morning light, beginning each day by putting something, something into the flame, something, even that which seemed precious to you yesterday. It is all for the greater glory of the light of God that never fails. It is the glory of the cause and the glory of your ascension. It is for the glory of the oneness with our octaves of light.
It is not my desire to come to you with a New Year's spanking, but to hope that a New Year's talking will do well with the child within you. And therefore I set aside the spanking and I talk to you as I would talk to a little child. I speak to the little child. I speak to you as you were at the age of eight or ten, in your innocence, in your desire to love God, in your not knowing the way to go. I speak to you, then, as Arthur would have spoken to the little boy who would take the flame of Camelot yet who perhaps knew not exactly how to carry that flame or the full perspective of the future and what was dependent upon the carrying of that flame by that one little child.
God is dependent, oh, so very dependent upon you for the integration of the higher worlds with worlds here below. And therefore I say to you, let yourselves be trained in the path of initiation from childhood on, and so train your children after you. For you see, when it comes down to the very great pearl, the pearl of great price, do you know what that pearl is?8 Do you know what it is in your life? Do you know what makes the pearl shine with the colors of the resurrection flame? Do you know what makes that pearl become a causal body of light? It is the path of service.
"Oh," you say, "I have heard that before." Yes, yes, my beloved, and you will hear it again and again.
