I AM Serapis and I have come with legions of Light of the Divine Mother, who do indeed compass this city round about - seraphim and saints of the Most High God, those who are robed in white,1 those who have been chosen of the Fourth Ray now to enter this city and to form the great cosmic cube.
Thus, the cube of the City Foursquare, founded upon that foundation of Ascended Master Light, is met by the devotees out of the East who have come to greet those descending from the Central Sun, converging, then, as Alpha and Omega in the heart of Elohim. Solar ring upon ring of angels of light form round about a grid of Light,2 beloved.
Therefore, our statement is our presence and our presence is the extension of the Central Sun, that a nation under God, conceived in the heart of Liberty, sponsored by Saint Germain, should know the permanence of the eternal Light and the record kept here, that the saints of the Great White Brotherhood, as Above, so below, do stand to keep the city.
Therefore, come what may, the Divine Reality does appear. It is now and it is a confirmation of that light upon the brow that does seal thee forevermore in the heart of Alpha and Omega.
Lightbearers of the world, I AM the Hierarch of the Ascension Temple of Luxor3 and an ascension temple that is not of this world. I say to you, then, keep the Flame of Life upon earth and know that the immaculate concept of a golden age is yet held in the hearts of all those who serve the Holy Cause of Freedom. And know that that enlightenment which is come upon you - which may expand and expand and expand now as you meditate intensely upon the fire upon the crown of the head and see and visualize golden illumination's flame intensifying - is the predawn of that golden age. As this does take place, beloved, so our anchor point in the earth through you does increase.
Therefore, in the reflecting pool, behold, a multitude of heavenly hosts is seen, and superimposed upon them and again upon that cosmic cube there is the vision of the great pyramid of this civilization of the I AM Race in its perfected state; and above that pyramid is a capstone yet waiting to be placed on that solid foundation.
Blessed hearts, when Darkness moves in the earth the Lightbearers intensify Reality, and Reality is an intimidation unto those who have it not. There be some upon this earth who come from beneath, as Jesus said,4 who have not known the Reality of God since they have turned their backs upon the sun, even the Great Central Sun and the Light incarnation of the Word, who is the Son of God. These cannot stand in the day of the appearing of the sons and daughters of God. Therefore, they would if they could foment war and annihilation and the collision of worlds here below before that advent of Christ in His own.
Let them know, then, that there is an end to all of this - finis. There is an end to all of this, I say. And therefore, tempt not the Great Kali nor bet thy time in the Kali Yuga, for the Divine Mother and the right hand of that Great Kali does descend upon you.
And therefore, let the fallen ones who think they have control in this world know: you have no power except God give it you.5 Trust not your fates or your plans, for the Light's dominion in the earth shall have the Victory and those who are not found in the All-Seeing Eye of God, they - mark you well - shall not endure. For these are not conquerors of time and space and they may not pass through the star above that pyramid unto eternal Life.
Therefore, know that it is an hour to come into the Divine Union. Whether or not a nation shall rally to the divine cause of a golden age, let it be known that the Reality of the kingdom is nigh, the Reality of the Son of God is nigh, the Reality of the Divine Mother is nigh, and all who, then, leap into the arms of the Archangels shall know of a truth that God is very near in this hour to pluck his own unto the higher vibration. There may they abide in the intensity of the God Flame to lower that Flame into manifestation wherever child or child-man does raise up a cup or a chalice to receive it.
Thus, beloved, the quickening is come. I AM Serapis for the quickening of hearts who will be quickened, who are to be quickened. Let them know, then, that there is a path, there is an initiation unto eternal Life: the goal is the Ascension. The goal, therefore, is Victory in this earth in the Matter spheres, Victory in the soul and the soul's reunion with God. Let that Victory be pursued and let your feet sandaled, then, with winged sandals of light know truly the swiftness of the Mind of God of Mercury.
Therefore, Hermes Trismegistus, thrice blessed by the power of the three-times-three, come now to balance these heart flames and their devotion. Come with balance, then, of Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva.
Therefore, in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, in the name of the threefold flame within your hearts I say, O Lord Maha Chohan, breathe upon them the breath of the Holy Spirit. So let the sacred fire breath fan the spark in the heart. Fan the divine spark now, for they are worthy, for their names are written in the Book of Life and upon the rolls of Luxor.
Seraphic bands, heed now! Stand in formation, form the mighty cosmic cube and therefore let Death and Hell flee from the face of the Son of God. Living Christ Jesus in the midst of the city, perform thy holy work! [20-sec. pause]
Hear, then, the sound. Hear the sound of those legions of Light who deliver a divine music for the marching of the legions from the Central Sun. Hear them in concentric rings, wider and wider, encompassing greater and greater territory, moving out from this city. Hear the chorusings. Hear the acclamation of the Son of God appearing.
Blessed hearts, I announce to you that the Lord Jesus Christ in a vast manifestation of his Being, Presence and Causal Body does occupy the whole sky and heaven above this city, therefore releasing the true Divine Doctrine of his own inner Word spoken in the heart of every devotee of the Cosmic Christ worlds without end.
Go down, then, ye fallen angels to the sides of the pit!6 For the Son of God does raise his right hand in judgment of you who have betrayed a nation, a people, a God, a planet and a system [to deprive them] of the Divine Union, as Above, so below. The legions of the Lord Christ bind many in this hour and they are truly bound and they shall not be loosed again but removed from inner planes where they have been since their transition.
There is a great clearing, then, of the inner planes of the planet whereby the Son of God may call those souls who are of the Light and quicken them into the very hour of their resurrection. Therefore know, beloved, that many upon earth shall receive from the beloved Son of God this night an impetus to rise in the flame of Cosmic Christ Peace and to defend the Spirit of Liberty as the Spirit of the Divine Mother abroad in the land and throughout this planet. Truly, Divine Intervention shall not wait for crisis. Truly, Divine Intervention does come, therefore, to prevent crisis and to raise up a wall of light around a city.
Therefore, let all who enter this place know that the hour of the Judgment of the Son of God is come. He, therefore, sends his angels first to the Lightbearers that they might willingly and joyously separate out from the unreality of the Unreal.
O Divine Reality, appear, then, in the seven centers of thy Lightbearers in the earth! O Divine Reality, appear, then! Appear, then, Divine Reality, before these fallen ones who have none, and therefore let them perceive their nakedness and their nothingness7 outside of the pale of the God-center of that mighty threefold flame.
I AM Serapis. The curtain has unveiled a vision of inner planes of Light, numberless numbers of heavenly hosts. Be certain, beloved, that Divine Justice, even that Spirit of Cosmic Justice, is come into the earth. Pray with all of your hearts and souls and minds. Decree with all of the rejoicing of your voices for that Light to penetrate and saturate, penetrate and saturate, penetrate and saturate into the very astral planes, into the very depths of degradation of Death and Hell until the sea shall give up its dead8 and there shall be the binding of all that is foul and unclean out of the astral plane and the pits under the earth.9
So there are sweeping changes due for a planet as angels of the violet flame sweep through and bind the dust of centuries. May a people rally, may a heart hear the call. May the singular note of wisdom and the singular sound of the angel of the Son of God trumpet the Divine Appearing of the Woman clothed with the Sun in heaven, Mary, the great mediatrix of grace and mercy.
Therefore, beloved, in the sign of the caduceus and the sacred fire rising, I impel you to a higher dominion, a higher consciousness, a higher retreat.
The cosmic cross of white fire seal you as Saint Germain does receive you now to seal the servants of God in their foreheads.
I AM THAT I AM Serapis Bey. I AM THAT I AM in the heart of Ascension's Flame. I enter the Flame and by that Flame I return to the heart of God.
