Ho! Everyone that thirsteth, come ye to the waters of eternal Life. For the fount of the Universal Christ does flow!
I, Raphael, greet you in the Immaculate Heart of the beloved Mary. We have come in this hour and to this city for the defense of Life and to assist the Ascended Master Saint Germain in his God-determination to see the Lightbearers of earth defended and this nation under God so situated as to pursue the great golden age now appearing.
Therefore, our gift upon the altar of this nation is a call to the healing flame.1 For without Divine Wholeness nor a people nor a continent can respond to the call to "Be all Light!"2 to enter in to that wholeness whereby in integration of the spirals of Light there is forged that individualization of God in embodiment that does determine that the Light shall descend, the Kingdom shall come, His Will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Wherefore, to what end, do you suppose the Lord has shown to the beloved John the Holy City descending out of heaven? It was so that you might recognize that this etheric blueprint is intended to manifest upon earth. And thus the meeting of that bride adorned for her husband with the living Christ does take place, that on earth as in heaven finally the golden etheric city of light, over and again, might be represented in the cities of earth, which are become the kingdoms of our God. This merging of the octaves and of heaven and earth is the sign of the ascending ones and their fulfillment of that cosmic destiny from the beginning.
Therefore we say to each and every one, let a healing altar be raised up in the home, in the church, in the citadel of Light and Freedom - wherever people of Light gather. Let the call for the divine healing of a nation, mind and heart and soul - in will, in body and in the functions of the very government and the economy - therefore be the goal. Let this call for healing be consistent and daily. And see what the Fifth Ray and the development of your own third-eye chakra may increase for a vision of God that does become as a funnel whereby the energies of the octaves of light might flow through that vision to coalesce in form.
Healing, then, is required of the psyche, the soul itself, and of bodies bruised by bombardment of forces unseen and toxins of the environment and a polluted food chain.
Blessed hearts, let the mind be quickened by the power of the Immaculate Heart! Let the soul be quickened! And let each one understand that it is lawful to balance this body and to perceive strength [in it] - therefore to present oneself an acceptable chalice for the uses of the Holy Spirit.
Therefore, legions of angels of the Fifth Ray gather. They gather for the twofold purpose: a mighty vision in the hearts of the people, that they might (1) read the signs of the times and (2) know that the sign is given as a warning that all might know the approaching danger. For unless some portion of karma descend, beloved, how will the people become alert to the oncoming tragedies which will surely follow thereafter - unless they unite to take action and take a stand for Light, for defense and for the balance of these monetary systems?
Blessed hearts, forces are raging in the earth. And indeed the Lightbearers are called to draw the line over which Darkness shall not pass. We decree it: They shall not pass, in the name of the living Christ! But unless our decree be repeated through your own hearts and chakras, your free will is not expressed and therefore the Light has no vessel whereby it might fill that vessel and overflow to reach the boundaries of many who are in need of that surcease in this hour.
Blessed hearts, I come to anchor a light and a flame wherever souls may gather to invoke that healing light. I also direct your attention to the call to the Elohim of the All-Seeing Eye of God,3 that by your use of that mantra you may increase the vision and the opening of the third eye, not prematurely but in consonance with your use of the violet flame and the gentle raising of the light upon the altar of being.
Therefore, beloved, understand that when spiritual vision is opened you see heaven as well as hell, you see the darkness of world karma as well as a future golden age and truly the celestial city of God. Blessed ones, it cannot be otherwise, for the opening of the lens unto Reality must show the consequences of the abuse of Reality and their antithesis.
Thus understand why this spiritual eye is not opened by the angels of the Fifth Ray. For most people upon this planet are not able to bear the visions of Darkness, such as those portrayed by my beloved Mary at Fátima and Medjugorje.
Thus, the innocence of children protected and sealed by the Archangels does allow their pure hearts to repeat exactly what they have seen and heard without the disruption of minds based on rationalism, empiricism or even the fears of the woes coming upon the earth. Blessed ones, out of the heart of the child is Truth spoken.
Therefore, let all people of earth know that the hour is today and tomorrow, that there is a time to sow light and reap light, to build a citadel of the emerald ray and the emerald chalice, a time to invoke wholeness for the nations and for the people and a time to call for the purging of the earth of those fallen angels.4 For surely the hour is come for those angels called the reapers to remove the tares, even as the wheat is being harvested.5
Thus, beloved, let the spoilers in the earth be bound! For the LORD God Almighty has decreed it and we are his mouthpiece. Therefore may you also see yourself as a messenger of God, that you might affirm that divine decree and invoke the judgment of those who are plummeting this earth into a course of destruction and of trembling and of quaking by their infamy and their violation and sin against the Holy Ghost, even in these little children.6
Let the souls of Light beneath the altar of God7 know that the hour is coming, and now is, when these woes upon the earth shall be recompensed upon those who have originated them, who are that very seed of the fallen ones. Blessed ones of the Light, may you therefore know the place of light and haven of safety in the Holy of Holies of your own I AM Presence. May you truly understand the need for a Path and a Teaching and for this dynamic decree.
I have called you to my heart that my angels may now approach you. They have the ability to place their auric field, their electromagnetic field, around you now. You may bid them welcome with a softly spoken "welcome" to them. For they must have your permission to enter your aura now to convey a vial of healing and a quickening of the chakras.
For we come, beloved, only to serve and magnify the Lord within your temple, to glorify his name I AM THAT I AM. Therefore, in the name Jesus Christ, we serve. In the name of the Christ of you, we serve. In the name of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, we serve.
Call to us at any hour of the day or the night for a loved one or a nation, a continent or a planet. For ours is the joy to enter in, to combat Darkness, to manifest Light.
Blessed hearts, I extend my hands, even as my angels now tend you. And they attend you, beloved, inasmuch as they await your call, your prayer and your willingness to be the instrument of this emerald ray in the earth that is for the healing of nations.
May your Tree of Life also, as your causal body and the fruit thereof, be for the healing of all nations.8
So it is decreed by God in the beginning. So it is up to you to decree it in the ending. As Above so below, Alpha/Omega in God and man is the sealing of this covenant.

To the Light eternal I bow, in heaven and on earth. May you be one as we are. Truly in the nexus of the Eternal Christ is all resolution.
