Ho! let the waters of eternal Life flow, then, from the citadel of Being.
I AM in the heart of every Keeper of the Flame, Saint Germain. Therefore, with you in this hour in this city, I AM in the fervor of Freedom and Liberty's name.
O people of the LORD, East and West, O children of the Sun, my sons and daughters, hear me, then. For I also come of late from the Darjeeling Council chambers where the winds that blow through the trees high in the foothills of the Himalayas do waft on their breeze sweet incense and prayers unto the great principles and persons of the Godhead.
Thus, you have celebrated the incarnation, lo, of the Word, East and West. Let it be, then, for the balance of a planet and more, aye, for the raising up of a soul of Light unto the victory of the Eternal Mother.
Therefore, beloved, remember the Cave of Light, remember the Master R.1 For I AM here and I AM there, and I do weave a planetary caduceus, that you might understand (though Freedom be my very own heartbeat) that I neglect not the training in the secret chamber of the heart of those devotees who must garner light in the center of being if they would make a statement for Krishna and Arjuna in this hour.2
Let the chela of the Universal Christ know, then, that I AM in the heart of the Great Guru Sanat Kumara even as I AM in the heart of the one who must be the extension of a Spirit cosmos in these veils of Matter for the rescue of souls.
Therefore, I AM come to those in the West who know not that they need the rescuing by fiery seraphim and devas of the will of God.
I AM in the heart of the seventh dispensation.
Therefore, there does remain in this city a pillar of my Presence and of the great light of the Far East.3
Therefore, Come, Master of the Himalayas. Establish thy blue lotus flame until twenty-four hours hence and less that word should go forth from this place out of the Cave of Light.
Therefore, Come, Divine Mother - Come, then, Kali. Let there be the gathering of those tormented by the plagues of sophistication and civilization.
Blessed hearts, my word has gone forth even as you have heard commentary on the world scene through the very gift of prophecy that is upon this Messenger.
I AM the one, then, who does promote this program for the defense of freedom.
I AM the one who does first and foremost seal now the seat-of-the-soul chakra in you by the amethyst crystal. Let the violet flame blaze forth from thy soul henceforth, for I would bestir the awakening by the fires from heavenly altars.
I AM in the heart of the Cave of Symbols and the Cave of Light.4 I place my Electronic Presence over each and every one - the Lightbearers of the nations who are determined to turn back nuclear war while there is yet time. For there is indeed time!
And in this hour, then, the days shall not be shortened for the elect. I say, they shall be lengthened! [15-sec. applause] Let each twenty-four-hour cycle for the elect of God now become the forty-eight and more.
Let the great aura and the causal body of Jupiter be upon you. And with joy and joviality I say, Go forth to win a world for the heart of the Divine Mother whose servant I AM. She is universally present in ye all, one Body, one Light. One song She does sing in the heart, "O my children, be free! O my sons and daughters, rise up now and lead these lambkins into the folds of the garment of God."
Lo! I AM THAT I AM. Lo! the hand, therefore, of God in me and my hand in his hand and one with the Goddess of Liberty does release to you, beloved, a momentum for the arresting of the spirals of darkness and deceit and the masters of deceit in this city and of those who are a part of what I have so named as the international capitalist/communist conspiracy. Let it be so.
Whether or not you have wondered if there be such a conspiracy, for the moment accept my word that it does exist by powers that be, warned of by the apostle Paul, your beloved Hilarion. Thus, the "spiritual wickedness in high places"5 of this city, which does represent the third-eye chakra of the nation, is a manipulation in money matters beyond conception.
And therefore I say, Woe! Woe! Woe! Let the judgments descend upon those who manipulate the abundant Life of a people of God and subject them to a slavery untold far beyond that of the Egyptian taskmasters!
Know ye not that they have enslaved your mind and heart and body?
O ye people of America, cry out for Freedom and do not resist your deliverer who does come to you! For the deliverer of my people is truly the Spirit of the LORD and the mighty Archangels and the Divine Mother in your midst. And this deliverance must come swiftly, as in the eye of God.
Let the deliverance come, I say! And resist not going forth into the wilderness, America, to come apart from this Babylonian civilization that will swallow you up even as malefic flowers do close and consume the very soul itself.
Blessed hearts, be in this city but not of its downward spiral. And therefore, by the spiral of light and the Ascension Flame so conquer what thou art where thou art and be in the heart of the living pyramid of Mater at that point of Resurrection's Flame.
I AM Saint Germain! And I keep the flame of Mother Liberty. And I come now to enjoin your heart to my own as I do extend the divine spark and a current of light for the increase and balance of those who do carry with honor, with reverence the threefold flame of Christ-Liberty within their hearts.
Beloved ones, I come with a sacred fire breath to breathe upon that divine spark the light, the energy and consciousness of the Holy Spirit. [The sounding of the holy breath is heard.] Thus in Alpha and Omega receive renewal, a fire that does consume and intensify within you now the will to be and the will of the devouring Kali to devour those malefic spirits foul that move across the land to devour the youth of America and the world.
I say unto all purveyors of drugs and all who poison the minds and souls and bodies of youth eternal everywhere:
So the pronouncement of the judgment of Almighty God be upon you. So by the spirit of the Prophet does there descend now that karma upon those who are the destroyers in the earth!6
And let the archdeceivers of the people in their nests in the nations' capitals now tremble, for the LORD God Almighty does walk the earth!
For the LORD God Almighty is come and the Divine Mother does enter and does take dominion in the Matter universe.
Let the devotees of the Mother, of the Christ and the Buddha appear, then. And fear not to claim the Light, for so must your Light increase even as the Darkness of the fallen ones does decrease.
Those wise ones of the Spirit who live in the heart of the Mother know the hour and the sign of cosmic cycles. They do know indeed the signs of the times. And they know when they stand in the presence of the infilling fire of the Holy Spirit!
Thus, look and see with the inner eye as the LORD [appearing as] the Maha Chohan does stand in large form before you, intensifying the action of the Holy Spirit to breathe new life and opportunity into the Lightbearers of this city and all who would be so called the Lightbearers of the world.
I pray you, beloved, intensify your sendings of love to the blessed Mother Mary. For the Divine Mother is near and She does pass by, then, those "mighty ones" yet in their seats.7 She does pass by, then, those who victimize the poor and leave them on their own.
Beloved hearts, the Divine Mother does go forth with more than a social program, aye, indeed, She does go forth for the buoying up of the will to be, to love, to do, to create and to return to the original founding principles whereby Alpha and Omega have created in the beginning.
So, in the sign of the cosmic cross of white fire know that the door of opportunity has never swung more wide, that the portals of purity, the chakras (even of the great ladies of heaven) open now to deliver unto you that sacred fire and that white light of the Sun behind the sun.
Blessed hearts, receive anew the calling of the Divine One and know that you are indeed sent for a purpose. I say, break the curse of death and mortality! Thou hast no part with it. Only the soul evolving unto the Deity is nigh. Therefore, cease to refer to oneself in a limited capacity, for the fountain of joy of the heart does overflow.
O rejoice, beloved, for the LORD our God reigneth!
I, Saint Germain, call in the name I AM THAT I AM:
Elohim of God, it is the hour! Arc, then, the light of the Inner Retreat to the very heart of the Goddess of Liberty and that statue. Let there be an open fount created out of Mind of Elohim of God. Let there be the opening of the way. Let there be deliverance this day and let the walls of light go up. For the LORD our God has decreed it. Lo, He has said:
I AM the LORD thy God. I have not forgot my own, but I AM the very fire in the midst of Israel.
I speak out of the Flame of the ark of the covenant. I speak out of the Sacred Heart. I speak out of the flaming Flame that will not be quenched, known of Zarathustra and Melchizedek.
For I, the LORD thy God, have spoken through prophets and avatars and Christed ones of all ages, and I have summoned my people. And I stand again through this my Servant-Son Saint Germain. And I demand that that mandate be delivered unto the people of this nation under God and of all nations.
Come, then, and worship under the mighty Tree of Life. Come, then, and stand under your own vine and fig tree. For I have sent to you my Presence. I have sent to you my prophets. I have sent to you my Son.
And therefore, hear me, people of earth! I say to you, bind, then, the oppressor! For the hour is come for the judgment of the fallen ones in the earth who would push you to the brink of war and economic collapse and famine and plague.
Therefore, I AM with thee in the hour of the Call. And I say, in my name I AM THAT I AM send forth the mandate of the judgment and see how one is taken and another is left. See how there shall be the harvesting of those wicked and foul spirits in your midst who have taken your children and led them astray unto the very burden of your souls.
Lo! I AM the LORD thy God that liveth in thy midst. And therefore, let the false-hierarchy impostors of the Brotherhood of Light go down. And let freedom ring in every nation. And let the bell of Saint Germain be heard as a mighty chime in the heart.8 And the sounding of the Law of the One does create, then, the resolution and the reunion of hearts on earth with hearts who are my own.
Lo! I AM the LORD thy God who liveth. Lo! I AM in thee and thou in me. And therefore, trust in the God of thy forefathers and enter into the oneness whereby the nations are defended by a spiritual light and a pillar of fire.
And the golden-calf civilization does go down! And the Cain civilization is judged! For no longer is the Cain civilization protected by the mark of Cain.9 It is no more.
And therefore, let the fallen ones know that the hour is come that they must pay the price for the shedding of the blood of the holy innocents and of the sons of God and of the prophets and of the Christs. Therefore, let them tremble! For I come into their citadel of international power and moneyed interests. And I AM, of the LORD God, do declare unto you that through my Archangels they shall know the judgment.
And therefore, let the Lightbearers stand fast in the earth. Let the true disciples of the living Christ stand fast and behold the salvation of our God.
O people of earth, know, therefore, that eternal Life is nigh. And therefore let there be the sealing - therefore let there be the sealing, therefore let there be the sealing of the places of the deep of Death and Hell. And let there come a breath of air and a reprieve unto the Lightbearer for the regrouping of forces, for the exposure of the Liar and the Lie and the binding of the Murderer in his lair. I say it! I proclaim it! I declare it!
Now hear the word of my Son Saint Germain and do follow his calling, beloved. For if you do obey my Prophet whom I have sent unto the Aquarian age, then, beloved, understand that you shall be delivered. But if you heed not this voice of the seventh angel,10 beloved Saint Germain, you will find yourselves not in the center of God-free being and therefore not able to deal with those forces which return to earth through resolution by my sacred fire.
Therefore, invoke the sacred fire daily. Invoke the violet flame. Invoke my Archangels in my name and I shall send them unto you.
For I, the LORD thy God, liveth and I live to save the earth in this hour. Therefore, be myself in form, and in formlessness I shall be with thee always in the Spirit of the I AM THAT I AM.
Truly, beloved, the Father has sent me unto you. I AM your brother Saint Germain. I have set forth for you (and through the Lords of the Seven Rays, the Ascended Masters, and Jesus Christ) a path, a teaching and a mighty work of the ages. Not of myself but of the oneness of the Universal Christ have I spoken, written and dictated through my Messengers.
Heed the Word and the Call. The Message is present, the Teaching available.
Take first things first. Defend thy spiritual right to be. Defend the land of the earth, time and space, inner and outer. Establish bastions of freedom and protection. And neglect not the challenge of [to challenge] those misrepresentatives in the halls of government who, if you allow them, will lead you in the paths of self-destruction - national and international suicide.
You have heard the speaking of the LORD God. Know, then, that this Word must be affirmed daily by you, for it is the law of the Spirit/Matter Cosmos and the mighty figure-eight flow. As Above in the heart of God, as you have heard his will purposed, so below manifest it, I counsel you. Not angels or Ascended Masters or the LORD God himself may accomplish this for thee. Thou alone, all One, do this, then. For this Body of Light is the torch held high by the Goddess of Liberty.
O saints and soldiers of the cross, worthy of thy calling, pass by me now as I would touch the third eye through the emerald matrix and deliver to you the molecule of light on which is inscribed the blueprint, the divine plan for you and your twin flame in the two-thousand-year dispensation of Aquarius. For some it shall be the Ascension sooner, for others later.
Tarry, then, in the Holy City, the New Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.11

This dictation by Saint Germain was delivered at the conclusion of the Saturday evening service, October 3, 1987 (after midnight) during a 4-day seminar held at the Penta Hotel in New York City, where Elizabeth Clare Prophet was stumping for Saint Germain's Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness. Add Archangel Michael's Rosary for Armageddon combined with a half hour of dynamic violet flame decrees - all of this to mitigate the returning karma upon the economies of the nations. Don't wait.
