Hail, legions of the sacred fire! In the beauty of the flaming presence of the Mother of Victory, I AM come.
Legions from the Central Sun, hear me! In the Spirit of Victory I AM Victory! And we appear for the purging of earth of all that has resisted the presence of Christ Victory eternally and forever. Christ Victory is the standard, O beloved. And my legions come in this hour for the binding of the doldrums and the darkness and for the death of that spirit of anti-Christ-Victory.
Therefore, beloved, we have taken the command of the Messenger and the Lightbearers and we are implementing the judgment of those who would extinguish the flame of Cosmic Christ illumination in the earth. Beloved hearts, know that we, the legions of Victory, do appear in this hour to give every Lightbearer in the earth that Power of Victory, that Wisdom of Victory, and that Love of Victory! [25-sec. standing ovation]
Even as you hail me "Mighty Victory," so I AM the God Victory of the Central Sun. I AM that Spirit of the Sun resplendent. And, beloved, I AM come to add that fire of my Presence to beloved Helios, to beloved Alpha and Omega, and to tarry with you that your bodies might be saturated with my living flame of Christ Victory!
It is Cosmic Christ Victory, beloved. And as you have dared to become the vessel of your Holy Christ Self, now then, the upward trek demands that you consider yourself to be the vessel of that Cosmic Christ, Maitreya. (Be seated, then, in his heart as I would speak to you in this hour.)
As that Christ Victory, Jesus said, "One is taken and another is left."1 How does one tell the difference when there are two laborers laboring in the field and the angel of the LORD does come and take one to the retreat of the Great White Brotherhood whereas the other is left to toil in his karma? Beloved, I beseech you, for I would speak out of the heart of Cosmic Christ Victory in defense of the Mystery School.
First and foremost, the Inner Retreat is an etheric retreat. And thus, there has been some confusion as to just where the Inner Retreat is located at the Royal Teton Ranch. Some have the idea it is here or there or only in the "Heart"2 or perhaps it is the entire Ranch. Beloved ones, the Royal Teton Ranch is the physical focus of the true Inner Retreat, which is the etheric octave. And that etheric octave is the living school of Light and the Retreat of the Divine Mother.
Therefore, those who would enter the [physical] "Heart" of the Inner Retreat must also understand the "rites of passage" into the etheric octave. Believe me, beloved, it is necessary to follow the legions of Victory that you might pass through physical molecules and understand what being truly is in the Heart of that Inner Retreat - in the very heart of the etheric plane.
Therefore, when the right hand of Maitreya is raised there is the turning back of those who may not come into the etheric octave, for they have not woven the wedding garment.3 Understand this principle, beloved. There may be some who come, there may be some who attend Summit University or even enter the work/study program. There may be souls of long standing who have been in this movement for years. But they who have not woven the wedding garment, I tell you, they shall not enter in. And as the Mother has said that the land rejects those who are not fit for the Path, so it is, beloved, that in the etheric plane and the etheric octave the angels thereof do remove those who are no part of the Mystical Body of God.
First and foremost, then, upon recognizing where is and what is the Inner Retreat, let those who embody it and who are becoming it truly understand that you are the guardians of this physical focus of the Royal Teton Retreat located at the Grand Teton. As you will preserve this place [the Royal Teton Ranch] prepared for the Lightbearers of the earth, so will this activity prosper.
You have seen an era that has passed this day, and that is the era of the necessity of the Messenger, or the Guru, to receive here those serpents and fallen ones who until this hour have been given the opportunity to receive Holy Communion - the Bread of Life and the Teaching. This has been, beloved, for their trying, for their opportunity, and for their judgment.
Many have wagged their tongues and have said, "Why do so many leave this activity?" It is because, beloved, Mighty Victory and his legions have booted them out! [10-sec. applause] And it is no fault of the gracious Messengers, for they have received one and all according to their commission - and, I tell you [that they have done so] with not a single complaint or sigh but in the full recognition that this was the job to be done.
Therefore, you have seen the karma they - they as a conspiracy and as a hierarchy of fallen ones - have made by sending their representatives here to cause or attempt to cause all manner of havoc, not only through these lawsuits, beloved, but through the taking of the time and the energy of the Messengers and the chelas in their argumentation, in their human reasoning, in their accusation, in their gossip, in their complaining and in their criticism, condemnation, and judgment of the Lightbearers or those who are in the leadership of the activity.
Beloved, they have been a burden upon the activity. And Saint Germain himself has groaned for the day when the Lightbearers comprising this organization would raise the sufficient Light that no longer would there be the necessity indeed to receive them and give them any quarter whatsoever. Beloved ones, I tell you for Saint Germain and in his name and in the full power of Mighty Victory, this day is come! [32-sec. applause]
Therefore, beloved, be seated as I explain to you that it is indeed a fact that your calls must be given daily in salutation of the Mighty Cherubim who keep the way of the Tree of Life, who guard not only the East Gate but every gate of the 360 degrees of the physical, mental, astral, and etheric octaves of the Matter planes which you must occupy at that Royal Teton Ranch.4
Understand, beloved, that the authority is unto Sanat Kumara and all Cosmic Beings to guard the passage thereto. But, beloved, you must understand not only the call but your own diligence - diligence not necessarily in assessing the stranger within thy gates but diligence in assessing the carnal mind within the gates of thine own consciousness. For here is the continuing vulnerability of this activity - and that is that those within it do not rise in their own Christ Victory to become that Christ and therefore by their own subconscious momentums may attract from without the very same vibration that is within themselves.
Therefore, hear me. The requirements for going to that Inner Retreat of all who are our co-servants: there must be within you a fire of the Spirit of Victory. And you yourself must call for that fire and leap for that fire from the Central Sun. You must understand that we observe that some among you still make that choice for the not-self, still make the choice not to obey the voice of the Holy Christ Self, still make the choice, beloved, to engage in the doubts and fears and human reasoning that is not the Spirit of Cosmic Christ Victory of Maitreya.
These things have been pointed out to some among you who have had the good grace to hear our instruction directly from the mouth of the Messenger. Others have not heard it.
Beloved, I, Mighty Victory, convoke a meeting to be conducted by the Messenger,5 that you will have and know and understand what are the specifics of your denial of Christhood in yourselves and in others, especially that which is most deceptive and unacceptable - the weaving over that inner rebellion of an outer manifestation of Light with dynamic decrees of the Word.
Blessed ones, you cannot weave over the inner darkness and conceal it. Better to be not so concerned with the outer appearance and to let the true self show, as debased as it may be: to wrestle with it, to slay it, and to determine that you will have no longer that psychology of the fallen ones that must be nursed and nursed and nursed by the Messengers and your co-workers as you appeal for sympathy but never say die to the cause thereof - the tie to the sinister force through your own pride or rebellion or ambition or deceptiveness or selfishness or ingratitude.
And I mention this ingratitude in this hour in the dawning cycle under the hierarchy of Leo. Though these cycles as calculated from the Central Sun are not exact as they are calculated in the earth, beloved, nevertheless they are celebrated according to the dates for some semblance of unity and symmetry.
Beloved ones, this insensitivity to the inner Christ is a sign of the denial of the Sacred Heart under the hierarchy of Leo. When the ingratitude is not cleared, then, beloved, you see a new kind of density - a coldness that does not open its heart to the living Word and the living Christ in mercy. Ingratitude, then, silences the senses of the soul and makes one nonreceptive to the I AM Presence.
Take care that in this summer's celebration of the Goddess of Liberty6 you keep the vigil in that fire sign. For I tell you, and I come to announce it, that the fire of Leo shall try every man's handiwork, of what sort it is.7 And this fire does come to each and every one of you, even as each and every one of you has received already the testing from the Lords of Karma.
Many have not known this but at each half-yearly cycle the Lords of Karma do meet. And all mankind are tested, but especially those who write their letters to the Karmic Board. These, then, must receive a test according to their knowledge and awareness and training, especially their self-knowledge of those things that ought to be cast into the sacred fire. These tests come specifically in those areas of long endurance by yourselves of a form of human creation of which you have been warned.
Beloved, I am sad to say that among you who have received these tests in and around and before the July conference, some of you have failed these tests while others of you have passed them.
I recommend, if you have a sense of having indulged in the not-self and dallied when you should leap in response to your Christhood and that of the Messenger's, that you appeal to the Lords of Karma to give you another test in this hour that you might pass it and that the record of this year might show that you have indeed determined to pass this test for Saint Germain.
When the test is not passed, the dispensation at that half-yearly cycle is therefore not granted. We demand a token, and there are final exams on earth as in heaven.
When we go to the Central Sun to dip into the fires thereof to deliver to you personally a dispensation for your life, we have a right as cosmic teachers to expect that you in our absence, as we pleaded before the Court of the Sacred Fire for you, did indeed keep the flame and attempt to give some portion of yourself that might be a worthy offering whereby we ourselves could be vindicated in pleading in your behalf.
Therefore, let the discordant ones know that I have seen your discord and I am displeased that in this hour of the great mercy of God - and the tremendous givingness of the Darjeeling Council in the deliverance of this Church through the chelas and through the hosts of heaven - you, in gratitude, have not kept the flame and denied that criticism, condemnation, and judgment that has been very apparent at the Royal Teton Ranch in recent months.
Beloved ones, for that offense, which manifested through that out-of-alignment state of one individual chela, that chela was expelled from the Ranch by beloved El Morya. It is important that you understand that just so long does the Law endure this infamy of infraction of the First Ray. This criticism became a poison that did poison others and new students and those come recently until it became a heavy weight upon those who were the objects of the criticism as well as upon those who harbored it, whether or not it was true.
I tell you this, beloved, for it is an example of the standard set. And on that occasion the Master chose to dictate through your Messenger a letter to this individual who, upon receiving it and the ray of El Morya, saw his folly. But it was too late. And therefore, he went forth seeing and confessing later to the Messenger those occasions when he had consciously chosen not to follow the will of God or the voice of Christ but continually to indulge his sense of injustice and criticism of individuals within his department.
Beloved ones, it is this that is the crux of the matter. Students of long standing who have the Light cannot within this activity ignore the Christ Standard, cannot fail to forge a Christ Victory, cannot fail to be working hard at it day by day!
There is another individual in this activity, beloved, whose aura and presence I did show to the Messenger - who instead of forging a Christ Victory has literally carved out for himself a cave within his own electronic belt and there has found security. But the walls of the cave, beloved, are a thousand feet thick, and that thousand feet has not even been touched. Therefore that individual, though desiring prominence, is rather on a path of scientific humanism - the science of the human accommodating and pretending to be ascending to the throne of grace and all the while functioning at that cleared-out place, a cave in the electronic belt.
These things ought not to be! And I, Victory, am delivering from this Messenger this day the weight of those co-workers within this activity who have laid their karma upon her back and heart rather than bear it themselves! And this is my message to you, beloved: That karma now falls due for your failure to wrestle with the snake of your own human creation!
Therefore, let all beware this day: For you may face the altar of God, you may give with your voices a mighty shout for the binding of that dweller and that snake, and you may put in the work, as the Messenger has put in the work to hold for you a balance which you have not appreciated or understood.
This Messenger is a chela. This chela has set the standard of being a chela of El Morya and Mighty Victory. You can do no less. You may not find another example. You may not find a lesser course. Your striving must measure up, beloved. This Messenger has not had me to demonstrate to you this effort and this walk of life. She has done so, so that in her absence you might know what is the correct standard and what is the requirement of the Master of Darjeeling. And, beloved, El Morya is a Chohan. We are Cosmic Beings. Maitreya is beyond.
Therefore, realize that many here have not yet raised the standard as acceptable chelas of El Morya but have fashioned their accommodation! And you have been warned, beloved, until you may notice that El Morya speaks less frequently to you. And it is because of this very presence in your life of this vacillation and this dodging of the Flame of the ark of the covenant.
Indeed, the mantle of Moses is here and more. Indeed, the Flame of Yahweh, the Mighty I AM Presence, is in your midst! And you must exceed the folly of the children of Israel, else be counted with those on the other shore whose jealousies and envies of the seed of Joseph now return unto them as a karma of a continent.8
Let those who have ears to hear, hear. This is a path that is filled with joy. It is not without joy! But those who have not known the joy of chelaship are the very ones who have refused to enter in, to take the sword Excalibur and to slay the nefarious forces that prey upon them.
This is the hour, beloved, truly the hour of the weighing. May you be light enough to survive at the Inner Retreat - the etheric octave congruent with the Ranch. May you know that we must draw the line. And by our drawing of the line (as you see the line of gold around this sanctuary) you may understand what is required of you to receive the prize in this life of your ascension and in this day of having the privilege of serving physically at the Mystery School of Maitreya.
When we hear of those who argue and dally and whine about what will their accommodations be and whether they will be comfortable and whether they will have this or that, we begin to see that the shoe is on the other foot.
Shall we allow Maitreya to stand with his begging bowl?
I tell you, we will not do that. We will not receive the complainers and the fearful and the unbelieving.9 We will have the saints robed in white and they will come from near and from far. They will come, beloved, in the gratitude of Almighty God once again to enter a path and an association with the Great White Brotherhood that some among you seem to have forgotten is the real reason for being of this office and presence.
Let, therefore, the counsellors counsel those in need. Let the ministers and the specialists assist those who truly desire to forge that union. And let the Messenger bear the sword and the book that must be written. It is the day of the liberation of the Messenger from all of this, beloved. For the world awaits this teaching and today there is nothing further that can prevent it from going forth.
Nothing shall prevent the Teachings of the Ascended Masters from going forth! I, Mighty Victory, place my guarantee upon it with my legions this day, who have joined the legions of the Archangels. And therefore, it shall go forth. And therefore, let those who would prevent it within or without this activity know that you must voluntarily surrender all forces of obstruction, else they will be seized from you in a most unexpected moment. And, beloved, you will not desire to experience the taking from you by the LORD's emissaries of that which you yourself should have cast into the sacred fire.
Let those in other lands who have complained, who have denied even Archangel Michael, his Rosary for Armageddon and the Lord Christ's Judgment Call - let those who have denied our Victory in Europe know that that defeat is on your own head this day and the Victory is unto the Lightbearers! And let all be apprised, beloved, that the Judgment is upon the seed of the wicked who reject the Messenger and who have wagged their tongues with the complainers.
Let the Lightbearers come apart and be counted, for we will not deal with pretend chelas any longer. I have spoken it! And I demand that the pure hearts and souls who love the Light take your stand and defend your own mantle of chelaship, which is trampled upon every time another does betray that trust.
We will have upon earth, beloved, a representative activity of the Great White Brotherhood whose members and associates are truly an example of the relationship of the real Ascended Masters to their disciples. We will have this activity as I have described it or not at all! Is that clear, beloved? ["Yes!"] And may I know if you agree? ["Yes!" 33-sec. applause]
In your terms, you might say, beloved, this is the Harvard of the earth. This is the best and the greatest of all schools of earth's schoolroom. Let those, then, who may not enter in know that the teachings are freely given to all, that the books will travel the world around. Let them study, whether alone or in their groups, until they arrive at that measure where their offering is acceptable to their own Holy Christ Self.
The light flows from the mountain. Some may stand in the stream at its orifice. Others may receive it in the valleys. Thus, for them it will be diluted. But, beloved, those who are not ready to enter in must needs have the stream diluted. Thus, the mercy of the Law shall be merciful unto all who will be humble before their Mighty I AM Presence and study to show themselves approved unto God.10
Remember, beloved, the angels of the LORD and my angels watch over you for your protection. Therefore, of necessity, the angel of Victory that I assign to each one today will also be there. And I desire you to know it and to remember it so that when the moment of compromise does appear, you, beloved, will know that my angel has instantaneously transmitted to me this anti-Spirit of anti-Christ-Victory. It is so, beloved. It has ever been so. For the recording angels do record and they do not fail.
I send you one of my bands because I care for you and your indulgences. I care for your Victory. Those, then, who have no business being in an activity of Light will also know that that angel will bind your contempt and your hatred of the Mother and you will be forced to choose whom you will serve.11 Do not struggle with this angel, for you will not prevail as Jacob did.12 Beloved ones, you will be bound - not alone by the angel but by the law of your own karma.
It is time and high time you heard from Mighty Victory. It is time that you knew your [musical] scales and could perform when called upon to perform. I say this to each and every one of you. You have a sacred labor and an inner qualification. See to it that it is sharpened and ready for the use of the Cosmic Christ.
Therefore, let us applaud the Victory of the Lightbearers' overcoming of the not-self and be not concerned with the passing of the seed of the wicked, who pass as the dry grass in summer13 and their name is remembered no more.
Therefore, beloved, rejoice and celebrate your Victory when you are convinced that you have it. And in the meantime, beloved, ask my angel to also teach you daily the way - the way of Christhood that must be won and taught.
Therefore, beloved, as this hour has come with a deliverance (I tell you, you know not) to this Messenger, so it is a deliverance to your own hearts. And as it has come, this activity shall move forward to perform those services, those courses of education so required and called for by the Hierarchy.
Now let the decrees go forth to the All-Seeing Eye of God, to illumination, to El Morya for the qualifying of the individual and for the moving through this office and many offices the work that must be published and delivered as a mandate to the people of planet earth.
Some have heard and seen, and their disposition of the Teaching has had a chilling effect upon the planet. Now they are judged and those who are with them are judged. It is the Day - it is the Day for the going forth of the sign of the V. And therefore from this heart the V proceeds and it widens and it expands. And everywhere where this V shall cast its beacon the pathway shall be cleared.
May you be in the heart of Victory and may Victory be in the heart of you! My decree is forever and so is yours, beloved. May you make it your own and attain to the Sun as I have.
We truly can say, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, as regards this activity, beloved, that we have done our all and given our all to make plain the way. Anyone who would fail to achieve his ascension in this life must surely be a snail.
I leave you with that thought and with your decision as to whether your pace shall be a snail's pace or that of Victory's legions of Light.
Therefore, we march! And who shall keep up with us shall also claim the Victory where we arrive. And we shall be there January 1, 1987.

This dictation by Mighty Victory was delivered through the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Sunday, July 20, 1986, at Camelot, Los Angeles County, California, USA. The Messenger's scriptural reading in the service preceding the dictation was Ps. 37:1-34 - "The Triumph of the Man of Faith."
