Hearken, then, unto the annunciation of an Archangel!
And receive, then, the love of twin flames of God, the issue of the Great Central Sun, as we stand before you, twin pillars of fire, for the purpose of blessing and healing and, beloved, placing an electrode in the etheric atmosphere over this city as a vortex of flame.
There is focused therein the momentum of our offering and teaching and your decrees of this weekend. We desire, inasmuch as our retreat is located in this area and in the area of Shasta, that you might have a vortex of light in consonance with the work of the Goddess of Purity,1 that those offerings of violet flame and dynamic decrees given by yourselves from this hour onward might form a giant matrix of light, a white-fire Maltese cross which we dedicate in the name of Saint Germain, hoping that his own chelas and Keepers of the Flame will take this as the sign of the love of the Archangels of the Fourth Ray that we do desire to sponsor the Master in the placing here of that Maltese-cross formation of the priesthood of Melchizedek.
Beloved ones of Light, understand, then, that in this hour there must be of necessity an action of response, even as a tumult should sound upon the footsteps of an Archangel in the streets of San Francisco, if they would only know and see the presence of our coming.
We are as concerned for this area as Saint Germain has been concerned for the area of Portland.2 And therefore we go through the streets of the city to find hearts of Light who have not made their way and thus heard the good news of the Mighty I AM Presence.
We are determined, then, to do all in our power - and all that you empower us to do by your decree - to bring these souls of Light to the awareness of the responsibility of the invocation of Light3 in this pre-cataclysmic period that earth is passing through.
Beloved, we now touch your twin flame in the highest octaves of Life. Understand, then, that the beloved will always be the beloved and that your calling in this hour is to realize Christhood and to move on with the cycles of your calling.
We draw, then, a solar ring around the city. And in that solar ring there do assemble legions of seraphim. May their work in the weaving of the Maltese cross bring about an action of alchemy of the sacred fire - in this case an action of the white light of the Mother.
As we seal you, then, in our hearts and the heart of the living God, we do present ourselves as committed to your calling - and your highest calling - this day and in the difficult days ahead. Remember, then, to befriend an Archangel and an Archeia and to reach out for our hand in the hours of life most difficult.
Feel, then, the radiation of our presence as we extend to you the opportunity for the balanced polarity in the body and in the chakras now for the raising of the life-force unto the ascension.
I, Gabriel, announce to you, each and every one, that your ascension is nigh if you choose to make it your own.
In the blessed heart of Hope - hope for you, beloved - we have come. And we take our leave with joy and joy and joy ...
