Ho! Ho! Ho! Elohim of Victory's flame, I AM here!
I AM Victory in the full-bodied manifestation of those who entertain perpetually the majestic sense of Victory whereby Lanello did win his own.
Beloved of Victory's flame, I AM come for the glorious Central Sun Magnet that you have built and are abuilding for the Victory of all life. Thus, in the fullness of the resurrection's flame of the sun in Aries,
I AM THAT I AM Victory in the cloven tongues of fire!
Victory in the heart of Saint Germain and Portia!
Victory on the path of freedom!
And the forces of anti-Victory are repelled.
Therefore, rejoice and say with me now:

Thank you, beloved Keepers of the Flame. Be seated carefully, for you sit now in the flame of Victory.
Bright flames of gold and sacred fire leap around you. And you now understand the seat of authority of Christ Victory. And from the seat of Victory in the threefold flame, you now reign in your own individual Christhood, the Lord of your domain - fire, air, water, and earth.
Praise the LORD I AM THAT I AM Elohim! For the builders of creation do rebuild now, rebuilding not only the temple of man, the manifestation of womb-man; but, beloved, they are rebuilding now the sacred fires of the heart. It is an hour of resurrection's rejoicing. And it is an hour of resurrection of the Divine Mother and her flame within you.
And all the earth does rejoice this day. All elemental life receive with praise and hosannas the coming of the Divine Mother into the very midst of the earth to claim the Word, to claim her own, to preach the mighty Teachings of the LORD God Elohim. For the hour of fulfillment is indeed come. And this hour of the Palm Sunday is the celebration of the judgment of the powers of this world and the fulfillment of the Divine Mother and her Manchild in each and every one of you, sons and daughters of the Most High.
Therefore, rejoice now and do acclaim this mighty Word. For in the Word that is incarnate in the one and in the many is truly the path of affiliation - of assimilation of the Body and Blood of that Universal Christ.

In the living flame of this moment, I with my beloved twin flame therefore spread now the laurel of the crown, do spread therefore the palms. And there is the carpet beneath the feet of the Divine Mother, for truly the age of the Universal Woman is upon this earth, beloved.
Let it be seen. Let it be recognized. For this hour of fulfillment is the release. It is the taking away of the bonds and the barriers to every son and daughter of God. It is a day of rejoicing, for the Light is come. And the people are ready to receive the message and the Messenger.
Therefore, understand whose message you do deliver. For it is the message of the One who has sent you. Therefore, other messages contrive not, but take the message of the altar that comes to you out of the flame of the ark of the covenant. Dilute it not, for the spirit of prophecy is again in the land. And a piercing sacred fire of that prophecy, beloved hearts, must come forth in this pure and undiluted form. For the Light must penetrate. And the sharper-than-the-two-edged-sword must go forth.
Therefore, listen well. And beware of deviations whereby the Teaching may be used to promote other social or materialistic or economic causes, thereby forgetting that we entice not the people to find the Teachings and follow those of the Ascended Masters for outer benefit but by the sacred fire for the purging of the soul and for the path of eternal Life.
Thus, I behold you an order of the ancient priesthood of Melchizedek.1 And I have shown the Messenger in this hour of rejoicing as you have appeared in ancient temples, as you have come, priests and priestesses in past ages. And I have shown her how, in tending the altars, you were given the initiations of the twelve gates of the City Foursquare. And in some instances, as you desired to press on to higher levels of initiation, you therefore did not have the pure perspective of the force of Evil - the anti-force moving against that seventh-ray order of the priesthood of Melchizedek keeping the flame in all ages for the hour of Aquarius and of the Woman that is come.
Therefore, beloved, in your lifetime, leading to this moment of my appearance to you this day, you have been faced with the very same testings of your priesthood, of your holy vows at inner levels. And some of you have fallen into the same traps of the misuses of the light of the seven chakras that took you far from that special gate of the City Foursquare where you must now enter, where you once desired to enter and did not.
Thus, in this spring equinox, I tell you that the entire movement of the Keepers of the Flame, who function in the capacity of the thirteenth tribe of Christed ones in the center of the circle within the City Foursquare, must in this hour and in this cycle of the fourteen months of the blue sphere of the Will of God2 pass the initiations of the entering in through the door of the East - the East Gate of Eden, beloved ones, where the angels keep the flaming sword to guard the way of the Tree of Life,3 the East Gate where the dawn of Christ-realization must come in the name I AM THAT I AM, ancient name for the newness of the Everlasting Gospel appearing again and again as the needle has woven the Teaching in and out of the fabric of the divine garment.
Thus, the needle and the thread appear and disappear. And the coming again of the threading, therefore, and the weaving of the Teaching is the sign of the outer manifestation of the inner thread of contact of the Divine Mother.
Therefore, I blaze the Light of the Buddha. Therefore, let the shield of the Woman appear. Therefore, let the Light prevail, as you may know, beloved hearts, that your initiation must be under the hierarchy of the sun - the sun of Helios and Vesta in the sign of Aries. And by these initiations of this sign of absolute God Control, you must also come to master the signs of the cardinal points of Capricorn, Cancer, and Libra.
Beloved ones, this is the necessity for the protection of your role of priest and priestess of the sacred fire. Thereby, when you come to those other testings of the lines of the clock and the gates of the city, you will no longer enter into those misuses of the Light that have set you back also in this lifetime and on this Path.
I AM Victory. And in the heart of hearts of our twin flames, we come with an extension of resurrection's flame to rejoice in Victory, to enfire with the true Spirit of the resurrection, and to tell you that the hour of the invocation of resurrection's flame is now. Let it be until the culmination of the Easter conference, therefore - let it be the keeping of the vigil of the resurrection of every son and daughter of God, every child of Light throughout the Church Universal and Triumphant and all who are destined to be resurrected in the glory of the LORD in this life.
Therefore, let the centers around the world be called immediately following my release. For I am extending a grid of fire, resurrection's flame - now the pure gold and the ruby and the purple fires mingling - across the planetary body. And this grid of light, beloved ones, is the means whereby the inauguration of the etheric body new to the earth4 will become a physical manifestation.
This grid of light that is intricate and strong around the world, that is being placed in position by my legions of angels, those of Uriel's bands and others assigned to the task, will be as the nexus of the light flowing from the heaven of the etheric plane to the earth of the physical. And it does therefore rest between, at the point of the Divine Mother - at the point where the grid of sacred fire must pass through the mental to the astral, hence into manifestation.
Beloved ones, this means that the holy order of the priesthood of Melchizedek, those who are a part of the Christed ones, must raise up the full power of their Christhood - "And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me."5 Let this "I" of the sacred fire as the pillar of resurrection's flame, as the pillar of pure white fire of the Divine Mother, be found in you rejoicing and rejoicing and rejoicing at the coming of the LORD, the I AM THAT I AM, to your temple, the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ, whose representatives and disciples ye are.
Let the world be ready, therefore, and let it be readied. For we are readying the place for the release of Light. So we send the Messenger who bears the mantle of the Mother of the World. So we send you as her sons and daughters, so close as one in this Mystical Body. For truly the world is ready. Let the forces of Darkness know that the hour of the judgment is come.
And I, Victory, have drawn my V in the sky from the beginning. I shall draw it in the ending. And I shall be with you, in Christ the victor over Death and Hell, until the golden age is the golden light of Victory, of the sixth ray, of the saturation of earth in resurrection's flame.
Truly, O beloved, the Light is gone forth and the new day of your oneness is at hand. May you be vigilant and understand that the Victory at inner levels can be won on earth only through your heart and soul and mind as one voice.
In the name of the beloved Virgin, who does guard, then, the holy purpose of America and every nation, in the name of her crown and her standing with you - let Light prevail! Let Victory be known! And let the mighty archangels deliver you unto holy purpose fulfilled.
May all the world rejoice that you indeed have kept the flame of Victory, that you have desired and submitted to the testings of your souls, that you perceive the Real from the unreal and therefore have been the standard-bearers and the ensign of the people until this hour when all should know me,6 the Universal Christ, as the I AM in every man, woman, and child.
Let all things be known. Let all things be fulfilled. Let the sharpening of the mind and the word and the action become the challenge of all those who miss the point of the nexus in their service and may now be fortified and strengthened by the grid of light of resurrection's golden flame.
Beloved ones, may all Keepers of the Flame the world around feel the summoning of my heart for the building of the Inner Retreat, for the preaching of the Word. May all things desired in this heart become the possible, for the fires and the momentum of cosmos are with you, builders in the temple of our God, initiates in the heart of Shamballa.

O ye who are the body bulbs, O ye who have the sacred fire of Zadkiel, remember the power of Saint Germain from the beginning unto the end. By the seventh ray of Victory, by the legions of the seventh ray, therefore, tarry here and conquer in the name of Victory. I say, conquer in the name of Victory!
