The LORD's Promise of Deliverance
A Sermon to the People of the Philippines by Elizabeth Clare Prophet
I am going to read to you a great message of freedom and God's justice from the heart of the prophet Isaiah.1 Please remember that the message is applicable to the hour.
It is a promise of deliverance unto the people but, as you will hear, the deliverance - the desire for deliverance, the demand for deliverance from Almighty God - places upon each one of us as individuals supreme testings and responsibilities, an acute sensitivity to the inner voice of God and the allegiance to that voice as the instrument of our ultimate victory.
Behold, the LORD's hand - the hand of the I AM THAT I AM - is not shortened that it cannot save, neither his ear heavy that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you that he will not hear.
Thus, when we ponder the burdens upon this nation in the government and in the economy that are so burdensome upon the people, and we look and we point the finger to this or that cause or this or that person, we must hearken unto the LORD and look within first, find the strength of Almighty God and cast out the enemy from within the personal psyche and the soul.
God does not tell us that our leaders stand between us and Him, but our own iniquities. And these are our karma - the accumulation of causes we have set in motion by our words and our works or by our neglect thereof. This buildup, this momentum of sins, must now be washed clean by obedience and love and the violet flame and the understanding that as we decree daily God fulfills His promise After those days ... I will remember their sin no more. (Jer. 31:33, 34)
Let us welcome the purging Light of the sacred fire, the baptism of the Holy Ghost, the baptism of the Lord Jesus Christ. Let the fire try our works, every man's works, of what sort they are.2 And so, let those works that are not acceptable to the living Christ within us be burned - let them be consumed. Let this house serve the LORD. As Joshua said in his farewell address: As for me and my house, we will serve the LORD. (Josh. 24:15)
Let all of your members, all of the components of the flowing stream of your consciousness, converge at the point of your I AM Presence. Thus present yourself the living vessel, the receptacle, the sacrifice for the saving of this nation. One with God is the majority. And when God is in you, no tyrant may prevail in any land.
And so God speaks to His people and He tells them why they are vulnerable to the burden of the enemy without or within - the oppressors, foreign invasions, and armies that overcame Israel and Judah - why they are vulnerable to that sort of manipulation and violence. They must look to their hearts and be converted once again to God. And then the hosts of the LORD, the Mighty I AM Presence personified in Sanat Kumara, will come and deliver them through the call, through the spoken Word, through the pure heart.
For your hands are defiled with blood and your fingers with iniquity; your lips have spoken lies, your tongue hath muttered perverseness.
None calleth for Justice, nor any pleadeth for Truth. They trust in vanity and speak lies; they conceive mischief and bring forth iniquity.
Thus, if the leaders are corrupt, ought the people to follow them in the ways of the corruption of the soul and the little child? Nay, let the people be the example! And therefore, by stark contrast, let the leaders be put to shame. Let the people demand by the cosmic honor flame that their leaders conform to that honor.
Where is the standard, if it not be the standard of Christ in we the people in every nation upon earth? Thus, when we uphold it and we see the union of that Christ, nothing can divide us. Let us not be divided as we stand for Truth, for only in the Union will we overcome the enemy.
They hatch cockatrice' eggs and weave the spider's web. He that eateth of their eggs dieth and that which is crushed breaketh out into a viper.
Thus, the consciousness of evil begets more of the consciousness of evil in the land. And the depression in the economy produces immorality and depravity in the people, and so we descend to new lows of self-degradation. And yet, we still complain that our problems are the fault of our leaders.
Our leaders are the reflection of the corrosion of the soul. When the soul returns to grace and diligently finds that Light, the Light itself will consume the Darkness and be the very judgment of those who have betrayed the nation.
Let the responsibility be upon the shoulders of the Christ in the heart of each and every one. For it is written, The government shall be upon His shoulder. (Isa. 9:6) Let us see to it, therefore, that we look not to this saviour or that saviour or to flesh and blood to lead us or to this or that political ideology or economic system. For the center of the Light is the Principle, and by this sign we conquer.
Thus, we are divided, and we must not be divided, for it is a conspiracy to divide and conquer. And therefore, let us not succumb. Let us be wise and let us build upon a common foundation.
Their webs shall not become garments, neither shall they cover themselves with their works: their works are works of iniquity and the act of violence is in their hands.
Wherever violence is this day, so let it be judged by Almighty God and let the judgment descend!
Their feet run to evil and they make haste to shed innocent blood: their thoughts are thoughts of iniquity; wasting and destruction are in their paths.
Where there is the shedding of innocent blood this day in this land, let the judgment of Almighty God descend! Let the oneness of the I AM Presence with us release now the sacred fire for the consuming, then, of the terror in the land.
The way of peace they know not, and there is no judgment in their goings. They have made them crooked paths: whosoever goeth therein shall not know peace.
Therefore, in the name of the LORD, we say, Woe unto the pastors who destroy and scatter the sheep of my pasture!3
In the name of Jesus Christ, Peace, be still! Peace, be still! Peace, be still! Peace, be still!
I call upon the four cosmic forces this day. I call upon the mighty wind of the Holy Spirit for the cleansing and the purification of the minds and hearts of this nation. From the top to the bottom, from the bottom to the top, let all men know the LORD! Let them fear the I AM THAT I AM and let them care for Him in the heart, the mind, and the body of every little child in this nation!
And let the Brotherhood of Light in the Philippines now be galvanized into a unity of compassion that intensifies to a Love that becomes an all-consuming fire. And let all hate and hate creation be bound now by the seven mighty archangels!
Archangels of the LORD, I invoke thy presence here this day for the deliverance of this nation and this people. According to the prophecy and the Word of the LORD through Isaiah, let it be done! Let it be done in the name of the Cosmic Virgin and Saint Germain and Jesus Christ! Amen.
Therefore is judgment far from us, neither doth justice overtake us. We wait for light, but behold obscurity; for brightness, but we walk in darkness.
We grope for the wall like the blind and we grope as if we had no eyes. We stumble at noon day as in the night; we are in desolate places as dead men.
We roar all like bears and mourn sore like doves. We look for judgment but there is none, for salvation but it is far off from us.
For our transgressions are multiplied before Thee and our sins testify against us. For our transgressions are with us and as for our iniquities, we know them, in transgressing and lying against the LORD - the Mighty I AM Presence - and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood.
And judgment is turned away backward and justice standeth afar off, for truth is fallen in the street and equity cannot enter.
Yea, truth faileth and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey. And the LORD saw it and it displeased him that there was no judgment in the land.
And he saw that there was no man and wondered that there was no intercessor. Therefore his arm brought salvation unto him, and his righteousness, it sustained him.
For he put on righteousness as a breastplate and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing and was clad with zeal as a cloak.
According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.
So shall they fear the name of the LORD - I AM THAT I AM - from the west and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
And the Redeemer shall come to Zion and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD - the Mighty I AM Presence.
As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD - the Mighty I AM Presence. My Spirit that is upon thee and my words which I have put in thy mouth shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD - the I AM THAT I AM - from henceforth and forever.
Therefore, the people of Light hear the prophecy. They confirm the Word by the dynamic decree, the prayer, the meditation, the affirmation, and the fiat:
They Shall Not Pass! They Shall Not Pass! They Shall Not Pass!
Let your prayers invoke the fulfillment of these promises of the LORD. Let your light and your heart come into conformity with the grace of living Truth, and you will see what power God will place in your heart, what a Union He will forge and how He will assemble you together for the coming day of righteousness and of the judgment of the oppressor.
And therefore, the prophet foretold this day of the coming of the Light and he said:
Arise, shine, for thy Light is come and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee!
And the glory of the LORD the Mighty I AM Presence is Christ, the beloved Christ Self, the Universal One that hovers above you now. Reach out your hand and clasp the hand of your Holy Christ Self and hold it firmly. So near is God unto you this day.
For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people, but the LORD - the I AM THAT I AM - shall arise upon thee and his glory shall be seen upon thee. ...
Violence shall no more be heard in thy land, wasting nor destruction within thy borders; but thou shalt call thy walls Salvation and thy gates Praise.
The sun shall be no more thy light by day; neither for brightness shall the moon give light unto thee, but the LORD - the I AM Presence - shall be unto thee an everlasting Light, and thy God thy glory.
Thy sun shall no more go down; neither shall thy moon withdraw itself. For the LORD shall be thine everlasting Light and the days of thy mourning shall be ended.
Thy people also shall be all righteous. They shall inherit the land forever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.
God desires to be glorified in you - His handiwork. So glorify Him, for He has promised: A little one shall become a thousand, and a small one a strong nation: I the LORD will hasten it in his time.
Thus is the promise. Thus, the sons and daughters of God implement the promises of the Father by the science of the spoken Word.
When you devote your life to God, your beloved I AM Presence sends forth the Light of Christ. Christ descends upon you, he fills all of your house with Light, and you hear that Christ speak in your heart. You are emboldened by his Spirit, you have the fervor and the courage to stand for freedom in the land, and you hear him say in your heart the words that Jesus preached taken from the book of Isaiah: The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me ...
This is your Christ Self speaking now in your heart:
The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek, he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted ... Therefore I shall bind up the brokenhearted! ... to proclaim liberty to the captives and the opening of the prison to them that are bound.
Let Christ open the prison doors this day! Let them that are bound for Christ be loosed by the power of God in us and in all eternity.
The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me ... to proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; to appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified.
In the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Mother, Amen.
