My beloved golden ones, I am reminded of the prayer wheels of the Buddhists and of their flags, as it were, flying in the breeze, denoting that prayer is the perpetual motion of the heart. I would have you meditate upon the chakras as wheels that are intended to spin perpetually.
Indeed, if you could identify the point of differentiation between the unascended and the ascended one, it would be that in the unascended, the chakras do not maintain the spin so as to converge the light of the T'ai chi at a frequency spinning to sustain the quality of eternal Life. Because the mass of mankind find their chakras turning below this level or not at all, this earth in the physical dimension has become a planet of death, disease, old age, and the dying ones.
Now, you would rise beyond that plane of vibration and you notice how very much the momentum of the planet goes against the momentum of Life. Why, anyone who is truly alive is immediately criticized for not being one of the herd, one of the crowd, one of the gang. Somehow they are different. Somehow their eyes glisten with the light of another sun of a far-off world.
Whence does the light come that is within yet is physical and can be seen? It is from the World Mother and the world of the Mother in the heart of the God Star.
Thus, I call to you now as you have anchored a more powerful thought form than you realize of the burning bush, as we call it - the golden yellow fire perpetually burning at the crown, ensconced in the violet flame.1 You have spun the prayer wheel of the crown chakra. Your spinning of it, in this generated mantra, ought to last for twenty-four hours when done properly, with undisputed and undivided attention, with devotion and crystal-clear visualization.
Therefore, the exercise which we give to devotees who would study at Shamballa and are first trained and prepared by beloved Kuthumi is the giving of this very exercise accompanied by various mantras of East and West. Then, when the disciple has concluded his meditation and the speaking of the Word, when he is called to inner or outer duties of the dharma, now and then, with a certain regularity through the day, he must turn his attention again to the spinning wheel of the crown chakra.
If in his mind's eye he can see and visualize the same blazing yellow fire and violet flame, he will know that in the order of his service he has not let down the vibration of consciousness. But, if upon looking within at that crown of Life he no longer sees the yellow fire and the violet flame, he realizes that the fire has gone down and perhaps out because of a lowering of his vibration in the busyness of life - whether carelessly, thoughtlessly, or deliberately. Thus, in those moments, it is necessary to pull apart, to seek the prayer closet, to take a walk or enter the chapel and once again begin the mantra and the visualization.
Kuthumi's own mantra is a very important one to give for the light of the crown. I AM light, glowing light, radiating light. ... God consumes my darkness, transmuting it into light.2 The affirmation of light according to his own very personal worded thought form has helped many to establish the yellow fire of the crown and then add to it the blazing violet flame which burns underneath it within the physical skull, within the physical brain and the entire head, consuming all past creations and miscreations that would stand in the way of the expansion of the yellow fire.
Of course, the goal of this exercise is that the entire head should be filled with an intense and most powerful light of the second ray of the illumination of the mind of God. And when this is done, a corona band of violet flame may surround it as a protection from worldly intrusion. And then again, you may also seal it with a halo of blue fire.
This which must be done for the crown chakra can be done with any given chakra. But I recommend to you, from the heart of the Western Shamballa, that you, in your present state of attainment, concentrate only upon those chakras beginning with the heart and ascending above the heart - rather, therefore, to establish the magnet of the Spirit that will cause, in the very draft of the upward movement, the energies of the lower chakras to rise over the figure-eight pattern and to be logically and rhythmically consumed by the higher meditation.
In the past, I have given through the messenger certain meditations that include the lower chakras. You may pursue these only when doing so with those tape recordings of the original release. A number of these are most helpful and should be included in an album for your meditation of God-dominion for the victory and obedience to the seventh commandment: Thou shalt not commit adultery.
Now, in the very heart of the threefold flame of Life which I keep for all of God's children - especially those who do not keep it, but rather indulge themselves to the loss of their own Life-force and that of the planet - from the very heart of the threefold flame, I say: Keep spinning your chakras. For the winning is in the spinning of the sphere of Life. The Great Central Sun does not stand still. The hub of Life turns and, by its very turning, produces the rhythm of all spheres of Being.
Your heart is the Central Sun of your temple. Establish thou it! Establish the rhythm of the Central Sun within it, my beloved; for the heart is the point of contact of the governor of Life. The governor is your Christ Self, and the flame of Christ is the action of that Person. All of your chakras above and below need the regulation of flow. Seek the regular, rhythmic flow of Life and then you will know surcease from all pain and longing, all inordinate desiring, and all indulgence, which is merely another word for the spending of the sacred fire in ways other than those that lead to God, to Love, to Truth, and to Life.
In the gladness of a mountain spring and the melting snows and the golden yellow fire glistening at the very peak of the mountain, I seal you for your coming to the heart of the Inner Retreat. May it also be soon, for the longing of my heart is to greet the chela in my abode.
Come up higher, precious heart! Come up higher, where the air is thinner and therefore requires a greater flexing of the will, a greater inbreathing of prana, and a strong heart. Prepare, blessed ones, for I AM the fulfillment of the dream of your own Shamballa.

Please meditate in your heart now, with the vision of your third eye - the highest mountain you can visualize and the highest mountain that you can climb. Some of us look to the mountains and think we can never climb the mountains in much the same way that some of us look to people who are wise and we say, "I can never become as wise as they are."
I want you to look to the golden yellow light of your crown chakra, focused and symbolized in the color that I am wearing, so that you can see a mass of gold at the crown. You look up to it, as you are a soul seated in the heart chakra. You love the light of wisdom because it is the crown of the Buddha and of the Christ. It is the mind of God which was in Christ Jesus.
You must feel yourself loving that mind, loving that wisdom, desiring that wisdom as you would desire the pearl of great price. You desire that wisdom more than any other thing in life. It is the object of your total love.
When you can feel your sense of love for that wisdom that will illumine and heal those who are impoverished and sick around you, when you feel your love for God because he is the flaming intelligence of Alpha at the crown, then you have a greater ability to endure the inconvenience, the momentary discomfort of those other manifestations that have kept your light, and therefore your soul, from journeying to the crown.
In order for your soul to journey to the crown, it must be carried on the upward stream of the Mother light ascending. In order for your soul to make the journey, it must travel on the rising light.
So, if the Life-force does not rise, the soul does not make the journey and you remain in ignorance. And even the wisdom that is given to you by your I AM Presence or the ascended masters you cannot assimilate, you cannot remember, you cannot remember the words that were spoken because you don't have a corresponding contact in your own crown chakra - a magnet to magnetize the mind of the Buddha or the Christ. And so, in sorrow you say, "I am ignorant. I am poor. I am impoverished. I have lost my memory. I cannot think. I do not know."
And so, you must understand that if you have squandered the Life-force, you must now invoke it again and raise it up. If you have interfered with the natural flow of God's wisdom, the natural flow of the Mother light to the crown, and your soul's upward ascent by the use of drugs or chemicals in your body, you must look for healing in Life itself, Life in every level, Life as the path of our own number-one diet, our fasting, our prayer, our violet flame, the restoration of those cells of the body injured by marijuana or other forms of drugs - by light itself.
You need every source of light you can get. You need the Kundalini. You need the threefold flame. You need the violet flame. You need the decrees in all of the seven rays. You need the light of every chakra. You need the central sun in the very heart of the earth, in the heart of Helios and Vesta, which we get by daily meditation with that Helios and Vesta mantra. We need the heart fire of every ascended master and we need the Life-force preserved in the right food - and we don't need any clogging of the mind, the memory, the soul, the astral body, or the physical body by those things that are not in the quivering vibration of Life, Life itself. ...
Visualize now a big fire burning, a fire of yellow flame burning on your crown chakra - an intense golden fire, the color of this garment. Visualize the violet flame burning all around it, clearing the brain now - the physical brain, the nervous system, the chakras, the forcefield of every physical impurity, astral, emotional, etheric, mental impurity that has ever lodged within this brain in any embodiment and that has become a record of weakness or indulgence carried to this forcefield.
See the golden fire. See the violet flame. Put all of your attention here, and feel the violet flame in this crown area. Together. [Decree 5.02 "More Violet Fire" (6x)]
Now at this moment, we would like to center our attention in our heart by doing the heart meditation to Helios and Vesta. Will you go to your heart and bring all of your energy to the point of your threefold flame. Feel your heart chakra opening. The heart chakra opens by love - love that you feel for God or God in someone and love that you receive from God or God in someone. We open our hearts in love to Helios and Vesta, and we give this mantra together. [Decree 20.21 "The New Day" (10x)]
I want you to concentrate very hard on the heart being the only point of release of energy. You may be thinking, you may be speaking, you may be feeling, but see yourself doing all of this through the heart until you reach the place that, although your lips are moving and your mouth is speaking, you feel as though it is your heart which is talking. Every bit of attention must go to the center of your heart flame now. Together. [Decree 20.21 (7x)]
Now, as you know from Saint Germain's teaching on the Maltese cross,3 the left arm of the cross, or your left hand, is the receiving hand, and the right hand is the giving hand and the extending of energy. The right hand is the action of the seven rays; the left hand is the action of the five secret rays going in. So, in the point of blessing, you will see the Christ figure raising the right hand to release energy, while the left hand may be focused on the heart. You may do the same thing for your own body.
We desire to direct the violet flame, which is a qualification of the threefold flame of our hearts, to the crown chakra for the healing of the brain, the memory, the pituitary, the pineal, the functioning of the nervous system, and the anchoring of our attention there. We want to deliver the fire of the heart to the brain, so we will give our mantra of the violet flame and we will place our left hand in the very center of the chest cavity, not on the physical heart but at the point of the spiritual chakra.
You should use your index finger, your next finger, and your thumb positioned there together. You will take your right hand - take those two fingers and the thumb - and put it right at the point of the crown chakra. Your right hand is delivering the energy from the heart and your left hand is establishing the connecting point.
Now you will raise your attention from the heart, where you have held it, to the crown. Visualize the violet flame blazing through, the blazing yellow flame, and the complete purification of the head.
It's a giant bonfire! The center is yellow, like the center of a flower. Around it is the violet flame. The violet flame are like the petals around the center of the yellow flower. As you visualize it, your attention will be a magnet to draw the concentrated energy you have just invoked in your heart to this specific place in your body. Together. [Decree 5.02 (5x)]
We're going to seal the energy in the crown, leaving our hand there, and give now the AUM.
Bring your right hand to your heart in the mudra of the figure-eight flow. Each thumb and index finger makes a circle; the two are together as a horizontal figure eight, palms resting within each other.

Radiating light, intensified light.
God consumes my darkness,
Transmuting it into light.
This day I AM a focus of the Central Sun.

A living fountain of light
That can never be qualified
By human thought and feeling.

Such darkness as has used me is swallowed up
By the mighty river of light which I AM.
