Hail, legions of light in the Great Central Sun! Hail, children of my heart on earth! Welcome, beloved Keepers of the Flame of Faith! For I AM Archangel Michael, as you have well guessed, and I AM come because you need me.
Though you may know it not, you have a specific need for my services. And I offer them gladly, as I position myself in the very midst of the mounting spiral of the eighties and certain conditions which have begun on earth and which have been begun by certain individuals who are not of the Light.
Following the natural course of these spirals, then, there has been projected upon the screen of this decade, war as well as rumors of war - some coming to pass and some fizzling, as you would say. I underscore for you, beloved hearts of light, that never has the need been greater for the protection of America, for the seed of the I AM Race, for each and every individual light-bearer in every nation, on every continent, in the sea and under the sea!
I speak to you, then, and I behold with my eye the military preparedness of the light-bearers. And I say it is found wanting, especially in the area of conventional forces1 that are needed to take command of certain skirmishes and acts of terrorism, as well as the penetration of this nation of drugs from beyond her shores which ought to be dealt with by the military forces inasmuch as this is a declaration of war against the United States of America and her divine destiny and the physical bodies of this generation of her youth!
Therefore, I say, let Keepers of the Flame give the divine decree for the Navy, the Coast Guard, the National Guard, and all other branches of service to be employed in the capturing and the binding of all shipments of drugs coming in from South America, Europe, Asia, and any other parts of the world!
Blessed hearts of light, it is the office of the military to protect the people of the nation. And I demand in the name of Serapis Bey, chohan of the ray of purity, that you understand your divine and holy office as devotees of the Mother flame, as devotees of the ascension flame, to protect Life in its fullest manifestation!
And that full-orbed manifestation is the raising of the spinal lily and the flowering of the crowning light of the Buddha, even the golden fire of the mind of Christ. And as this is interfered with in the seven chakras of being by the infiltration of substances, chemical or organic in nature and origin, that affect the distribution and flow of that light and the raising up of that light, you can understand why those who are on the very path of the ascension ought to now come together and reason and give the dynamic decree to me specifically for the guarding of America against all intrusion of heroin, marijuana, and all other substances harmful to this generation, which must stand in defense of the physical and mental bodies of the people!
Blessed hearts of light, you are the devotees of the ascension flame and therefore understand that you hold the divine office of keeping the flame for this nation - the purity of the Mother, the purity of the temple of her people. And truly, as never before is the onslaught against our youth, here and abroad, against every child of my heart, now intensified by the fallen ones who have obviously seen the light coming in your own hearts and are determined to tear from you those precious hearts, those little children, those light-bearers - to tear them from you before they have arrived at the very gate of the heart of the Lord Jesus Christ and the garden of his heart!
Therefore I ask you, in conjunction with your awareness of this film which has been shown, "First Strike,"2 that you understand, first of all, that I have sponsored that film and seen to it that it was produced - not alone for your benefit but for many who are the true patriots of the heart of Saint Germain.
I command you, then, in the name of the captain of seraphic bands and the one who leads the armies in heaven, even Lord Maitreya and Gautama Buddha and the Lord Sanat Kumara - I command you, then, to decree for the protection of the holy office of the chelas of the will of God and of this Christed nation to lead the world in the victory over sin and death and the diseases of the body temple and the infiltration of World Communism, totalitarian movements, fascism, socialism, and, above all, the desecration of the free flow of the abundant life through the abuse of the free market economies, through the abuse of the republic and of the democracy and of the democracy in the republic which is founded upon the rock of Christ.
Let all take heed, then, that this government in this hour is pursuing the course of defense,3 but much guidance is needed and there is great opposition to those who sit at the levels of decision making - that they should understand and see clearly that this population must be defended against nuclear war, there must be an all-out civil defense that is adequate for the protection of this people. And you ought to consider yourselves your own individual survival plan and your own individual safety in the Inner Retreat, for we would not have you left without your own life preserver.
For you must understand that when you are safe, the force does not attack! And this is known. The sinister force will search out and seek every area of weakness in your life. And when you have replaced that weakness with strength, there is no longer temptation, there is no longer a bombardment of that point of vulnerability, and the force will seek another!
Therefore, you would do well to know your individual and personal weaknesses and eliminate them swiftly, for they are chinks in the armor of your being! And then you should understand the point of vulnerability (if there be any) of the Inner Retreat, of your own life, and of your supply. For I tell you, it is necessary for the protection of every point and aspect of your service.
And this is not the hour to make long-term investments, to place your supply where you cannot easily pry it loose. You ought to be daily, hourly, and on a monthly cycle examining all investments and where you do your banking and where you keep your supply so that you will know when there is a weakening, when there are those proverbial cracks in the ceiling that give the sign of weakness - where there might come the hour when, because there is a weakness there, the force may then concentrate on creating the debacle through the world economy.
Blessed hearts, the fallen ones, through the international bankers, the economists, and those who control the monies of this government, have already invested and placed the funds of the light-bearers and the people of America in unwise situations, such as in the international loans through the international bank.4 And therefore understand that, in this case, the supply of the American people is in areas of the world where, in the event of certain eventualities of world karma, in the event of the precipitation of the cutting-off of the return current of that investment, the American people would stand to lose billions of dollars that have been siphoned from them.
You see, then, the vulnerability and you understand the point of attack of the sinister force! Now I am demanding of you, especially you who come to our retreat at Banff and understand yourselves as a part of the mighty legions of light of my armies, that you must study the earth. Study the nations, study the govern-ments, and make yourselves a list of the points of vulnerability. For where there is vulnerability and the greatest vulnerability, there will be the first strike.
Is it with the labor unions? Is it with labor and management? Is it in the large corporations of America? Is it with the farmers?
You ought to examine and see and not close your eyes and be solely concerned with your personal survival, for your personal survival will be there if you will take the many fingers of your hands. After all, you each have ten and there are many, many, many, many, many of you throughout the world. And each of you with ten fingers ought to be able to stop many dikes by your fervent and heartfelt call! And in this hour, I direct you to make that call to me; for I have reinforcements, from other systems and galaxies, of blue-lightning angels who have come.
Now, blessed hearts, I desire that you, in the tradition of the long service to my heart of the saints in white, the service to the one they call Saint Michael - that you will appeal to me in each hour of the day when there come to your attention those points of vulnerability.
Blessed hearts, we see, then, that in this hemisphere, Argentina and the seizing of the Falkland Islands5 is also a point of vulnerability. Note well that it is the very bottom of the continent, and this ought to tell you that you are dealing with the base chakra of the entire hemisphere. And therefore, the onslaught in the misuse of sex and pornography, child abuse, incest, and those things which are rampant that have to do with the base of the spine are also involved. War itself is the misuse of the Mother light.
Let all realize, then, that if they can sufficiently drain the light of the base chakra of the earth in the Middle East and here and there at other points, then they will be able to seize the life of a nation and turn it to death. And this is what they have been seeking to do from the beginning.
When you look at abortion, it is the slaughter of the holy innocents who come out of the white fire core of the Mother. Again it is an attack on the fourth ray of Serapis Bey, who told you that in these fourteen-month dispensations there would be the greatest testing of your souls.6 And you realize that the testing of the third ray of love is a mighty testing, indeed. For love has been turned to hate and hate creation and, above all, to the neglect of the Word, the neglect of the messenger, and the neglect of the teaching by the whole wide world!
When you think of it, this preaching has been going forth from our witnesses for more than twenty years. And the media has worked very hard to keep quiet the joy and the expansion and the power of this movement. Realize, beloved ones, that the Serpent and their seed have deliberately refused to carry any announcements whatsoever concerning the basic religious activities in the religious columns of the newspapers. Understand, then, that it is because of fear and it is also the misuse of the white light of the Mother as the Mother comes forth in the Word.
Now realize, the point, the strong point of the Mother chakra in America is the state of Texas itself. Realize that in the very center of America, Texas forms at that base point even the matrix of the base of the pyramid of Life that must be raised, with its crown at the Inner Retreat.
Now, I realize, geographically, that this centering is not exact. But as a matter of fact, the centering of the heart in your temple is not exact either, yet it is the center. Realize, then, that those forces moving in Central America through Castro's Cuba and the rest are also aligning themselves.7 And they hold their fantasy of moving against Texas because they understand, at some level of their being, that to assail the Mother flame is to defeat a nation! And thus, they move against that Mother light.
Realize, then, that the murder of the Mother on Lemuria was the sinking of that continent and the loss of all religion and science, technology, and thousands of years of momentum of direct contact with the Mother flame. Thus, with the coming again of the Mother flame throughout this community, you see the rise of war, and it is the declaration of war against the seed of the Woman.
Understand that I AM come because you need me. And you do not always understand why and how you need me.
In addition to this teaching that I have given you in this hour, I would speak, then, of your individual plan for survival and the necessity of our organization to provide those basic staples, as well as clothing, as well as an understanding of what is indispensable and what is dispensable. After all, we all understand the need of the Inner Retreat for the necessary funds, as creating that place of escape and of survival. Therefore, some things can go and some things must stay. And you need to understand what is important for you to secure personally and what is not important.
I have observed that some students have gone into debt unnecessarily for things which they have thought they would need or do need, and therefore bound themselves to monthly payments. And others do not understand where they should be frugal and to not be extravagant in those areas that will not help them at all when there is a crisis and when there is a need.
I say this to you, for it is the dispensation of my heart: It is important that you find yourself exactly and precisely at the right place on this date. The date is January 1, 1987. I ask you to call to me personally for the protection of your life, your soul, and your family, that you are found in the right place on that date and that all things moving in your life in this hour will move toward your oneness with our bands in that hour.
I do not say that place for you personally is the Inner Retreat. But I do say you have a right place, and you have a right to know what that place is when God desires to reveal it to you. And there are steps necessary for you to take in order to be present with your own Mighty I AM Presence on that day. You may be guided to take those necessary steps before it is revealed to you your ultimate destination. I make known to you that you have need to call to me to ascertain the point of your arrival.
My legions of light now concentrate on the securing and the protection of certain points of energy in this nation that must be held and must be protected. Industry itself must be protected. The relationship of labor and management must be protected and purged of all Communist infiltration, Mafia manipulation, and all other deception and greed. The foundation of the money system, the banking-houses, the Congressional committees involved in these must be protected, and enlightenment must go forth. And there must be an I-AM-the-Guard consciousness.
I urge you to take to your heart this fifteen-minute salute to the National Guard by our Montessori students.8 For their voices performing this in the Holy Grail - carrying the flame of the altar, carrying the devotion of the heart of Saint Germain - ought to ring from your altar once in each twenty-four hours, even if you are not present or within hearing of its playing. It is a call to the angels, it is a dedication of life, and it is a rededication of your heart: I AM the Guard.
May you not fail to allow this phrase to flow from your lips. For, beloved hearts, there are conditions - with the farmers, with the students of this nation, with the cities and their governments, with education, and in so many areas - that if the point of righteousness and the standard of The Lord Our Righteousness be lost, it will be very difficult for the Darjeeling Council to restore that guardianship of right hearts. Therefore, stand as the guard for the well-meaning people who know the right but are not always wise as serpents to see that that right comes about.
Many of those who espouse the way of Saint Germain allow themselves to become entangled in a web of fanaticism engendered by human hatred. And therefore, they are entirely en-tangled in bouts of argumentation and competition with theseed of the wicked, and they retain rather than transmute their irritation and their resentment of the fallen ones. There-fore, our ability to use them as instruments is reduced greatly. And sometimes we can scarcely find a clear stream of faith in these individuals, so embittered are they by a lifetime of very sad experiences with the left wing and with the betrayal of those who have served as members of this government.
I ask you, then, to call for the protection of the true hearts of Jesus and Saint Germain. I ask you to call for the protection of all who know the way and perhaps have indulged themselves in a life of self-concern or perhaps are so burdened with hopelessness and say, "What's the use? I've tried and tried. I might as well simply goand save myself and my family because I cannot get through."
Let us call for the protection of the flame of hope and faith and charity and purity and ministration! Let us call to all of the seven legions of angels of the mighty archangels to protect the people who can save this nation.
I remind you that the decree has gone forth from this altar concerning the judgment of civilization.9 This does not mean that suddenly civilization will crumble. The good can be spared; the Light can prevail. Our legions are prepared to retain that which ought to be retained and to cast down that which simply cannot stand - not only is it built on sand, it is built on the wickedness of the seed of the wicked, their pride, and their intent to deceive. Some things are black to the core, and other things can be retained and transmuted and used for the good of the Light.
Let all be wise. Let all be keen observers of that which is reported of world and national events and local events. I counsel you to study trends. Do not look at any report as an isolated incident. Probe. Ask what is behind it. Ask your Mighty I AM Presence and demand the revelation of that which has not been reported concerning these events. Demand the exposure of the purposes and activities of leaders in Europe and the Soviet Union. Demand the exposure and the purging of all spies within Solidarity and all other movements of the people of light.
There are many calls you can make almost perpetually. But sometimes when you are out of the forcefield of the messenger's concern and of her awareness of much at inner levels from the Darjeeling Council, you tend to look at problems closer to your own person rather than to continue the extension of your consciousness to Berlin, Peking, Taiwan, New Delhi - the home of Indira Gandhi where so much intrigue does take place.
You can extend your consciousness by a mere thought! And if you find it difficult, keep a file of postcards and take them out once a week and refresh your memory of certain monuments in the capitals of the nations and areas of the world. Take your globe in your hand and, while you are giving decrees that you know, place your hands on it and let your mind study the positioning of the continents and the nations, and therefore have in your mind and in your heart an awareness through which we may direct, very specifically, light rays from the higher octaves.
This is your planet. If you found yourself today the proud owner of a plantation or a palace, I think you would quickly look over it, walk through it, and learn what is there. Well, you are the owners of planet Earth. It belongs to you, as it belongs to your Lord Sanat Kumara. You ought to know it well and understand the conditions upon it.
The pollution of the planet is something that is a race against the very life and heartbeat of our own. And we are concerned that those who have the secrets of chemical warfare or even of nuclear fission or of the manipulation of microbes are abroad on the earth and could use these very things against certain segments of the population.
The ultimate defeat of the Mother flame, if it occur as it has occurred in past ages, is chaos and anarchy, where a planetary body (such as Mars) is reduced to bands of individuals with their private armies taking their stands here and there, claiming their territories and warring against one another. This is a frightful situation, worse than the era of the feudal lords.
You can imagine, in the last days of Atlantis, wandering hordes of dark ones waging warfare against innocent people. You can imagine the depraved, the decadent, those who are on certain chemicals and drugs having in their possession weapons of warfare and, out of no reason but insanity, moving against a base of light-bearers.
You must understand that there are certain individuals, even in America today, that have garrisoned themselves with enormous stockpiles of weapons for the eventuality of warfare in the streets. They live in this consciousness! They are determined to destroy this nation. And when it is destroyed, they will be ready to move against the innocent.
Depravity is no longer an isolated condition - not since the breaking through of the astral plane of the drug culture, multiplied many times over by the rock beat. I would remind you that for the protection of the very souls of the people, there is needed in your home an instrument to play perpetually the music of Beethoven. It is in the nine symphonies that you will find the power of the three-times-three to neutralize the rock beat that is continually playing on this planet, gaining momentum on the airways from satellite, through television and radio, on stereo systems, in headsets, vibrating through the very marrow of the bones of the people as newer and more perfected forms of technology allow these sounds to resonate to the very core of the cell.
Blessed hearts, I tell you, it is so. Even the nucleus of the cell, that has been sealed by a certain sealing of the flame there, is now penetrated by the sound itself. And thus, you see, where you are, wherever you are upon earth, even if you are not within ear of the sound of the rock beat, most likely it is playing through your body through the very waves and currents of the earth.
Thus, I tell you, the music of Beethoven itself, when played continuously from the first to the ninth symphony, has a rolling momentum. And if it can play in your homes and if you can remember to have it in your automobiles, you will understand how it does its work of transmutation in its own way and aids and secures your health and your life.
It is like having a decree tape playing. It forms a matrix of light, a rhythm and a sound that counteracts that which is discordant at the same levels of vibratory rate and frequency in the earth; for the music that travels is actually stealing that area assigned for the holding of the harmony through sound by the Elohim of God.
I would also counsel you that in the protection of your four lower bodies it is important that you have your own means of the purification of water in your own home or shared among community members so that you will always know that you are drinking purified water, which purification you may personally guarantee and not be dependent upon those companies that sell you bottled water, for there may come a time when they themselves would not know when that water is polluted or when that water has been sabotaged.
I ask you to think clearly and fearlessly concerning all these aspects of your life and to truly understand that we do not predict cataclysm or war or collapse in the sense of sudden physical destruction. Our warning comes that you might be protected in the fullest sense of the word, and we trust that you will never need this protection. Without it, you are vulnerable, the force will know it, and you will find yourself in that position where you are not secure because you have not fastened the safety belt of your life.
I trust that my words now lead you to a further probing of all areas of life so that you can realize that, as the eye of God and of the archangels is upon you, we would direct your eye as well - carefully, in detail, beginning with your home and your person and reaching for the mark of the Inner Retreat and its protection for the community.
I leave you with this one thought concerning this particular physical location of the community today [at Camelot]. It is our considered and studied opinion that this geographical location, though ideal in some ways, is not defensible under the conditions that we view. When you consider this land from the standpoint strictly of the defense of the physical life of the light-bearers, it is not defensible by the Great White Brotherhood or by yourselves. I leave you to consider the how, the why, and the where-fore of this comment.
Elohim, come forth! By the light of the flame of sapphire will, sapphire blue, by the action of the will of God, I AM using the sapphire of my heart as its matrix to impart an intense ray of protection to each and every heart and soul and mind and body temple whose faithfulness to the Lord God Almighty is expressed in direct and loving service to the Lord Christ, Jesus, to his own children, to his own who are his disciples, and to the protection of Life on earth!
I AM sending the ray of my heart to all who are a part of the legions of Archangel Michael and would be and would remain so! I AM sending forth a ray for the precipitation now of an armor around you that is a light silver in color, but is not made of silver but a metal of light coalesced that is not in use on this planet. It is as the color of white gold, and it is an action that I place upon you who have continued to give your calls daily to me, year upon year, and you who will begin to give those calls - forty calls to Archangel Michael daily, at dawn or at the midnight hour, when our legions go forth in the changing of the guard for the seizing of those forces of the night in the astral plane or for the seizing of those who would tear from the children of the light the energy of the dawn.
Blessed hearts, the hour of the dawn wherever you are (which is changing daily) or the hour of midnight is most beneficial to our hosts of light who serve. Therefore, we call unto you and we ask that you give forth your devotion at any hour of the day and at these, if it is possible, and that you recognize that in all of the minutes of the twenty-four hours there are legions of blue-flame angels spiraling the earth who will act by the authority of your command.
By the sapphire stone of my heart, I direct this mighty current of light to you, blessed hearts. Will you not rededicate yourself to these calls, for by them, all the seven archangels serve. By the call to me, each and every one is given the authority to act; and if you wish, you may name all seven in the preamble. But I tell you, miracles have been wrought by Jophiel, Chamuel, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Zadkiel, and Uzziel and the hosts of the five secret rays because you have continued unabated and determined, with God-love and fiery light streaming from you!
Now you are dressed in the armor bright of my legions! I seal you in it, and it is a perfect armor. Purity of heart will keep it perfect. And as you work daily to remove your own weaknesses, your armor will be strengthened from within. And your mighty sword, which glistens as the sword Excalibur, you will use then with us. And our legions will train you, and you will find yourselves becoming more and more adept at using the blue lightning to stop all manner of darkness upon earth!
Blessed hearts, have faith in Almighty God within you, that God in you is capable of defeating many situations and conditions, even in planetary scope, that you have considered hopeless - God forbid. Blessed hearts, some look upon conditions thinking they are of such magnitude as to despair - when if you would look in the same moment and make a call to me and Mighty Victory, you would see the very crumbling of that nucleus!
Therefore, let the vortices of evil now be struck by the swords of the legions of light!
And let every chela of the will of God know the omnipotence of Almighty God within him, through the science of the spoken Word, to direct legions and legions and legions of light into the cause and core of these conditions!
Remember, blessed ones: our job is to fight in the battle of Armageddon; yours is to make the Call. All of the angels serve by the authority of the sons of God. Christ in you is the only begotten Son of God whom we serve, before whose Light we bow. ...
As I was saying, it is most important in consideration of your personal line of defense, precious hearts, that you realize that the archangels, and the legions of my band in particular, inspired upon your own messenger a dedication to fasting. Therefore, Lanello instituted for his staff, one day a week, a twenty-four or thirty-six-hour fast and periodically three-day fasts and then longer.
Now, I would bring to your attention that the power of Christ in the wilderness over Satan and his temptation was the power of fasting and prayer itself.10 I, therefore, was about to encourage you to realize that when you go forth for the binding of the seed of Satan and all of his hosts and the remnant of their manifestation since his judgment,11 you would do well to consider how the sacred fire in you increases and how the power of the Holy Spirit can come upon you to challenge those very conditions that are of world moment and against which you seem helpless. The more the body temple is able to carry the sacred fire, being emptied and being in contact with the Holy Spirit, the more dynamic release can we give through you.
Now, there are two types of releases. The momentum of the decrees given, whether you are fasting or not, is a momentum of energy and light which not only gives us the authority but also of the momentum of your energy and of that of your lifestream to challenge certain conditions. And this is why we encourage the repetition of the mantra and its acceleration.
The next form of release coming forth from you is the mighty fiat of light, whereby with a single call you say, "Mighty I AM Presence, in thy name I call to beloved Archangel Michael: Bind the demons and discarnates of pornography! Burn through! Burn through! Burn through and let judgment descend upon them! And let their house of cards collapse in this hour! I demand it in the name of my Mighty I AM Presence! Amen."
That is a fiat of the Word, beloved hearts, and it gains fire by the Holy Spirit with you. As I give that decree, I have the clarity of the messenger's heart by which to release it in this octave. And thus you seek her intercession, knowing well that in her invocations is that momentum of release.
You may have it also. And therefore, a final word from my heart to you this evening was to remind you that there is no replacement for the weekly fast after the walk of Lanello and also to remind you that there is excess baggage in the form of toxins and chemicals that you absorb into the system which are cleansed and released even through a single day of drinking pure water, with some added chlorophyll if you wish.
Now, beloved hearts, remember also that this does bring rest to the functioning of the body. And therefore the soul is free to rise, for not so much energy is drawn down into the digestive process.
Understand that with momentum, you gain power. Let it always be the power of the Holy Spirit, for this is the light which you seek.
Now, then, I give to you my cohort of light, one who is also faithful and true to our Lord Sanat Kumara - the ascended master Ray-O-Light.

I demand the binding of the hordes of night, hordes of war. I demand the binding of the conspirators against the Light upon this planetary body and of the aborters of the Word incarnate. Blaze forth the light of God that never fails!
I demand the binding of all demons and discarnates moving against every Keeper of the Flame, our Inner Retreat, our instantaneous precipitation of the necessary supply for our September payment, for our July conference! Bolts of blue lightning!
Penetrate through, beloved Archangel Michael! Cut each one free whose heart is pure, who will endure in faith and uphold your mighty Word! I demand the action now in the name of Victory!
I call to beloved Mighty Victory. Blaze forth the light of God that never fails! Clear the highways of our God, beloved Archangel Michael, and let the saints descend! Let the Christmas angels descend! Let the Easter angels descend! Let the angels of the threefold flame and the twelve legions from the heart of the Father clear the way now by the full power of the flaming sword of Archangel Michael!
I call to the legions of light, billions and billions and billions of blue-flame angels, great teams of conquerors: Bind, then, the beast of pornography, incest, child abuse, and the misuse of the sacred fire in television and the motion picture industry! Burn right through and bind all sex entities and demons moving against the white-fire base chakra of the Mother and her chelas!
Burn right through, beloved Goddess of Purity, Queen of Light, and Goddess of Light! Blaze forth the light of God that never fails! Blaze the light of Sanat Kumara!
Shiva! move forth with the mighty sword of Archangel Michael. Shiva! into action in America. Cut free America this day and every light-bearer on earth! We decree it in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit, and the Mother. Amen.
