I AM come for the visitation of the heart. I AM come to be the rose of Light where thou art for the subjective rather than the objective manifestation of myself.
I would fuse my Light with the Light of thine own Christ Self. I would have you have an awareness of that which is the rose of Light rather than of a person called Rose of Light. For I am nowhere more important in life than when I disappear into the heart of your own Christ Self to multiply, to magnify that love and that affair of Love that must begin between you, O soul, and your own blessed Christ Self.
Thus, beloved hearts, I am also a mediator. I would mediate the way of your soul's rising and pressing through, coming to the surface of life and then into full view with the Blessed One of the heart. Let the hidden man of the heart1 be no longer hidden, for I AM come for the blazing Light of the Son to appear here and there in each of these hearts!
I come with nothing else in mind save transformation. It is the age of alchemy. It is the decade of transformation by the Ruby Ray, by the intensity of the flow of the Eighth Ray. And it is with the Christ Self here [that] I go and with you [that I go], beloved, also in the fullness of the Buddhic Light! You understand the command:
Go be the fullness of the Light that I AM!
Now, safely ensconced within your heart, I come to impart the love of the Mother for the Buddha and the Buddha in the way. I come with a remark on the magnificent Presence of Lord Gautama who has suffused his love through Light of Wesak that all the world is truly bathed in the rose of Light of a Buddha's heart, in the rose of Shamballa now becoming a part of America, North America, in the Heart of the Inner Retreat and those who meet there for the anchoring of the five secret rays of cosmos.
As dewdrops and as the waters that flow,
You are converging with the convergence of hearts all aglow.
And here I go to the Inner Retreat of the heart
That all of these sparkling diamond drops of Light
Might truly be for all of life [I know]
One mighty river of cosmic flow!
Dear ones, our Lord Gautama has given to us the answer to every question of life. Love is the key. And the acceleration of love as the Ruby Ray will answer every question and questioning in the wider and wider rings of civilization where the burdens of planetary survival even burden those who themselves will not endure unto eternal Life. Well, of course, blessed ones, they are burdened, for these fallen ones seek survival, even to survive as mortals - their chief concern.
And therefore we come to the council tables. We come to meetings concerning SALT II and III and armaments and disarmaments and the escalation of implements of war. Far worse is the escalation of the consciousness of war! Some men advocate heaping upon the pile and stockpile of weapons more and more weapons, some men advocate the cutting of these stockpiles in half. Well, I come to advocate, then, the life of Buddha and his message of Love and to teach you how to implement said flame of Love.
Blessed hearts, the answers have not been found to struggles of East and West, Gog and Magog. There is no solution thus far that has been proposed that will solve the problem of mankind on the brink of self-destruction by the insanity of a single fallen one or a single tool of Darkness. Whether the assassin against the life of Christ's Vicar or of the president, whether one who determines in a moment of insanity to press the button that is the beginning of the end, it all begins with a single malintent of one individual's heart capable of wreaking that destruction upon another part of life - [upon] a single idea of Christ or a rose that blooms as the fire of the soul.
Dear hearts, I am not here to propound an oversimplification of a most complex situation. For God knows that the Lords of Karma and the Four and Twenty Elders and all of us who are the sponsors of a race are determined that there shall be the pushing back of this knot of human consciousness and the making of the way for the I AM Race. All understand that in this hour solutions to men's problems yet hang in the balance of men's consciousness rather than in the focal point of the heart or the Sacred Heart of Christ Jesus.
If there were any legitimate fear, it might well be the fear of that ultimate power in the hands of those who are ultimately insane for having forsaken the original will of God. And if there were a legitimate fear, it might well be the fear of the Lord whose wisdom is the beginning of the solution to this problem.2
Therefore take heart, and realize the meaning of that word. Take the heart of your Mighty I AM Presence and Christ Self and of each one of us so dedicated and become that magnificent heart of Light!
Blessed ones, we advocate the fiery heart! We advocate fiery, burning hearts pressing out Love - Love that transmutes in the way all anti-Love. And surely there is no greater anti-Love than the misuse of the nucleus of the atom of Self, even of the Light of Alpha and Omega, for nuclear destruction. Surely there is no greater Love than the Holy Spirit itself come as the Destroyer to consume all unlike itself.
In the hands of God the sacred fire of the atom may lawfully destroy all that is not truly of Life, but in the hands of lesser individuals that destruction may very well be the destruction of souls and civilizations unlawfully and not in keeping with the will of God. Thus, let there be an intense fire pressing out by the petals of the heart that which would by malintent destroy the hearts of God's people.
At all costs, let us protect the fire of the heart, the threefold flame, the soul becoming one with that fire! This is the opportunity of Life granted unto life upon earth. Let us consume all Death! Let us consume War and the implements of War, not by the solutions of the intellect which have never worked and never will, but let us consume that, all of that, by the fire of the heart.
Measure for measure, I tell you, if there be the pressing out of the fire of love of your heart, heaven tells that there will also be a pressing in from heaven upon this planetary body of the Love of all of the members of the Great White Brotherhood, all of the angels of Light pressing in upon the earth, pressing out from heart centers and even the sun of even pressure.
There can be, then, a band of containment and God-control by the conscious cooperation of members ascended and unascended of the Great White Brotherhood and of elemental life which promises to be the agency of the Holy Spirit mediating the flow of Love twixt the Hierarchy ascended and the devotees unascended.
Let us establish the cult of the heart and the path of the Ruby Ray rose of Light. Let us do it in Saint Germain's name! Let us do it for the anchoring of Shamballa once again!
I come, then, with the assurance of Saint Germain that all of the Great White Brotherhood will confirm and recite with you:
I AM the Light of the Heart
Shining in the darkness of being
And changing all into the golden treasury
Of the Mind of Christ.
Each and every Ascended Master and angel of Light promises that as you affirm that will to be Love in all of the manifestations of thy creation everywhere, past, present, and future, so there will be the multiplication of this mantra of Saint Germain:
I AM projecting my Love
Out into the world
To erase all errors and
To break down all barriers.
Blessed hearts, can you not hear the rustling of wings, the sounds of tender cherubic voices, majestic seraphim, Cosmic Beings, Elohim who have intoned this mantra of the heart of the God of Freedom to the earth for aeons? Can you not hear yourself a part of one grand company of hosts of Light declaring,
O the amplification of that infinite Love throughout all the world, worlds without end! O the amplification of that Love! Truly,
I AM the power of infinite Love,
Amplifying itself
Until it is victorious,
World without end ... world without end!
And truly, as the sound of many voices, so will there be a resounding roar! This is a key, a dispensation come this very day from the heart of Saint Germain as a part of that dispensation received by him in the Central Sun, as he would also lay it at the feet of Gautama Buddha.
Therefore, for the implementation of Buddhic Love and Buddhic Light, the universality of Christus, we of the ascended hosts converge at the altar of your heart. And the fire burning there will increase if you will allow it, if you will not doubt it, if you will fear not to surrender unto the greater Love of thy life.
O blessed hearts, surrender into the arms of the Divine Mother and live at the point of Light of Buddhic adoration, Buddhic initiation, now and forever, spiral upon spiral of being, worlds without end.
I AM come for the confirmation of Light! Together, let us conquer by Love this falsification of the Yin and Yang by the International Capitalist/Communist Conspiracy of the Nephilim. Let us conquer that which men fear most because of an absence of Love. It is nuclear holocaust that they fear, almost more than Death itself - this very process of worlds in self-destruction. It need not be! It shall not be! It need never be when hearts are full of love.
I come with a momentum of Light employed by millions of Lightbearers, now Cosmic Beings, who themselves took this formula of Love pressing out and pressing in - this formula of cooperation of the Great White Brotherhood by the sacred fire of the heart - and did thereby forestall and deflect worlds in self-destruction whose overcoming became a victory of Love, a victory for Mighty Victory.
Let us penetrate the consciousness of earth, the subconscious, and the higher levels of the mind with the assurance that God can heal even this breach in the planetary body, even all of this arraying of forces against one another.
God can heal! God can heal, my beloved! God can yet heal this earth by the Light of your heart! Will you allow it? ["Yes!"] Will you allow him to step through your heart and impart to all the fullness of Christ's Love? ["Yes!"]
O let it be - let it be confirmed by the vow of Love in your heart! I seal it here. I seal it there.
Now, from the outer to the inner retreat of the soul, let us go forth to conquer worlds without end by Love. By Love, I seal you in the rose of Light. By Love, by Love, by Love I AM made more bright for my coming into your midst.

Like unto Aurora's bloom,
Thy rose-light chases all man's gloom.
Rose of Light, expand through me,
Caress my being, make it free
To grow and glow upon the loom.

Rose of Light, O come today,
In God's name I truly pray:
From fear and darkness and all hate,
Set my mind in radiance straight.
Rose of Light, I AM all thine,
By God's Love my life refine.
Through us all let Love appear
In God's image ever dear!
And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!
