O Lovers of the Sacred Fire Breath:
We are the hierarchs of the air who permeate the very breath of spring with the sacred fire breath of the Holy Spirit. It is not enough that the children of the light should breathe in the sweet air of tall grasses freshly cut, releasing their life essences, or even the morning mist that carries the fragrance of rose, lily of the valley, and lilac, or the ozone-charged atmosphere that revivifies all life even as it rebalances the electronic polarity of bodies and minds - no, we who direct the mighty sylphs and the movements of the continents of the air, we who stand with the Lord Maha Chohan as he inbreathes the breath of life into the newborn soul and as the threefold flame is rekindled once again upon the altar of the heart, we have dedicated our service and the service of the elementals of the air in all of their grandeur to the Sacred Fire Breath!
Aside from our daily rituals of purifying and washing, purifying and washing the atmosphere of a planet and a people and aerating the mind and heart and every cell of life with esters of sunshine carried on the winds, we who so love the light of life borne to earth's children molecule by molecule within the air itself are committed to be the bearers of that prana of the Holy Spirit that is the very life breath of the soul.
Giant sylphs that span the skies and interpenetrate the earth, the water, and the sacred fire mingle and make merry with the blessed angels of the sacred fire, angels of the purifying light, and angels in adoration of the living flame of the Holy Spirit. As the air absorbs the emanations of earth and sea and fire, both sweet and foul, so this absorptive quality is the very nature of the aura of the sylphs. Thus they are students of the mysteries of the concentration and the containment of the life-forces.
Though the wind bloweth where it listeth1 and cannot be contained though it containeth all sound and soundlessness, the mighty sylphs, who take their discipline from the seraphim and the initiates of ascension's flame, are masters in the art of the saturation of selfhood with the flow of Mother purity - the essence of crystal from her sparkling waters, the purity of whiteness that glows upon the altars of the Central Sun.
As the stars emit their secret rays in the night side of earth's cycles, endowing the atmosphere with unknown cosmic forces so necessary to the inner life of the soul, and as the sun endows every living creature with the love/wisdom of its fiery core, so in the very process of this cosmic transmutation whereby the light itself becomes the life of every living cell, the sylphs in Matter moving with the undulations of the seraphs in Spirit are the great transmitters of the currents of the Holy Spirit from heaven to earth.
The sylphs are giant transformers, conductors of the currents of the mind of God unto the mind of man. The trackless realms of the air are their domain, and their trackings are defined by the formation and re-formation of the clouds. This blending of the waters and the air coalesced round the nucleus of the sacred fire and containing earth elements establishing the coordinates of hydrogen and oxygen is in itself a mighty work of the ages that is the cooperative venture of the four cosmic forces through the four hierarchies of the elemental kingdom.
The two parts of hydrogen in each molecule of water form the cradle of the plus/minus polarity of Alpha and Omega to ensconce the pure oxygen that itself is the vessel of white fire that nourishes the arteries of life and the very bloodstream of body temples and towering trees with the sacred fire breath. This is the sacred ritual of all elemental life. For without the air and its self-transforming, transmutative, transmitative nature, life from the highest to the lowest forms in the evolutionary scale would cease to be.
Now by the very nature of consciousness and the purity of the heart and the devotions of the heart before the altar of the living God, each individual's ability to absorb the sacred fire breath is determined by the state of his consciousness and whether or not it is limited by the densification of misqualified energy clogging the very pores of the four lower bodies of the majority of mankind. Many among earth's evolutions absorb but the smallest fraction of the light and pranic essence that is contained in each molecular cup of the air element.
One of the major causes of disease, old age, and death upon the planetary body is the failure of earth's evolutions to place a priority upon the purifying of body, mind, and soul that it might assimilate the purifying, life-sustaining breath that is literally charged with the plus/minus factors of the cloven tongues of the Holy Spirit.2 Bodies burdened with decay, degenerative diseases caused by toxicity from improper diet and the partaking of incomplete, processed, and devitalized foods, cannot absorb the higher frequencies of the Holy Spirit which 'ride' on the currents of the air. The overlay of nicotine on the lungs and brain and residual drug substance in the vital organs of the body actually retard the soul's spiritual evolution by hampering the Spirit/Matter interchange of light at the molecular level.
Thus the physical elements of the air alone are received and these, as you well know, lack the divine whole of the life-force so necessary to sustain the integrated and integrating principle of Being at the very heart of every atom of substance. Even inorganic life absorbs the magnetic properties of the Holy Spirit, a process altogether different from the interchange of the life-force from Life to life but, nevertheless, one that has the parallel purpose of investing Matter with a spiritual fire that exempts it from the laws of mortality.
Children of the light have most vivid memories of etheric cities and retreats where the 'concrete' forms of temples, buildings, works of art, and practical accouterments of life remain for indefinite periods and as long as is required by cosmic law according to the inner blueprint and the fiery matrix. Here there is no law of degeneration, no decay rate, no disintegration factor. For the cyclic ebb and flow of the sacred fire of the central sun of these etheric particles of Spirit/Matter energy sustains the perfect form so long as it is desired by its creator.
Here on earth where all of life in the state of becoming seems subject to the laws of disintegration, men toil ceaselessly to retain the essence of life within their bodies and to maintain their properties and possessions lest they should quickly fall into disrepair, disuse, and disintegrate before their very eyes as "from dust to dust."3
But this is not as Life intended it to be. And you who bear witness to the etheric octaves of light, to the eternal youth shining ever so brightly on the faces of angels and ascended masters as on the face of a newborn babe - you know the power of the resurrection flame to reinfuse all life in the Matter cosmos with its innate momentums of renewal, rebirth, rejuvenation, and the blessed flame of reciprocity.
What is this flame of which I speak, my beloved? It is the life-sharing principle of cosmos. It is the self-emptying and self-giving ritual of Love whereby the Alpha vessel imparts the essences of Spirit unto the Omega and the Omega vessel self-empties herself into the Alpha. In the divine exchange of the eternal lovers, extolled in the whirling T'ai chi manifest in the infinitesimal particles of atomic nuclei, we discover that the law of reciprocity so sweetly expressed in the mantra of resurrection's flame "Drink me while I AM drinking thee"4 is at the very heart of life's never-ending ritual of the creative/re-creative process.
The divine interchange typified in the figure-eight flow of integration is the celebration of the ultimate union of the Spirit/Matter cosmos that already is and was and ever shall be and yet is not now apparent to those who do not as yet contain the full measure of the life of Spirit in the Matter vessel.
Now in conclave with all of the hierarchies magnificently serving under the Elohim - the twelve builders of form who descend from the twelve temples of life and solar hierarchies of the Central Sun - the sylphs gather with all of the majesty and the mastery befitting their office as endowers of the Matter cosmos with the sacredness of life. The sylphs take heart to renew their service to set life on earth free and take heed at the solemn counsels of Lord Gautama and the Maha Chohan who place before this conference of planetary import the burdens borne by the children of the Mother through the pollution of the air, the water, and the earth and, if it were possible, the very fire of the atom itself.
The misuses of nuclear energy and the dangers of nuclear weapons and nuclear power plants in the hands of those lacking the mastery of the elements under the four cosmic forces poses problems of great magnitude to the entire Great White Brotherhood in its service to the lifewaves of this solar system. The Tall Master from Venus addresses the conclave outlining the limitations of mankind's current understanding of science that does not allow him to accelerate the rebalancing and the reintegration of the disorders and discords intruded upon almost every form of Matter by his reckless and wanton misuse of the natural resources of earth.
Charting the course of expectations, given the known factors of mankind's tendencies toward death and self-destruction, Mighty Victory makes an impassioned plea for cosmic cooperation between the lovers of life ascended and unascended. He calls for tremendous support on behalf of the beings of the elements and demands in God's own name and in the name of Sanat Kumara that all who recognize that their life is sustained by the personal presence of the Ancient of Days ministering to earth's evolutions respond mightily to support elemental life who provide the pillars of the platform of this planetary evolution.
As the elementals travail within the four lower bodies of Mother Earth to give birth to a golden-age environment suitable for the golden-age consciousness of Lord Maitreya and his chelas, Mighty Victory and his legions summon illumined and caring chelas to understand the need for brotherhood, for community, and for cooperation under hierarchy. Truly a mighty cooperation is needed to stem the tide of mankind's self-generated downward spirals that threaten, alas, not only their bodies but the very existence of their souls.
Many who understand the law and know the consequences of separation from service with the Brotherhood and with our outer organization must recognize the urgent need to act boldly in concerted measure for the defense of unborn life and for the pristine environment so needed to raise up stalwart sons of Victory's flame. Neither ascended masters nor elementals nor angels separate themselves in form or formlessness from the mighty heartbeat that binds them together in bands of cosmic service.
Thus this Council of the Royal Teton Retreat and this conference attended by the truest friends of earth is a call for cosmic cooperation while there is yet time and space for the Woman to deliver her Manchild as the Cosmic Christ consciousness to all.5 May the selfishness and separateness of those who know better and who could perform together this mighty work of the ages now be dissolved in a love that responds in crisis to the need for life and the giving of one's life that all life might live to praise the sacred name.
We of the kingdom of the sylphs hover near to welcome each newborn babe and to receive the departing souls transiting earth's scene. Thus we worship the great inbreath and the great outbreath of life's cycles, ever mindful that each precious footstep on the bridge of life that is suspended between the moment of one's entrance and one's exit is intended for the sacred and enduring experience of Life begetting Life through the giving and receiving of Love's essence sealed in the sacred fire breath.
We are in the love of the Holy Spirit whose fiery fount is fueled by the sacred fire breath.
I AM, I AM, I AM the fire breath of God from the heart of beloved Alpha and Omega. This day I AM the immaculate concept in expression everywhere I move. Now I AM full of joy, for now I AM the full expression of divine love.
My beloved I AM Presence, seal me now within the very heart of the expanding fire breath of God. Let its purity, wholeness, and love manifest everywhere I AM today and forever. (3x)
I accept this done right now with full power. I AM this done right now with full power. I AM, I AM, I AM God-life expressing perfection all ways at all times. This which I call forth for myself I call forth for every man, woman, and child on this planet.
NOTE: Breathe deeply before giving this decree, and be conscious while giving it of the sacred fire penetrating and purifying every cell and atom of your physical form, healing and revivifying your consciousness until you become one with the fire breath of God.
