Precious ones, I AM Gautama Buddha, and I stand on the line of Taurus, and Taurus is the line of building in the Matter plane. Thus my adoration of the Mother flame, thus my very immediate practicality and concern. Some of you are surprised but, you see, I am the master of the flow of the abundant life of the Mother. In my hand and in my harmony is the release of the energy of the God of Gold into your hands, and therefore in my office is the concern for all of the needs of supply for the expansion of the light. And I, therefore, read the record and I see that, as Morya has said, Keepers of the Flame in the field must do more and give more to support the outpouring of light and of our teachings, and this statement comes from beloved El Morya and from the Darjeeling Council.
Let every chela know, then, that this is not the time to contemplate the spending of those extra dollars upon indulgences and unnecessary vacations or adornments of the self and the home. This is the hour to give the last measure and fullness of that which is given to you so that within this ten-year cycle we may complete that divine plan and have our platform of Camelot. For tens of thousands of devotees are needed, and the devotees who must come Home are those who will carry the Matter discipline by taking their place in government, in the economy, in science, and in the field of education where there are such deplorable conditions as the very children themselves have been seized with the entities which are called anti-Buddha.
The rebellious entities of chaos that have entered the schools and caused such crisis, such rebellion against the teachers, against authority and against learning - they are the anti-Buddha entities. And I desire that you should make calls unto the Lord God for the binding of these discarnates, for they are causing the anti-Mother energies of chaos and confusion to take from the children of light the necessary education which would prepare them to take their place in the future, even within this very ten-year period. Beloved ones, there is great opposition to the light of the crown chakra of the Buddha; and the standards of education, the standards of achievement are lower and lower each year as children are not learning the fundamentals of reading and writing, arithmetic, composition, communication, language, self-expression. Beloved ones, without these the Christ Self does not come forth.
Alas, then! Let us decree for the teachers and let them be cut free from the diabolical doctrines that have been put forth through the NEA for over a century now; and I refer to those doctrines that reserve to the teachers the supreme right of determining the educational philosophy when that right belongs alone to the parents who represent Alpha and Omega. But I say, shame upon the parents who have not shown concern for the textbooks and the education of the little children, who have not, then, come en masse and demanded their voice and their vote in the communities and in the decisions that are made by school boards.
Beloved ones, to be a parent means to sponsor the wisdom and the culture of wisdom of the Buddha and the Mother for your children. Why do you, then, assign this to others who have not the authority because they have not borne your children? I say, then, the teachers are hired by the parents who pay their taxes to the government and who have the supreme right to determine how and where their children shall be educated. It is the parents who should decide in each community whether they shall determine that these little children shall be bussed here and there.
Beloved ones, it is not natural for little children to spend as much as two hours a day sitting in buses through traffic. It is time for them to have recreation and play. We deplore the destruction of the culture of the individual ethnic groups; this is as destructive to the black community, the sons and daughters of Afra, as it is to each and every ethnic group. The children must live and learn and be together with their own heritage, they must understand who they are and where they have come from. And this mixing up of the children and of the school systems is creating a devastation of the neighborhood, the family, and its destruction. In the hours when children should be understanding local community and their family, they are in the buses. Beloved ones, this has been a diabolical plot using the theme of civil rights, which is indeed a legitimate theme, to bring about the destruction of family life and to tear from all races the natural gifts and the genius of the Spirit that belongs to each and every one.
Intelligent people at every section of the country have understood that this is not a matter of segregation and desegration. This is what it is played up to be. It is a matter of the vitality of the Holy Spirit itself, beloved ones. We do not desire to see any homes broken down. We do not desire to see the destruction of community life. But, beloved ones, it is not the parents who have decided; it is those individuals who have assumed positions of power and know what they are doing to the psychology of these little children.
Blessed ones, we desire to see every individual in this nation identify himself as an American, but this can only come if he first has an understanding of his origin - whether from the land of Africa or Europe or China or Japan. Whatever is the origin, it is the uniqueness of the genius of an individual people that makes an American an American. When you destroy this tradition and this heritage by forcing people to come under an "animal farm" by leveling their individual ways and methods, then, you see, you destroy the very ingredient, the very point of light and contact that makes this nation yet the strongest nation upon earth.
Beloved ones, love and appreciation and respect for one another, equality before the law must be had by all. There cannot be a lesser treatment of any part of life, and it always is the most recent comers to the nation that seem to be on the bottom of the totem pole economically, socially. Beloved ones, we see the divine plan for the elevation of individuals who have been abused - whether black, whether white, whether Chinese, whether from Eastern European nations. Beloved ones, the way to restore equality is not by the abuse of children, it is not by the destruction of the family, the neighborhood, or the community, but it is by the infusion of these neighborhoods with souls of light who will help to elevate and to give to those souls who are not economically privileged a greater opportunity educationally and in the song of the Spirit to develop self-worth.
Beloved ones, it is self-worth - whether among white or black or any other - that must be cultivated. And this self-esteem must come through a much larger understanding than simply the carrying of little children for miles and miles from that home base of light. You cannot have this unity, you cannot have this development by simply forcing by law a bussing issue. This is not where the problem is. Children of the light, black and white, realize and recognize that you are being manipulated and you do not understand that those who profess a desire to bring about equality and civil rights are merely using a very important issue, a justifiable issue, to gain other ends which will not be seen even for a decade.
Beloved souls of light, if you do not understand my message, trust me. For I know whereof I speak, and I know the manipulation of the fallen ones in all races to destroy the integrity and the self-worth of these races. O beloved hearts, I come and I release to you a great sphere of love. I transfer it to you and to your twin flame. In this love is the golden pink glow-ray, the glow-ray of God-mastery, the glow-ray of wisdom. Watch, I say, watch and look behind what is being proposed, whether new levels of taxation or a phony crisis of energy - all of this to distract your attention from the central goal of these manipulators to destroy the Christ within you, your family, and your race.
We await the coming of the great glory of the Christ consciousness in the sons and daughters of Afra - in America and in Africa. Let these souls recognize that they also must have and forge a group identity - not by human power, which they have called black power, but by the power of the Holy Spirit that has ordained this race with a specific calling in that Holy Spirit. And you who have come from the nations of Europe, your destiny and your calling must also be preserved. And in these callings that are parallel and complementary know that the Spirit of America is born and in all of the contributory rivers of life there is a destiny, there is a flame. It is held in the hand of the Goddess of Liberty as a mighty torch of light.
And therefore let us move beyond the manipulations of compartmentalization of North and South and East and West and race, religion and ethnic group, economic standing. Let all of this be seen as the opportunity for manipulation. But let the hearts of lightbearers unite, and let us solve our common problems, and let us be willing then as people, loving people, to give to one another the genius, the fruit, the acceleration of our individual attainment, and let there be a real interaction of children and of lightbearers who come together to understand one another in a situation where there is understanding and love and free will and creativity and always the understanding of who I am, where have I come from, and where am I going.
I AM Gautama Buddha. I am going on the highway of life, and I am leading the chelas of peace into that light of eternal peace. I am isolating the fallen ones, and I will show you who they are and what is the lie of the Liar and those in league with him. Be alert. Read those publications, right and left, which will reveal to you activities that are taking place. Beloved ones, take your place in the vanguard of light, multiply your decree action, accelerate the penetration of the light of Scorpio into the Matter dimension, and know what is happening in this city, in every city.
I ask you to petition K-17 and Lanello that you might be agents in the Cosmic Secret Service; for those ordinary avenues for our work have been greatly diminished because of the abuses of these agencies which I have named. Therefore, we look to lightbearers to uncover and to discover that treason against the light, against freedom, against America, and every God government of the nations. All who love freedom who are leading the people in the nations of the earth are under the same attack of the fallen ones, as your messenger has told you - whether in Ghana or Liberia or in each and every one of the nations of Africa. The interplay of forces is intense. A tremendous effort is being waged for the life of the souls of God.
Beloved ones, I will have more to say on the subject of the ten-year cycle. This is my report of the day, and I will add unto it. But I come now to bless you and to seal you in the light of the Buddha and the Mother and to enlist your twin flames in the discovery of that Word whereby you may command life to reserve and to resume the cycles of perfection. Hear my call and answer, O twin flames in love. For by your wholeness you are invincible, invulnerable. Invictus, I AM come.
Victory in the light of Buddha! Victory in the light of Mother! Now receive the light! I send it from my heart, through my hand, through my messenger to each and every one. Feel the arc! Feel the current! It penetrates your heart now and goes right through to the heart of your twin flame as a mighty thread of light. The Buddha and the Mother thread your heart to the thread of your other heart, your other Self. And, beloved ones, now the thread of contact of Shamballa igniting all twin flames has tied the bow, the knot, for two to be one forever.
Know that I am supporting the mission of twin flames. Know that I am supporting your reunion. Listen well to the counsel of the Mother, of our messenger; for often she knows not whereof she speaks but she speaks the Word of the Buddha in answer to your application, to your question, to your uncertainty. Listen well, for I send my Word even independent of her conscious awareness of the how, the why, and the wherefore of each direction given to your soul's petition. I stand in the aura of the messenger more often than you know, and sometimes you perceive the star-fire glow of the Buddha in the Mother and the Mother in the contemplation of the Buddha of your soul.
Lo, I have come. Lo, I seal you. And I have nowhere to go, for I AM the Buddha in the Mother. I ensoul the earth. Lo, I AM everywhere. I AM. I AM. I AM. AUM in the soul of the One. AUM in the soul of twin flames in love.
