Now, you see, you have held a certain light, and by your decree of light there is the staying action for this city of New York. But, beloved ones, I must also inform you - for you do have a right to know when you are holding the balance - that great darkness is come upon this city and this nation through the Dark Cycle entered now in this full moon of Scorpio. And as the deceptions of past ages roll into manifestation as a dark wave of returning karma, so you will see that in order to continue to hold the balance the light in your heart must increase by meditation, by the command, by dynamic decrees, by prayer and fasting, by utter devotion, and by such intense love for those who suffer because "they know not what they do"21 - they know not the law.
And so there is never a moment when you can rest upon the mountain or upon your laurels, but your rest and your re-creation is always in action; for to lose hours and days, to withdraw yourself from holding that flame, you see, may set you back many cycles because of the movement of the return of karma and the oncoming light and the juxtaposition of the two. Do you see, beloved ones, in the face of great darkness we must send cosmic currents and we do. But the little children, the little people of the Earth who are caught in the change of cosmic tides, they can neither withstand the light nor the darkness.
And therefore, who will stand in that day?22 Who will stand and face and conquer? Who will say, "Let it come into my heart, let light come into my heart by the cosmic tide, and let darkness also come. For I will keep a greater flame of light. I will be the Great Alchemist's furnace. I will be that fiery furnace of Saint Germain whereby the Great Alchemist can then perform the miracle of transmutation and the transformation of worlds. In my very heart let there be the fiery furnace where the elements of the mass consciousness are melted by the fervent heat of the sacred fire23 and where there comes forth the golden consciousness of the sons and daughters of God." And stepping out of that furnace, many evolutions, many children of God who will walk the streets of the cities of the Earth as electrodes of light sealed in the golden light of the sons and daughters of God because you have kept the flame.
I must implore you, I must beg you before the living God to understand the plight of this very moment of chemicalization upon Earth. Lord Gautama Buddha will come to you today to deliver to you the message of Wesak 1978, and therefore I will leave to him the report on the progress within the ten-year cycle ordained one year ago upon that occasion of Wesak.
Beloved hearts of infinite fire, I bow before the light within you and I deliver a message to you of cosmic gratitude from the Goddess of Liberty that you have kept the flame. We will not paint to you the picture of what might have been had you not kept that flame, for that is past. Now we look into the golden future, and the law does require the multiplication of the body of God. As you have kept the light in your heart, so let the fiat go forth from your I AM Presence for the geometrization of being.
Where there has been one, let there be four. Let the multiplication of four as the four sides of the base of the pyramid multiply each focus of light within the cities. Let each one increase, then, himself and add three to his own. And therefore as you have kept the etheric flame of sacred fire, now let there be raised up from this very city souls who will stand to you and with you around this great pyramid. As you face the center of the pyramid, each standing on one side - the side of the north, the south, the east, and the west - face the center and know that the pyramid contains within itself the resurrection flame. And by its very matrix, the great pyramid and the resurrection flame in the center is the key to the restoration of this city and of every city.
Beloved ones, there has entered into power within this city in the office of the mayor one who is not committed to the eternal goal of the Great White Brotherhood. I ask you, then, to give those dynamic decrees that there should be raised up in this city government and in this state government those who will no longer act in a manner that is a desecration of the Mother flame and of the sacred fire. For here it was that the head of this state went against the voice of the people to preserve the legalization of abortion. And here it is that freedom is being given to homosexuals to desecrate the light of the Mother within this city.
Beloved ones, these perversions can never ever be a part of reality or of eternal life. You, then, are the ones who are called and ordained to be kings and priests unto God, which means that those who have the highest position in the path of initiation have the right to rule in matters of church and state - kings and priests unto God and, if you will, queens and priestesses. For it is never the intent of hierarchy to neglect the feminine ray, but you must understand that always contained within the masculine principle is the feminine light.
And, beloved ones, if you would like this tribute of the feminine ray, then I will give it: the masculine could not exist without the inherent feminine. And so it is almost superfluous - even as the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit contain the Mother light - it is almost superfluous to have to constantly repeat that there is the action of Mother; for Mother is the fount of that reality, and without this wholeness there would be no God in manifestation whether in Spirit, whether in Matter.
Beloved ones, therefore let us determine and let us realize that the power, wisdom, and love returned to you by the light of the Mother flame, by the teachings of the Mother delivered by the Great White Brotherhood, is the means to reverse the tide; and the abuses of the Mafia and organized crime within this state literally enslave millions.
New York is a great key to the Earth as you well know, and one of the reasons is this: that all of this perversion of purity is a wall of energy that stands between the people and the inner Temple of the Sun. That Temple of the Sun is a giant forcefield, and the twelve positions of light of the hierarchies of the sun are within this temple, and the focal point of the Lords of Karma and the Goddess of Liberty; and from this point of light there is the sponsoring of all peoples and nations, kindreds and tongues.24
And thus New York, America - the melting pot of the world where all of the genius light of the Christ potential within the people is drawn together for the greatest expression of the Christ light within a focal point of a great diamond that is held over the temple as the focus of this city. And through that diamond light you may commune with the reality of the inner blueprint and the key to the city that is held in the heart of the Great Divine Director, of Cyclopea, Nada, Pallas Athena, and all who serve on that Karmic Board. Precious ones, your hearts are sealed by the light emanation that comes forth now from this Temple of the Sun bypassing the density, the infamy, and the wine of the wrath of her fornication that has been given to the people to drink.25
Beloved ones, that wine of the wrath of the fornication of Babylon shall be transmuted by the blood of the saints, by the Word of their testimony,26 and the rivers of water of life that have been turned to blood27 shall be turned to the crystal clear clarity of the purity of the Mother within you. Therefore this day - by electrodes of ascended beings who stand with me and with Saint Germain upon this platform and by the sacred heart our messenger, by the sacred heart that you have magnified - that darkness is bypassed and, in this interaction of hierarchy, you receive directly that current of energy that comes forth through the Temple of the Sun, through the beings who ensoul it, through the twelve hierarchies, and through that great diamond.
Beloved hearts of light, I come now before you for the transfer of love and for the point of contact in your third eye whereby you and your beloved may see eye to eye in this consummation of your service of love in this age. I AM Venus, enfolding you always in the pink rose of comfort. I AM in your heart the twinkling star of Venus, the hope, the joy - the Return.
