I have come with the teaching of wisdom. I have come with the teaching of wisdom because there are some among you who have reached that point when, with the touch of the fire of the Holy Spirit, you could experience a new wholeness. You have met certain requirements of the Law. You have balanced certain portions of karma which are the cause behind the effect of limitations in body and mind. And yet for want of will and of determination and of the leaping into the joy of the Spirit and the understanding that God's promises are kept - for want of this, it is as though the parts of the puzzle have not been put in place. They are there ready to be assembled to make the perfect cube. It requires the alchemy of the key, the turning of the key, and the taking of the hand, and the performing of the sacred work of the assembling of the soul components.
Think of this: to assemble soul components! Have you ever thought that perhaps the components of your soul were not in alignment with the cube of the heart? Have you perhaps left a portion of your soul in the past or with another part of life? Have you given your soul and placed it somewhere where you ought not to have placed it, in loyalties to the human consciousness and to the flesh that ought to be replaced immediately by loyalty to God and to the Spirit?
Think, then, of drawing together your solar awareness and your soul consciousness. Think, then, of commanding the atoms and cells and electrons of the soul to return to the soul chakra. Think, then, of drawing this solar fire and solar evolution and solar consciousness as a magnet in Mater whereby you, in the temple of the living God, might experience the wholeness of the Temple Beautiful.6
See, then, how to command Life - how to command Life - how to understand that, with all the law that is taught, there is a call for ingenuity, creativity, even genius in knowing how to call and what to call. It is like knowing the next step in a very complex problem of mathematics - how to arrive at the desired solution, what equation shall be used, what method. It is like the physician picking from the shelf the necessary application, the necessary formula to the problem.
Well, some of you have not even diagnosed the problem in order to now be concerned with that which must be applied as solution. And therefore, I bring to you a possibility and a probability that the problem is the need to assemble the components of the soul. In some cases, the soul, its forcefield, has been split by very intense fears of the past - traumatic experiences wherein you might say the soul has been driven underground, far into the depths of the subconscious like a frightened child. The soul must be called back, back to the throne room, back to the three-in-one, back to the place where the trinity of the threefold flame is enshrined in the temple of the heart.
You have spoken lightly of souls who are not receptive to the truth, or perhaps souls that you could not even find, but only there the carnal mind. Where do you think the soul has gone in those individuals where there seems to be no response whatsoever to the flow of light or of truth? Well, many times that soul is the prisoner of another consciousness or in another plane, and the body you see is but a shell of the former self.
When Jesus went forth in Jerusalem, he called forth the soul to return to the temple and thereby he cast out demons. Do you understand that when the soul leaves the temple, then the temple is inhabited by demons? Then you have the condition of disease called insanity and the maladies of the Spirit whereby the self is nowhere; and therefore, there is no knowledge of the self. It becomes obvious, then, that those who would heal the mind and the emotions must have the mastery of the seat-of-the-soul chakra, for that is the point in the planes of Mater whereby the light of the heart must descend to infuse identity with individuality.
See, then, that if you would heal, you maintain that sense of honor that is of the Holy Spirit; for only the Holy Spirit and the immense power of that Spirit can return to the temple that precious soul, that life, that potential to be God and at the same time exorcise the fallen ones who have seized the temple. Now, you have all had this experience in a limited way. You have seen how your fears, how your trepidations have taken root and therefore excluded the delicate faculties of the soul, its intuitive powers. And for an hour or for a day or for a week, you have found yourselves the prisoner of a mental concept or a feeling that somehow you knew was out of keeping with the light of God, but you had not the power or the will or the determination or the wisdom to refute that energy.
You understand, then, that when the temple is seized of these thoughts and feelings which are not of the light of the soul, then the soul dwells elsewhere. And therefore, the battle of the age becomes the battle of this precious intuitive self, this solar self taking command, returning to the citadel, standing upon the wall and being the watchman of life and consciousness.7 Ere the soul take command of the temple in the name of the Christ, the soul must rout from the temple all of those energies, those misgivings, those misqualifications. This is the warring in the members of which Paul spoke.8
But understand that from time to time there is an ebb and flow, and sometimes you give heed to the voice of fallen ones, and in that moment there is the requirement of the calling for the return of the soul under the canopy of the Christ mind. In these moments, then, when you care for your children, when you care for the sheep of the Father's pasture, make the invocation to the Lords of Life and the Lords of Individuality and to Helios and Vesta that that one be returned to sanity, be clothed in his right mind,9 and be at peace in the Christ mind. This is, then, a very important key to your healing on the Path, and one that you can add to the list of healing techniques which have been given to you by the healing masters.
I come in the moment of the coming of Mighty Victory and Jophiel and Christine to Summit University. I come in the flame of Theosophia. I come as the one who is the integrator of wisdom and will. And in the fusion of wisdom and will is every hue of emerald ray, of aqua mist, of sky blue and emerald, Chinese green - all of the patterns and shades that are formed from the blending of the illumined action of the will of God.
You see, then, how science and how religion must both come forth from the proper balance of the understanding of the law of God as will and then the understanding of wisdom as that holy science. Then when you have balanced these energies with understanding, you are ready for the coming into that temple which you have erected, that coming into the temple of the Holy Spirit10 that is the very living presence of love.
By that love flame, by the coming of that love, there is the quickening of the atoms and molecules of wisdom's will, and you find, then, that the flow of healing is a comfort flame and is a flame of compassion. And only by the heart's burning with that love, being on fire with that love, can you experience the concrete manifestation and application of all that you have gained by the knowledge of the Law and the wisdom of the Law. And there is no purpose to that science without love, without that balance of the Trinity.
See, then, that you lay well the foundation of the wisdom teachings so that when all is set and the temple is built and the understanding has become the life of the chela, that there will be that sudden rushing of a mighty, mighty wind of the Spirit11 and the coming into the temple of your being of that force of Almighty God that will implement life, that is the very presence whereby Jesus said, "Thy sins be forgiven thee."12
Such a fiat of healing and wholeness! This means that the forgiveness of this sin - which is the out-of-alignment manifestation of consciousness and the thoughts and feelings that inhabit the temple - is the vanquishing of error and the banishing from the temple of all that is out of keeping with the law of Christ. With that statement "Thy sin be forgiven thee," there is the setting back of all wrong, the righting of that wrong, and the coming into the temple of the light of the Christ.
Fear not, then, to give the command in the name of Christ, to say, "In the name of Jesus the Christ, I call forth the law of forgiveness and the light of forgiveness, and in his name I give the command, 'Thy sins be forgiven thee!' Let it be done according to his holy will." So, then, as the instrument of the judgment, you assign always to God the blessed will in every case of healing.
Now let those who keep the watch of Jesus13 come to the watch to focus the energies of crystallization for the City Foursquare.14 Let there be a new devotion to science and to healing as proof of the immortal Truth by which we live, as proof that all of God's promises to forgive are fulfilled in the moment of the soul's reckoning of the One and the flame and the Life and the eternal Presence.
I have set before you a page in the book, the precious book of the Mother's healing. I will come again to bring to you another page of this book. There are books that I have written which men and women read. There are books that are yet on the shelf of our retreat waiting for the writing of the Messenger of Truth.
I AM in the flame of wisdom the servant of the Most High God, and of his sons and daughters, and of the soul of each son and daughter. I AM with you in the gentleness of wisdom that is indeed the omnipotence of a cosmos.
