Pilgrims Choosing the Way of Freedom:
What are the choices to be made? Choices indeed of life and death - not alone of the body and the mind, but of the precious element which the Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away.1 It is the life and death of the soul of which I speak and the choices which confirm the one or the other. All choices lead to this one choice - to be or not to be. All roads lead to the hub of life, to the mercy seat, and to the judgment. Now you be the judge. Now you decide. Life offers, life waits, life beckons. Only you can answer.
In a world where there are many voices clamoring for your attention, many teachers proclaiming the way, and many distractions to deter you from the way, I come as the teacher of the age - in my right hand the torch of freedom which I would touch to the fire of your own heart and in my left hand the sword to champion your soul's liberation in the flame. There are choices to be made, not the least of which the teacher and the teaching.
To whom will you give allegiance? Where will you place the faith, the hope, the charity that burned in the breast of the mother who bore you?
Make not the mistake of generations of idolaters. Do not fall down and worship the self of any man or any woman, seen or unseen; but worship God only. But who is God? Another choice presents itself: to choose the Lord, to choose him only, to find that Lord within as the light of the Eternal One and the voice of the Eternal Presence declaring, "I AM THAT I AM."2
May I recommend that you pause and place yourself solemnly, unreservedly upon the rock of your own real being to pledge your life, your energy, all of your love and your striving to the I AM THAT I AM. All future choices depend upon your making a right decision in this moment of the consecration of your being, your life, your consciousness.
Let it be then to worship the one God, the Almighty, the Creator of heaven and earth. And realize that this one God infired the whole world of his creation with the energy of Self, that he gave to each and every son and daughter the Divine Monad called the I AM Presence. Thus the Beloved gave unto the beloved a portion of being; and that being is your Real Self, the one and only God individualized as the I AM THAT I AM. "Choose you this day whom ye will serve"3 - whether the I AM Presence, the central sun of your life, or the lesser planets and moons and satellites of existence that have only the reflected glory of the One Light.
Having chosen with your heart, now choose also with your mind. Let the reason of the Logos confirm the victory of the Lord God within and on high. Let your soul confirm your devotion. Let all the nations of your being - all levels and sublevels of consciousness - confirm the one true God. Let motive and intent flow to the central source, and let your life revolve around the realization of the one true Light.
Having made this choice, implement it well. Day by day return to the One in meditation, in prayer, in thought and feeling. And as you go about your life, this contact with your Source will generate and regenerate within you an expanding awareness of real being in every part of life. And thus through contact with your own Real Self, you will contact the Real Self of every other part of life and then you will know who is real.
Then you will know that I am real, that I am Saint Germain, that I have returned to that One Source that you call your own - which I call my own, which indeed belongs to everyone - that I have returned to that flaming flame4 in the ritual of the ascension. And then you will know that every member of hierarchy has also confirmed identity in the ritual of the ascension. You will recognize your teacher and the true teachers of all cycles in the ascended masters, and you will feel our presence and our presence will be confirmed by your own communion with life.
Now let it be known that from out the central sun of your own being, the light of hierarchy has gone forth and that your own personal hierarch is your own Real Self who has vested the Mediator, in the person of your own Christ Self, with the authority to impart the teachings of the true teachers of mankind. Indeed, your personal guru is your Christ Self to whom and through whom I release the message of the Aquarian cycle. Your Christ Self is the mediator between the planes of outer awareness of life in Matter and the planes of inner awareness of life in Spirit. The Christ Self is the priest who officiates at the altar of the Most High God.
Make the choice, then, to come to the altar which the Lord has set even as he has prepared a table before you in the presence of the enemies of righteousness.5 Make the choice to allow the soul to be anointed with the holy oil, to be reconsecrated to cosmic purpose, to be reborn in the flame, and to have no other save the Christ Self and the I AM THAT I AM for the teacher and the teaching of the law.
Let all who would stand in my holy mountain to take from the souls of mankind the opportunity for right choice be cut down in this hour! Thus saith the Lord. Let the purveyors of the false teaching who would stand in the way of the Tree of Life and of the One Source be removed by the golden light of illumination intensifying the wisdom of the ages and the crystal clarity of the only begotten Son of God!
The ascended masters come forth in the plan of hierarchy to deliver to mankind the contact and the knowledge of the Real Self and of the one true God individualized in the I AM Presence. We come forth, for we have walked the way of Christ-realization and of the realization of the I AM Presence in the victory of the ascension. We would give to you not only our instruction, but our momentum of victory; not only our counsel, but our initiation imparted through the one anointed by the Great White Brotherhood to transfer to your chakras (centers of light in your four lower bodies) the energies of your own Christ Self and your own I AM Presence.
In every age the Lord has sent his emissaries to initiate spirals of renewed Self-awareness. Our messenger is the taper which we hold in our hand to kindle anew the crystallization of the God flame within you. Through the release of the spoken Word at conferences, through the blessing of your chakras with special jeweled focuses which we have secured especially for this purpose, our messenger is appointed to be the instrument of a greater concentration of the light of hierarchy in the body of God upon earth.
The Great Divine Director, my own mentor - a teacher of teachers who long ago came to earth as a cosmic being to found an order of disciples of freedom - imparted to me the sacred science of alchemy and established the House of Rakoczy to perpetuate the ritual, the freedom, and the diplomacy of the seventh ray. As the Initiator of Cycles, the Great Divine Director works with Lord Maitreya, the great teacher of the Buddhic light, to initiate souls into the Great White Brotherhood.
We make known to you, then, the choice of taking these initiations directly from your own I AM Presence and Christ Self and from the ascended masters who comprise the spiritual hierarchy overshadowing earth's evolutions in this century. We make known to you the choice of receiving in many forms, including through the publications of The Summit Lighthouse, keys to initiation and, above all, contact with hierarchy through our embodied messenger, Elizabeth Clare Prophet.
Who will tell the story of the Word of God in this age if we do not? Who will uphold the glory of the banner of the Mother of the World if we do not? Who will proclaim the name of Maitreya or of the messenger of Maitreya if we do not come to you, both in person and in the person of our messenger?
These Pearls of Wisdom are printed by devotees of freedom at our retreat in Colorado Springs; for the Darjeeling Master, El Morya, has seen to it that the Great White Brotherhood should not be without outer representation and outer organization in this century of centuries. Much preparation, sacrifice, and discipline have gone before so that in this hour of your own preparation, the word, the contact, and the call of hierarchy could come to you in the printed word to assist you to make contact with the inner word of truth, unspoken yet clearly defined as the inner law of your own being.
As the voice of the age, I speak directly to your heart and I say, consider the choices and choose well. You have a right to know the truth, to weigh that truth, and to consider all aspects of the teaching. And before you deny the miracle of the prophets of the age, consider whether or not you are willing to deny the truth of your own being. For if you deny the possibility of the Lord's Spirit descending upon his emissaries, then pray tell me, and give answer if you will, must you not also deny the power of the Lord's Spirit to descend upon your own being?
When life and death hang in the balance - not only for the souls of mankind, but for an entire planetary evolution - the import of right choices cannot be overestimated. Unfortunately, in this day and age mankind fail to make any choice whatsoever, but they allow themselves to be moved along life's way like the tumbling tumbleweed.
I suggest that you come and see, that you try the spirits,6 that you measure vibration, that you test the sincerity and the reality of the ascended masters and their messengers. Let them be weighed in the balance of the heart, for they will not be found wanting. Come then to our next conference. Be there to see, to hear, and to know the truth that will make you free.
Each and every conference sponsored by the Darjeeling Council of the Great White Brotherhood, presided over by our messenger, is an opportunity for individual initiation. I challenge you to be where the light of the ages is released in the power of the spoken Word. I dare you to come! For I know that once you come to the place which the Lord has prepared for the initiation of your soul unto cosmic realities, if you have even a candle's worth of awareness, you will not deny the reality of the chain of hierarchy and you will discover your own position as a link in that chain.
For you also are destined to be the instrument of the Lord, to take the teaching and to give it to others whom the Lord has appointed to be with you in a cell of consciousness preordained. Yes, you are destined - if you make the right choices - to be an electrode of cosmic light and energy and love, so that the lightning that cometh out of the east and shineth even unto the west7 might be grounded in Terra through the Son of God appearing right within your very own heart.
I AM the hierarch of the age of the open door. I stand in the way. I AM your opportunity to be free. Let the testing of your soul be the testing of the Lord's Spirit and of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood. For if you call, we are compelled to give answer. This is the law, this is hierarchy. Join us, if you will.
Mighty cosmic light,
My own I AM Presence bright,
Proclaim freedom everywhere;
In order and by God-control
I AM making all things whole!
Mighty cosmic light,
Stop the lawless hordes of night,
Proclaim freedom everywhere;
In justice and in service true
I AM coming, God, to you!
