O magnificent one! O praise! O glory! For the Light Body of God has descended as the cloven tongues.1 And twain appear out of the fiery Ovoid of Being, and man perceives the Mother Ray even as he perceives the Ray of the Father. I AM the immaculate concept held within the Heart of God for each one upon this planetary home and for evolutions in far-flung worlds. I am that immaculate concept because I have chosen to embody the purity of God's Heart in its reflection of the creative intent and the great potential of Life locked in the heart of each child born of the divine union.
You have heard me say that it would be necessary for me but to move my finger to cause the world to tremble, so great is the authority of God that is vested within my immaculate heart. I AM a Mother of Cycles, the cycles of the appearance of the Christ and the divinity of the Christ within you.
I have stood by this Messenger for countless hours and days to give to her the teachings of the Cosmic Clock and the unfoldment of the Christ Consciousness; for I have desired with a great desiring to make known to the children of my heart who would hear my Word the inner meaning of the unfoldment of the Light from the Center of Being. Precious ones, there are few in every age who can be counted upon by the Hierarchy to receive our Word accurately and to set it forth without the interference of their own human consciousness, without the intrusion of the ego or the attempt to adulterate the Sacred Word.
When the Messenger Mark Prophet was received in the Temple of the Resurrection over the Holy Land by Jesus and myself, it was a glorious reunion - such a reunion of Light! For we had served together for so long; and so many of the members of our retreat who had also served with us in Galilee gathered on the occasion, when a communion feast was held, led by my Son, Jesus. And he broke the bread symbolically and blessed the wine, and all partook of the new wine in the kingdom of God as it was promised of old.2
And I said to him, to your Mark and to my Mark, "Well done, my son; for you have left a record of Life, a mark indelible upon earth that all who are truly sincere and who are willing to surrender the self might follow, might hear the Word." And I embraced him and took him to my heart of love, and all of the momentum of the Heart of the World Mother enfolded him in that divine embrace.
I tell you this because I want you to know of the great love of Heaven for this Messenger who has brought the Word before you these many years and has been an instrument for the Sacred Word. There are many things that I could recount to you concerning his mission, but today I rejoice in the fact that in this age the Two Witnesses3 have gone forth and have left an accurate testimony. This is indeed a triumph!
Some among the staff heard beloved Mark comment that he, too, was overjoyed to observe how the flow of Light from God had been protected - for the Hierarchy does protect its Messengers - and how the consciousness, because it was raised to the level of the Christ, could receive the purity of our Word. And so we shall rejoice also when this Messenger returns triumphant, having fulfilled the cycles of the Divine Mother. But thanks be to God that she has volunteered to stay as long as it is necessary to bring in the New Day. And so we have the uni-tie, the unity of twin flames, of the fiery Ovoid of God's Being, as above, so below.
As I looked upon the evolutions of this earth, I thought in my heart, where is there one who can contain the vast knowledge of the Mother of Cycles and bring it forth and yet remain humble, and yet realize that the Source of Light and of the teaching is of God and not of the self?
Here and there, fragments of the teaching were given as a test in years gone by, even before the incarnation of this Messenger in this present life. And in each and every case there was perversion and abortion of the teaching because of the lack of purity, the lack of devotion to my heart. And then when some mighty, powerful truth would be given by myself or by a member of the Hierarchy, gradually, slowly the emissary would become puffed up with pride, and we would begin to see the brittleness of the intellect intrude upon the teaching; and by karmic law we were forced to withdraw.
Now I do not discredit the many saints and the many devoted, selfless, and humble ones who have indeed attained the mastery and have won the ascension over the past two thousand years. These had the requirement of humility and attunement; but many, because of their association with the Church, would not allow themselves to go beyond the confines of Church dogma. Hence we could not reveal this teaching, because within that framework it would appear as a usurpation of the authority of the Church hierarchy.
Do you see, precious hearts, how Heaven is limited? It was necessary then to find one who had already established within her consciousness the record of the law of cycles and of this teaching from previous incarnations of devotion and to find one who was not bound by dogma of any kind, whose mind would be free to release the Word as the Word was given.
Prior to the embodiment of this Messenger, she was in training in my retreat to receive this teaching. Jesus assisted me; and together we sat, we three, speaking long and many hours of how this Light should be brought forth, and when and where. And to Elizabeth was given the warning of all of the pitfalls and all of the snares that would be upon her pathway from the hour of birth to try to take from her the glory of the crown and of the victory of the full effulgence of the teaching of the Mother.
And now after these many years of training and of service, she has brought forth to you the fullness of our Word regarding the Cosmic Clock. And although much remains to be delivered into her hands - as Jesus said that he would reveal through her the thirty-three mysteries of his life in Galilee - so I would say to you this day that the triumph of the Good Friday and the breaking of the Good Friday spell of death is come upon the planetary body because some among you have taken the torch from the hand of the Mother and have put into practice the knowledge of the law of cycles. And you have vanquished the foe at every hand and challenged your human creation, and you have been diligent to outsmart the serpentine lie.
And so as I look out upon the planetary body and I see focuses of Light, individuals consecrated to the overcoming of the negative momentums of worldly astrology, my heart is filled. For cosmic astrology is an ancient science, and many men and many wise scholars have attempted to bring forth this teaching; but none have been worthy to receive the key in its fullness. Take then the precious gift, for it is a gift from my heart to one who has been transfigured before you. And in the passing of the test of the transfiguration, you can be assured that you receive directly our Word with the accuracy of an angel, the accuracy that is sent forth from our heart to yours.
Now, precious ones, I must tell you that as a World Mother, my heart is also burdened this day. Yes, my burden is Light; for I hold the Light that would counteract the burdens of mankind if they would but invoke it. But I say to you that I am burdened because I carry with each child, each one evolving upon the planet, a certain karmic weight. And I see that the illumination of the Divine Mother has not yet penetrated the masses; for by deliberate design that illumination has been withheld from mankind through the church fathers, through educational channels, through government. Everywhere the wisdom of the Mother is aborted.
As we searched long for one who could receive the knowledge of the laws of cycles, so we have also searched long for areas upon the planet where the Light could come forth. Precious hearts, it is the hour of testing and of trial, and I have come to tell you mankind are not ready. And they shall be weighed in the great balance scale of Life, and I know from the writing of the karmic record that they shall indeed be found wanting.4
