Hail, Mighty Splendor of the Flame!
The Light descends from fiery heights, and the hearts of men are renewed by the fateful power of Truth. I greet the devotees of Truth from the Temple of Truth where the lightning of His Mind flashes forth to cleave asunder the real from the unreal and to infuse the souls of all mankind with the swiftness of the swift sword of His immaculate design.
The Sacred Word God delivered through our trusted Messengers is a lamp unto the feet1 of those who weary not in welldoing.2 And so I come to deliver a message of Truth to mankind, using the Pearls of Wisdom as a forum to reach the souls of both the quick and the dead.3
There is a tide in the affairs of men,
Which, taken at the flood, leads on to fortune;
Omitted, all the voyage of their life
Is bound in shallows and in miseries.4
There is a mighty tide of Light that is now approaching the earth. Originating in the Heart of the Great Central Sun, it rolls down the channels of the galaxies, overflowing the cosmic river beds, inundating all Life with the fires of rejuvenation, of resurrection and rebirth. The tides of Truth impel the progress of eternity and the ongoingness of the heart's love of mortals and immortals while stellar glories proclaim the infinite expansion of God's Consciousness in man ascended and man unascended.
As I spoke to the men of Athens from Mars' Hill,5 so I stand upon the Acropolis, and I address the multitudinous facets of the Mind of God individualized as His glory in manifestation in man. I appeal to the consorts of Truth throughout the galaxy, and I say: Let Truth as the mighty emerald ray be intensified this day by dedication, by consecration, by the purity of the immaculate design held with a fiery will in heart and mind, in the hand that thrusts the sword of the Sacred Word, and in the hand that extends a cup of cold water in Christ's name!6
This is the hour when Truth strikes to quake the erroneous concept and to cause those who have aligned themselves with error to come out from the caves of their dark, dank ignorance and face the Sun in her zenith wherein the morning stars sing together and the sons and daughters of God shout with a joyous shout7 for the fulfillment of the fiat "Let there be Light!" and for the acclamation of the heavenly hosts "And there was Light."8
Truth rings out, and Truth proclaims the fiat of the Law. This is the law of transparency whereby man through purity becomes transparent in the sight of God - transparent in readiness for the thundering and the crashing of the mighty wave of Light that shall descend upon the dark ones and their night. This is the law of congruency whereby man through purity becomes congruent with the Image of the Christ and stands to inherit the momentum of the Cosmos as the mighty wave breaks upon the shores of Being and unleashes the foaming effulgence of the Sun.
Legions of Truth are on the march - north, south, east, and west - across the lines of latitude and longitude. Onward the soldiers of the Light! They march with cosmic purpose to challenge, by the power of the All-Seeing Eye of God, the mistaken ways of mortal men, the unchanneled strivings of earthly ones, the ignorance superimposed upon the children of God with malice aforethought by the liars who lie in the name of the Liar.
The dispensation of Hierarchy to open the way for mankind to walk in the footsteps of one who recently gave his all to the nobility of Truth and who in honor performed a mighty service to the Brotherhood enables me to invite all who espouse the cause of Truth to come in their finer bodies to attend temple training and classes in Truth here at the isle of Crete where the crystal ray merging with the emerald fires solidifies in the four lower bodies of man the blueprint of the City Foursquare, the geometry of the Diamond Shining Mind of God, and the Cosmic Cube that is the foundation of all spiritual building.
As John the Baptist went before Jesus, baptizing in the wilderness and preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins,9 so I declare for the record that he who was called Mark, the author of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, was in this age sent before the face10 of the Ascended Hosts as their Messenger to proclaim the climax of the two-thousand-year reign of Jesus Christ, the message of his Second Coming.
His voice was also the voice of one crying in the wilderness11 of the twentieth century, when mankind, toiling in their revelries, in their love of money and of sensual pleasure, could find no time to hear the message of the Prophet sent forth to prepare the way of the Lord's hosts, to make straight the paths of the consciousness of mankind, that they might receive the Son of God descending from on high as, out of a mighty cloud of witness and of fire, He appears to those who make ready for the baptism of the Holy Ghost. As it has been spoken before of those who have scored a victory for Truth in the world of form, so it is spoken of our Messenger, "Thou art My beloved son, in whom I AM well pleased."12
When you come then to the Temple of Truth, be prepared for the reception of Lanello, our newly ascended Brother of Truth who by attainment wears the robe of our retreat and lectures in our halls, teaching and preaching as of old after the gospel of Jesus the Christ, who taught his disciples to become fishers of men.13
If you would be fishers of men, if you would carry the sword of Truth and wear our robe, then come and be initiated, and receive a just portion of the fires of Truth. For our God is a consuming Fire,14 and He shall consume in this hour all that is allied with error and that defiles the image of the Holy Virgin.

I, Leto, have come to you this morning as one of your cosmic teachers; for I desire to take you up another spiral, another rung in the ladder. As a group I would like to take you to another level of initiation. But as I have examined the record, these are some of the things which I have found. I have found that although many are burdened with service and labor, when those among you are given time, you do not always use it wisely, because you feel that because your work is full, it is always too full to take in the teachings. But I ask you, do you not make time for the cleansing of your bodies, the filling of your stomachs, for the donning of apparel which is pleasing to you? Then you also must take time to take on those concepts which don the soul in the garment of Light.
This can be done, precious hearts, if you will pray. Pray that God will show you and those working with you how to organize your schedules. And if truly in the eyes of cosmic justice your load exceeds that which is expected, then it shall be released from you and placed upon another who shall rise up gladly to serve by your side. You must first, however, have the consciousness of the Holy Spirit meeting every human need as well as your divine needs. If you have that consciousness, then rather than entering into a state of self-pity or condemnation of others or weariness of the flesh, you will rise on pinions of Light to the awareness that the Holy Ghost is present to deliver you and to manifest the victory.
Do you not realize that as you have come from the four winds, so throughout the planet there are souls waiting to come here. And sometimes they are not brought here simply because the hoops of your electronic belts are so wide that they cannot enter in without bumping into them. And so, if you will tighten the hoops by transmuting the electronic-belt patterns, you will find the Holy Spirit displacing your own electronic belt and there will be a mighty hoop of Light that shall include all of humanity instead of shutting them out.
If, therefore, you do the work of three, why not manifest the three? Why not draw the three that are qualified to do the work? Why not draw the supply to support those who desire to come here? All things are within your hands to do, for the Great Law requires that we of the Ascended Hosts answer your call when you make it in keeping with the will of God. If you do not see around you that perfection which you know must manifest, then invoke it. Invoke it until all darkness is displaced within you, replaced with Light, and the full cadre of Lightbearers is come forth here to bring the victory into the Cosmic Cube.
I have many things to show you and many things to teach you, children of the one Light. I ask then that during the coming weeks you make a special call to your angels, guardian angels of Light who come with you, to take you to the retreats while your bodies sleep. Call especially for protection; for the rising tide of effluvia of the astral plane, even over this area, is causing some of you a problem as you leave your bodies and as you return.
You must adjust to the expanding population in this area and in all areas of the world; for wherever you lift up the Light, souls will be drawn for that Light. You must realize that this city even now has become a mecca for souls who desire to serve the Great White Brotherhood and yet know not how. And as they come, their darkness and their Light precede them. This you are given to transmute, both in your services and in your daily efforts.
I say then, when leaving the body, take these things into account. Leave then as a clean arrow that flies forth into the deep - a clean arrow that does not take with it the air through which it passes, but the friction of that arrow creates a fire that consumes all that it contacts that is not like itself.
Go forth then, your mark aimed at the Royal Teton, and come into the chambers where I am teaching; for I would give you that illumination that is necessary for you to understand how to carry the cross and to pass through the trials of the crucifixion, which are prepared for you that you might receive a greater glory while you are in embodiment - so that those who behold you may see the manifestation of the resurrection yet while you live.
