To Our Chelas Who Will to Excel and Exceed All Past Accomplishments:
The pulsations of divine frequencies, stirring the hearts of men, evoke perseverance in the face of distress, determination as the moments require it, and the blessed action of Illumination's Flame, which cleanses the Temple of Man's Being. The thought processes, little understood, but exercised in a haphazard manner by mankind, need the cleansing action of greater understanding. Likewise, in order to refine those processes a physical, mental, emotional and internal cleansing is required, for there is a penetration or focus of the mental body within the physical body; there is also a penetration of mental power into the emotional body; and there is a penetration of mental power into the etheric body.
The purpose of the connection of the neurons of the brain and the ganglionic centers of the physical being of Man with his more subtle bodies is not properly understood by the multitudes. We would, however, for the good of the students, point out the interpenetration of all the bodies of Man which requires a total cleansing and harmonizing action in order for any one of the processes of these bodies to be completely effective and in harmony with the total God Design of a lifestream. Those students will respond to the deeper implication of this instruction who aspire to rise above mere intellectualism and enter the "domain of facility" where the right use of Energy will bring about, through the powers of invocation and attunement, whatsoever right action each moment requires. Unfortunately, mankind have read a great deal without understanding that which they have read. In a sense this is not true reading but only a journey across the land by night.
Let the Golden Sun of Illumination then blaze forth and let those false conceptions, which are stones of stumbling upon the pathway of the students of Light, be removed and transmuted. We decree it.
An attitude of humility is not alone enough. It must be coupled with an attitude of receptivity. The kneeling votary must be prepared for the Hand of Deity extended to draw him from a kneeling position to one of uprightness. Gazing into the Face of God, as spiritual perception is increased, he must regard the mien of the Divine Thought and Feeling and reflect them in the pool of his own Identity. The tendency to create and fashion God in one's own image, or after the likeness of the concepts which men hold as descriptive of God, is a mistake and an error.
As it is Our intent throughout this year to afford such Holy Impetus to the students of the Greater Light for which their receptive hearts cry out and which their beings are willing to use, We are most gracious and happy, at the consent of the Beloved Saint Germain, to release according to Cyclic Law a most important "Trilogy on the Three-Fold Flame of Life," an intermediate alchemical study. This material is being given in the next three Pearls of Wisdom and should prove of inestimable value to those who desire to be more receptive in the service of the Light and in the Causes of the Brotherhood.
Our fashion is little understood by those who have not had Our experiences and who, therefore, can but little conceive of them; and yet, quite naturally, it is apprehended in part. Certainly it is not too difficult for you, Beloved Students of Truth, to recognize that inasmuch as We once wore mortal garb and thought many of the similar thoughts which you think, We are not completely out of touch with your current problems. Certainly it is not too difficult for you to accept that Our desires to assist the earth are more intense by far and charged with zeal more fiery than that of the most noble men contemporary with your blessed selves today.
We offer, then, all that We are in the service of the Freedom of mankind. You cannot know or conceive what this means until you have reached Our Estate. To see the pall of the human senses, and to yearn with infinite yearning for one's Freedom, only to find that upon obtaining It there is a tremendous, all-possessing desire to reach down into the crucible of crushing, testing experience from which you have completely escaped, and to assist others to find their Freedom from vanity, is, even beyond the veil, a trial to the Ascended Soul. To witness the bitterness, the recalcitrance, the vanity, the cupidity, and the downright ignorance of those for whom you are pledging almost your total Identity, to see them caught in a dispossessing net from which they themselves seem unwilling to escape, is small encouragement for effort so valiant as that which has been released from Our level.
We ask no sympathy for Ourselves, but We ask compassion in the Name of Mercy for those to whom the Word has been given. We ask that you shall acknowledge the Power God has placed as the Gift of Life in your hands. We ask that you shall recognize the meaning of the Polestar of Being as it relates to your tie with Us.
You have heard it said and have admitted to yourselves that "with God all things are possible." Bear in mind that the brunt of the burden is borne by those who are able. And, inasmuch as We are able, We are willing to bear the brunt of the burden; but We ask you again, for the sake of mankind, and the great release that is possible through Our efforts jointly offered, to realize that the bond that has been between Us is small in relation to that which it can be; and We do not now nor will We ever depreciate the possibility that can be brought about through Our cooperative attunement.
The mutuality of the pledges which your souls have made at Inner Levels, when escaped from the rigors of sense consciousness, is indicative of your very real intent. In the fervor of this intent, then, I AM determined to bring to your own outer attention that it is not only God's Holy Will within the very center of your Being, but that it is your manifest acceptance of His Holy Will that has evoked in the past, and will continue to evoke in the framework of the present hour, such assistance as the outer self can scarcely comprehend.
I do not feel that the Earth fares as well as it could, mainly because there is not enough dissemination of the available instruction on Ascended Master Law, and because there has been too little appreciation of that which has been given. You do not always realize that in your appreciation and gratitude there is established a connection with the Giver of all Gifts whereby there is returned to you fourfold and more of that which you have shared with the rest of Life. I call these matters to your attention with what, in one respect, could be considered Self-interest. Our aims are the aims of God. Our Selfhood is His. And, therefore, it is My cherished Hope that you will become so captivated by God's Will that human will shall lose its appeal for you.
I have spoken from the Heart, somewhat in a different vein than at other times, but I muse now upon the fact that Our Hearts are one - And if one in Creation and one in Purpose, then why not one across the spheres of Our Beings? Simply because you are embodied in material form does not detract from the flow of LOVE between the shores of Our Beings. Consider for an instant your position in the world of form and how vital that position is to Us as you act as Emissaries of Our Light to assist the Divine Plan in bringing Freedom into manifestation. Your understanding is the Holy Treasure and the Ascended Masters, day after day, are adding to that Treasure. Can We this year do less than in the past? Can We exceed all past accomplishments? We shall see what intense action your response to God's Holy Laws of the Cycles will provide.
