When the Perils of Life Tremble in the Cups:
Let Me Call for Volunteers Who Will Watch With Me One Hour
"I KNOW THAT MY REDEEMER LIVETH!"
These words, affirmed constantly by any individual, are able to infuse that one with the same Immortal Sense of Eternal Life which I knew while yet embodied in the veil of flesh.
Now, this blessed statement (See Job 19:25) maintained in consciousness is ever a mighty source of Protection and a defense against the hordes of unrighteousness to those who are striving to secure greater Faith and Attunement with the Victorious Forces of Light Who have stood at the right hand of all who have ever attained their Spiritual Victory throughout the ages. The continual turning of the Wheel of Life, perceived by some as the gnawing tread of languid hours, is to those rightly oriented a rapid movement of joyous, dancing hours.
Now, inasmuch as it is God's Will that men should have their Freedom, an Immortal Inheritance in full manifestation here and now, I declare to you, as your Beloved Saint Germain and Master El Morya have so long affirmed, that Our Consciousness, while expressing facets of individuality, is also ONE with God - your Own Mighty "I AM" Presence. Therefore, whatsoever is released from one Ascended Being is, in effect, released from All. Yet, different modes of expression do come forth, even as mankind today - created by Divine Edict in the similitude of God to express their own individual characteristics, talents and affinities - do give expression to their own innate and God-oriented talents. However, the average individual, unaware of the ramifications and origins of Life, witnessing the passing parade of many faces and events, is not always capable of understanding, without study and attunement, that which is acting in the many different expressions which appear before the screen of the eye.
Before Our Ascension, the wondrous Mercy and Intelligence of God made known to Us much of the Destiny of Man and of his Origin which, contrary to ordinary belief, did not, of necessity begin upon this planet. Many of the precious lifestreams presently embodied upon Earth had their origin in the "other mansions" (John 14:2) of the Father, and came here, either to assist the evolutions of this planet in finding their Freedom, or because they themselves had not met the standards of the lifewaves upon their respective planets. It is true that factors other than these two did govern the immigration of some lifestreams to the planet Earth who came into manifestation here through the process of earth embodiment after the close of their allotted span elsewhere. Some, as certain of your poets have said, came "trailing clouds of Glory"1 and others came with a whimpering sense of discord, to pose a problem both in compassion and in discipline for the mankind of Earth already embodied upon this planet.
In the midst of all the humanly created chaos generated by these divers multitudes, mankind note at times that their thought and emotional patterns resemble that of corks bobbing upon a turbulent sea. At times they become obsessed with the idea that if they could only still the surface of the sea and stop the bobbing of the corks, they would be able to find their way home and enter into that tranquillity for which their souls long. Let them know that they need not identify with the turbulence of the sea (Matthew 14:30) or with the fixed consciousness of the corks upon the water's surface (Luke 8:24); for just as tranquillity exists in the depths of the sea even when the surface is disturbed, so in the inner planes of Man's Being there is always in manifestation the quiet calm of the Holy Spirit manifest in the very Flame upon the altar of the Heart.
Now, it is true that this may sound absurd to those not acquainted with the spiritually scientific positioning of Life in the physical body, to those who efforts are confined to ferreting the minutiae of the physical realm with the surgeon's knife, with the microscope and other paraphernalia with which mankind's delvings into matter are conducted, and to their own reasoning processes whereby analysis yields the sum total of their own cogitations.
We Who long ago solved the problems of outer science in the Light of higher knowledge, by reaching into the Inner Science of Our Divinity, are in no way limited now, nor were We then, insofar as Our correct understanding of Life goes. We compassionately realize, however, that to those not yet blessed with the unfoldment of that budding spiritual understanding that is already within them, there may be areas of consciousness in which life is perceived as "through a glass darkly" (I Corinthians 13:12). We long to convey in a "face-to-face" meeting the fullness of God's Love and Wisdom, that His Power may be wisely exercised in this generation in freeing all Life by those great Cosmic Possibilities which are ever at the door!
In ancient days the walled city was patrolled by the watchmen upon the wall who sought to sound the alarm at the approach of the enemy, and thus the city and its inhabitants were kept safe from harm. NOW, WHEN THE PERILS OF LIFE TREMBLE IN THE CUP, LET ME CALL TO THE PLANET EARTH AS THE WATCHMAN UPON THE WALL, AND TOGETHER WITH BELOVED SAINT GERMAIN AND MOTHER MARY ASK FOR VOLUNTEERS WHO WILL "WATCH WITH ME ONE HOUR" (MARK 14:37) IN THE HOLY CAUSE OF MANKIND'S FREEDOM.
Today, when a dearth of real knowledge is present with mankind in the midst of all externalized scientific achievement; when the Science of the spirit of Universal Harmony is still but dimly perceived; when the elect themselves scan the skies for signs of My appearing (Matthew 16:3); WOULD IT NOT BE A PART OF WISDOM AND GREAT DISCRETION IF A PERPETUAL SERIES OF CALLS WERE MADE EVERY HOUR OF THE DAY AND NIGHT AROUND THE PLANETARY BODY BY THOSE DISCIPLES WHO ARE WILLING TO KEEP A DEDICATED VIGIL FOR MANKIND? Thus the protection of the Earth shall not rest upon the shoulders of one or more consecrated individuals, but shall pass as a Torch of Living Flame from Heart to Heart, in a rhythmic Dance of the Hours.
Then let the spirit of Christian Joy in its truest sense, in its full manifestation of the Anointed One of God, your own Holy Christ Self, come now into its full dominion. For it is indeed upon this One that your own God Presence has bestowed the sacred ointment, saying "Thou art My Beloved Son, this day have I begotten thee" (Psalms 2:7; Acts 13:33). Thus the Divine Mediatorship between the veil of the flesh and the invisible Perfection of the Spirit is torn asunder by the skillful hands of Christ Perception and Perfection for men of every faith and from all beginnings of regeneration.
The hum of Universal Harmony, begun of old "in the eternal beginning," which hath no ending in time, must be heard by every ear. Those that are waxed dull must yield to the cleansing process that shall make true revelation possible. And so as this appeal goes forth, I ask in God's Holy Name "I AM," that those who are willing to periodically keep a vigil of "one hour" with Me for the whole Earth in a spiritually directed program through The Summit Lighthouse will send a letter signifying their willingness and intent to do this to the headquarters of the organization in Washington, D.C. I have directed that from the list of those who respond there be drawn up a schedule of hours assigned to those who will pledge their energies to Me and to The Cause of The Brotherhood in White. Thereby the sun will never set nor rise except it be upon one of these dedicated ones, who in My Name will be keeping the Vigil of the Flame for the Earth each hour of the night and day until the Earth is eternally FREE.
