A pact of Divine Mercy exists between God and man. This contract of Mercy is not dependent upon outer conditions either for its establishment or for its continuation. Although the responsibility of administering both Justice and the Divine Gift of Mercy rests in the infallible wisdom of The Great Karmic Board, mankind do not always fully realize the essential fair play of Heaven, operative in every case. Mankind's limited comprehension of their relationship to God founded in Divine Law has imputed error to the operation of Cosmic Justice and for this reason many have, in a state of ignorance done that which they would never do in the Light of Divine Truth and honor: They have expressed anger against the Deity. The prime cause of human misjudgment is a lack of emotional control which frequently impels individuals to make decisions "on the instant" based on their feelings whose range of expression may vary tremendously.
I AM desirous of increasing the understanding of all those who seek enlightenment. Then as the knowledge of God and His laws covers the Earth, "as the waters cover the sea," (Isa. 11:9) that harmony shall also extend to pervade the world of each individual. And this beauty and glory which is of Heaven Itself shall expand over the whole Earth, because it is the Light of understanding - "which lighteth every man that cometh into the world."
Now, certain events occurring almost simultaneously with this release are impending which could pose dire consequences for the whole earth unless these be mitigated by Divine Grace called forth by mankind through prayers, affirmations and decrees either on time or ahead of time:
Information which I released to the Goddess of Liberty's Freedom Class in Washington through the Beloved God Meru alerted many of the students to the existence of this plight, but I wish to repeat My admonishment here for all in the field in order to add the momentum of their loving attention to the needs of the hour. I prefer not to elaborate on this matter except to inform the students that a monstrous plot has already been hatched in Peking which is, of all dangers that have ever threatened mankind, the most insidious. Remember that world science has made possible the extending of destruction to far corners of the globe, and evil men bent on world domination through subversion of Self-dignity still live on earth in positions of temporal power. The talks presently being held in Moscow are an outcropping of the infamous plot I refer to, and mankind would do well to heed My release by renewing their consecration as never before in the Name of World Mercy!
The Secret Service and all branches concerned with intelligence and safeguarding the Free Way of Life would do well to take renewed interest in internal affairs in China and its role as a world power. Greater protective measures than have ever been taken before are in order and I hope for the sake of humanity that these will be called for diligently by every student until tangible evidence of their manifestation is demonstrated.
I AM naturally interested in all peoples of the world, for all belong to the one sheepfold, but I AM certain that racial and religious conflicts are not yet terminated. This has not occurred in part because there is yet too little religion - not because there is too much. Most of the world's religions are wholly constructive and, if carried to the ultimate, the spirituality induced by their teachings would be found great enough to meet the needs of the hour; and mankind would have no difficulty in approaching all the world's problems with calmness and understanding.
Now, it is during the times of mankind's lack of vigilance, when the guard is somewhat down, that the curtains of shadow are drawn tightly and without warning. Remember the words, "'I AM' the Guard." Your own God Presence is ever the Guard of all that is precious within you; yet you, as an individual occupying the Earth as your planetary home, have certain responsibilities toward maintaining that home free from the predatory viciousness of human destructive tendencies. I commend you then to Heaven's own Merciful Vigilance!
The accompanying release of Beloved El Morya's precious "ENCYCLICAL ON WORLD GOOD WILL" affords the students and all mankind an opportunity of continually enhancing the climate of the world's spiritual progress and, in the blessedness of shortened lines of supply and communication, of entering more fully into an appropriation of the quality of Divine Mercy. Right use of Divine Opportunity can only bring a blessing to all and, beneath the canopy of Divine Love, raise the "four corners of the earth" and each individual closer to the Heart of UNIVERSAL PURPOSE and EXPERIENCE.
Men's attentions are so often drawn to their own egos and to methods whereby they may serve the Causes of Heaven while still subtly glorifying their own human identity. Let them rather essay to understand that no greater link exists than that between Hierarchy and chela, and that in this precious bond of inestimable value there is never any loss of individuality but only that supreme identification with the Infinite Individuality of the Godhead. To maintain the "thread of contact" between all Hearts is the goal of all the precious Ladies of Light's Perfection, currently releasing Light on the path from the Summit radiance.
The forward march continues and the so-called tension of Mercy is felt by all mankind. I AM always considered gentle by men and yet the impact of pure Mercy is ever the greatest catalyst to flood forth Justice, Liberty and Light to ALL.
