The Tide of Life moves ceaselessly on, bypassing the past and sweeping the present forth into the future; notwithstanding, it is always possible for dedicated men and women to summon their energies for the purpose of creating, by deliberate intent, a PAUSE when the madness of the mass mind, with its attention upon appearances, can be ignored, and the Divine Reality contemplated. Such a period of rest can become a moment of exquisite Blessedness in which a glimpse of the Cosmic Plan may manifest. An interval of quietude can also be utilized to magnify a sustained feeling of gratitude, rising as a Pathway of Light and soaring beyond the stars. Over this beamed Light Ray of loving gratitude the Ascended Masters can and do pour forth the Energy required by the student body to maintain balance in these days of world peril.
I cannot fully convey to you in words alone how very grateful Heaven is for your calls and how welcome they are to each Ascended Master Who receives your attention and love so diligently poured forth. During spells of personal tension a greater number of calls are made, it is true. But it is also true that in times of crisis greater assistance is needed! The current state of world unrest has been one of almost constant upheaval; therefore, the Great Law asks during each such rupture of the routine, that the wise among men remember to call forth the Radiation and Assistance of the Great Prince of Peace, Beloved Jesus. In India, the greatest masters make calls unto Him. Everyone who is perceptive will perceive the value in the Radiation of Peace, flooding forth as oil upon the troubled waters.
The "plot", if it can be called that, which is hatched in centers of destruction, seeks to embroil mankind in constant turmoil, engaging their blessed energies in an all out struggle for survival. The purpose, if it can justly be called one, of this nefarious struggle is to keep men from obtaining personal freedom, and to keep the balance of power in world affairs in a constant state of flux, thus preventing stabilization and Freedom from coming into rightful dominance in the affairs of men.
The Great White Brotherhood cannot defer responding to the many calls for assistance inasmuch as through these calls far-reaching plans entailing vast Cosmic Power, undreamed of by the world at large, have been marshaled into action. Beloved Ones, the Powers of Light have at their disposal an infinite storehouse of Protection and Perfection to be released in answer to your calls. Never let your Faith waver in response to the turbulence of the world. Keep your balance now while it is so greatly needed and thus offer the good of your own life stream to The Great Karmic Board to help tip the scales of Justice in favor of Truth and Freedom for all mankind.
"Remember Lot's wife," but also remember the Parable of the Talents (Luke 17:32; Matt. 25:14-30) and be willing, in the interest of Freedom, to bring your one or many talents into play on the side of Cosmic Righteousness rather than let them be buried in the rubble of a disintegrating Sodom. It is not our intent to foment discord or inharmony, but it is our Divine Right to alert the students to the need for order and discipline, rising to meet the present occasion, and then sweeping the world upward in a spiral of Christ Calm and Immortal Compassion.
