To Our Gracious Readers, dedicated to Love's Service the World Around -
Our beloved Ascended Master Morya El speaks:
Because God's Holy name "I AM" is the very hub - not only of the Universe of which you now know but of all Universes extant beyond the ken of mortal mind and of all yet to be - that name is truth itself and has become the ever-living word. Through millions of years since earth's beginning, during various periods from time to time of greater illumination to the people, have the glory and power of the word "I AM" been extolled; its beauty praised; its law revealed to the people and all that they needed lovingly to co-operate with those laws was offered as free as air to any and all who would listen and obey.
After a certain density of human shadows had appeared, many times such instruction became available only to the very few because of the lack of educational advantages to the masses. Then, as time went on and mankind subtly desired to conceal his real intents from his fellows, the various languages coming into use set up further barriers to the receiving by the people of the God-assistance they required. Therefore, those less fortunate were obliged to accept the translations and interpretations from a privileged few who - sometimes deliberately and sometimes not - placed their own limited concepts upon that which they received as truth.
Then, too, there were often very long periods of time during which the Great Cosmic Law did not permit any "new" or specific "current" illumination to be thrown upon the needs of the people. So, hoping but yet somewhat uncertain, the sincere of heart in every age earnestly prayed to the God which they knew (deep within their hearts) existed somewhere in the Universe and, to the best of their (sometimes little) abilities, they endeavored to make themselves worthy to have their prayers answered; their fears dissolved; their bodies healed; their needs supplied and their protection assured; then, when this life was over, they hoped for a reservation in the "realms of the blest" which, while they did not understand it fully - something within them told them they would there find eternal life. This ever-living hope no one and no thing has ever been able to quench, for it is the mighty sacred fire which none can put out!
Now, have you thought about it at all - beloved ones - this almost magical assistance our gracious ones are receiving in the release from our octave every seven days of our proven wisdom, love and light? Remember! For most of you, our instruction comes to you in your own language - thereby no meaning being lost or screened by translation. Every seven days there is a fresh surge of our victorious feelings, encouragement and power of accomplishment flooding into your worlds, together with our wholly constructive feelings of gratitude, faith, hope, love, peace, patience, constancy, forgiveness ... whatever is the needed God-quality of your world to keep you progressing on the path of light that leads you "home" to us. Mind you - this is all offered you without a definite set price therefor - so that it is never out of reach to anyone who really wants it!
O beloved ones! Consider these "pearls" as just such! Consider them as being much more valuable to you than the actual price of the gem itself - for that could and probably would soon be spent and even that which was purchased by it "used up," as you say. These "Pearls" are vital, living messages of hope, comfort, illumination and freedom for you - eternally sustained in your world - if you want them so to be! Try to read each one through every day of the week it reaches you. You can, you know - if you want to enough!
Suppose that, at the end of some specific week, we were to offer you some valuable, tangible gift of this world which you greatly desired - were you to read the weekly "Pearl" every day! Would you not put forth every endeavor to "win" that reward? I think so! Then, can you not give us this little cooperation just for love itself - as well as because it would do more for your spiritual progress in tangible and even visible ways, than you can possibly know at this moment? Only about ten per cent of the blessings received from the service of "the Pearls" is in the reading thereof. While your attention is upon our words - we are flooding light's perfection from our worlds into yours! Precious friends of light you really are - right here in their physical appearance world! By your rhythmic and faithful attention to us and our words, you make yourselves open doors and channels for our light and assistance to flow not only to but through you into the worlds of those around you.
