To Our Gracious Readers Dedicated to Love's Service the World Around -
Our Most Gracious Ascended Master Friend and Brother of Light -
Good and faithful friends of the freedom flame, let us think together now about courtesy - one of the most delightful, joy-filling and comforting qualities of the expression of my glorious seventh ray and flame of mercy and compassion to and for all life. While among the unascended of today it may sometimes seem as though courtesy and gallantry (as expressed in the past - even upon this earth), now belong to vanishing customs - yet I say to those of you who long for those "olden days" - take heart! With the coming in now of the golden age (which my seventh age and flame are making possible here), there shall be not only a revival but a permanent returning into the daily lives of mankind of the gentle code of ethics and way of life which makes of every man a "gentle man" (a word which, by the way, is of my own "coining") and of every woman a real "lady."
So far has the attention of modern society been allowed to wander from the refinements and "niceties" of God-culture and behavior one to the other, that it is sometimes thought to be a mark of a bit of weakness or "foppishness" for one to be a "gentleman" and to go out of one's way to be courteous, considerate and thoughtful of the welfare and comfort of others. Oh, dear ones! One day mankind shall be able to see for themselves that we speak truth when we say that, in our octave, the Ascended Lady Masters are everything the true word "lady" implies. Their beauty of appearance, demeanor and service to life are extremely graceful and most courteous; yet could you see them in action - wielding tremendous powers of light with such ease and efficacy, it would be quite unbelievable to your outer consciousness.
The pure happiness and God-satisfaction of loving friendship and companionship which is enjoyed by and with these "ladies of heaven" fills our realms with just the sheer joy of being. Most dearly do we all love each other - in full God-purity in every way - for we live only to expand light's perfection everywhere! At all times we are enthusiastically desirous of helping one another to create, sustain and expand Light's blessings (either in our realm or the world of form - whatever and wherever such projects might be). Therefore, even as we become aware of the thought of another who might desire our help, often that help is joyously offered - even before it is requested! One day this same code of "loving living" shall be made manifest on this dear earth - even as it is in heaven. Such is the will of the Father for all to enjoy!
Now, let us consider for a moment the real meaning of the word courtesy. It implies that which one would only do or say in "court" - in the presence of the king or ruling personage. So, when one examines the "fabric" of courtesy and the nature thereof, it becomes quite apparent to even a casual observer that that "fabric" has been loomed in heaven and should be transported to earth - here to be fashioned into the most transcendent garments (consciousness) of heaven's charm and worn by all in the world of form. Should it not be true that all of those who serve our cause of the expanding seventh ray express our God-quality of courtesy in daily living? I know you will agree with me that they should.
Is this so very difficult to do, when you know of your own individualized, all-loving and all-powerful Presence of God, I AM - whose very life - just a moment ago - was beating its own heart? However, because of its tremendous love for you, it freely, joyously and constantly releases part of its very life which forms your "silver cord" - the conveyor into your world of the life of your God-source - anchoring it within your beating heart to give your physical body life.
Is it not very fortunate for all that the wisdom of God thus made it impossible for any to be separated from that Source? Such a thing could never be - the only separation that seems to manifest is in the consciousness of the one who has forgotten the truth of his being. Today, remembering now that that Presence is there, should one not always live so that he only says and does that which he would say and do in the presence of his own blazing light-self? That would make such a one the most courteous of all beings - not only to us but to all the life he ever contacted.
Thus facing the light of one's own Presence in thought and feeling, such a one could not possibly concentrate his attention upon the faults and shadows in others' worlds - thereby intensifying and expanding them and, eventually, drawing those same errors into his own experience. Even though such errors are unmistakably apparent to him, such a one would say: "My very own beloved I AM Presence! Just as I have your beautiful Presence of divine Love as my eternal source, guide and supplier of everything I shall ever require for my eternal victory, so that other individual (or group of them) also has such an all-loving being of perfection as his (or their) Source. Therefore, I accept their Christ Self as the only acting Presence there and now call it into action to make all things right. With the human I am not concerned!"
O, dear hearts! Forgiveness and mercy are such real parts of courtesy and, in outer mind alone, one never knows what pressures of shadow are being endured by another - the outer mind knows only that which it sees or hears acting through that one. When another seems to be discourteous to you - take no offense! In so taking none, you will give none - either to your own life, to us or to another unascended. That one who is so disturbing to your outer self is simply another part of life like unto your own which, wise or ignorant, is seeking to find its proper place and expression - perhaps much less equipped with the light of divine wisdom than yourself. Since all life is destined to arrive one day at the same goal - then your brother's life is "bound for the same port" as your own; although his ship may be taking a different course than yours. To hold such an attitude toward others will make it much easier for you always to express our courteous feelings to others, whether you think it to be deserved there or not.
Try this one-pointed way of life - consistently and persistently - always endeavoring to be sufficiently patient with yourself and others until this new trend of thought, feeling, speech and deed has had ample time and opportunity to take hold. Then it will just naturally manifest itself for and through you!
I AM the eternal manifestation of God's courtesy to all!

Make me thy love divine!
Let me express to all of life
The courtesy that's thine!
Let me not live for self alone -
But comfort give to others;
For the life in one is the life in all -
And this makes all men brothers!
So - as great Nature's freedom
Let's each plant fulfill its plan -
And, growing side by side - give
Their varied gifts to man -
Then let me - beautiful I AM -
(All the rest of the way I go!) -
Express thy grace and courtesy,
That freedom all may know!"
