Our gracious Maha Chohan speaks:
The average individual often feels so very sure that in the planning of his daily, as well as future, living - it would be so helpful if, in some way, he could draw back that "curtain" which veils the future to him - thus allowing him to see clearly just what lies ahead. O, beloved ones! That "veil of mystery" is one of the greatest gifts to you of a merciful heavenly father of love for, since that life which has been lived and, therefore, lies behind you - having been qualified with both light and shadow through life's experiences; as well as that which lies ahead - depends so much upon each one's conscious and deliberate use of his God-given gift of free-will.
Now, were that "curtain" to be drawn aside - even to some degree - of necessity there would have to be revealed both the light and shadow and, particularly where there is much of shadow lying dormant in many lifestreams (awaiting opportunity for balancing), certainly it would be of little encouragement to the soul to allow it to remember again in the present the apparent "failures" of the past or, looking ahead, to see that which will be required of the soul to balance them. Certain it is that - through the "veiling" of such unhappy experiences (some of which, in their day, may have been extremely distressing, each individual is thus protected from such remembering and is given a fresh "start" and opportunity - in each new embodiment - to try and try again. Finally, in a more illumined consciousness and amidst more conducive circumstances, the lifestream may arise in full mastery when again meeting such challenges as those which overcame him in the past.
Of course, because for each lifestream its own Holy Christ Self is the "All-knowing-mind of God," that Holy Christ Self always sees and knows the "future probabilities" of its embodying outer self - seeing both the light and shadow which are "scheduled" (by karmic law) to appear (the "light" to manifest in that life as blessings to be enjoyed for previous good done and the shadows awaiting opportunity to manifest in the balancing of life's accounts) However, opportunity is always given to the embodying one to "make things right," through various contacts provided with persons, places, conditions and things which, if the soul is alert enough to accept and use, will make his way easier and move the soul forward into more and more light. Of course, as the outer self occupies each new physical body, the "bands of forgetfulness" form the "veil" which shuts out the past and future from outer consciousness.
Truly does "hope spring eternal in the human heart ..." but not only is this so of the "human" heart but of ours as well! You see, as our love follows lifestreams through many embodiments - completely through to the ascension - our feeling of "hope" for constant God-success is radiated to each one just as fully as the law of that one's being will allow. Then, too, from the standpoint of the chela, himself - since perfection is the very essence of life itself and life being all-pervading, even that which is qualified with shadow has within itself a constant longing for and expectancy of the eventual manifestation of that perfect balance, beauty, happiness and abundance of all good which is perfection - in action!
Without "hope," mankind would have no incentive ever to try again - nor would he believe in, desire or endeavor to use the resurrection flame which so rhythmically, dependably, obediently and magnificently expresses itself in visible, tangible action through the nature kingdom each spring.
Even before his final earth-life as the "master of Galilee" (which he became in that embodiment), beloved Jesus had attained tremendous heights of God-illumination and mastery along many lines of life's expression. Wisely did he take full conscious advantage of the use of that resurrection flame for his own victory - thus proving to mankind the truth that it is meant for the individual and collective use of humanity, as well as for the elemental life which, through its use, produces so much of good for them. Today, with his loving assistance have you tremendous opportunity daily to call that flame forth through your own world and resurrect into outer expression your own individual Christ Self - in full power!
Fortunate indeed are those of mankind who have been entrusted with this knowledge of the "I AM" and the use of the violet transmuting flame for, in such "Hope" did your Holy Christ Self provide these for your use at this time. So great are the manifestations of this violet fire when called into action that it causes "hope to spring eternal in the heart" of all who use it. As one continues in its use, his hope therein builds and builds until it becomes full faith and "faith" - you will remember "is the evidence of things not seen!"
Beloved of our hearts. You who aspire to God-mastery - and quickly! - waste not "jewelled" moments of opportunity in vain, wishing to see ahead - to see that which might come about when, in your knowledge of the constructive use of the violet fire and God's "creative" name "I AM," you can make your future that which you desire it to be! Use! Use! Use! every available moment - when your attention is not required to be on the things of this world - to call forth in, through and around you and others this "gem of mercy" - the violet flame - thus transmuting into light every "potential" distress of your world before it can act." Make of yourselves the scintillating, all-powerful presence of "the holy amethyst" wherever you move - right here in this world of form. Remember, too, daily to use my gift to you of the comfort flame, for it but lives to keep you abundantly supplied with the gifts of God's own presence!
